Literally one of my favorite places to get a burger. Few burger places please me my taste buds the way Burgerfi does! I know that whenever I come here, the flavors I get are going to rock my world! The burgers are small but very flavorful and I put a lot of toppings so it fills me up. I always get it with the cry 'n fries, which is why I usually only stick to a smaller, one party burger! Because the cry 'n fries is a huge mountain of fries with 3 onion Rings! Now 3 onion rings may not sound like a lot, but USUALLY burgerfi does me good and I get 3 very large, onion rings that are big enough to be bracelets! Lol. Sometimes I've gone and I've been disappointed that I get 3 small onion rings, especially if it's close to closing, I tend to run out of luck. But most of the time I'm satisfied! I just wish that those times that the onion rings are smaller, that they'd just throw an extra one in there. I say this because to get only THREE rings can be disappointing for some, especially since it's almost 6 bucks for cry n fries! (Like 5.50 plus tax) I mean think about it, where do you go and pay $6 for a SIDE? In the beginning I used to brag about how large they were, until i went with some friends and they weren't as big as usual. I think it would be really great if Burgerfi was consistent in this! Otherwise I still think Burgerfi is one of the best! And their customer service tends to be really great! This is another area where consistency should be mandatory! With so many burger places opening up in the area, I had only tried BurgerFi at one of the Yelp events last year and it was okay. They served us small burgers with gigantic onions rings.... the burger was okay, not great but the onion rings were the bomb! Well... the same can be said for a regular meal at BurgerFi... and I had to pay a lot of money to find that out. Stopped in one night after visiting Universal and found the place busy. Lots of people sitting at tables eating and luckily no line to order food. We got two burgers with the good meat for $10 each... two large onion rings (not knowing how much food that would bring) and two sodas. Our bill was $38 ... way too much for a burger chain. They gave us a pager and told us just to sit at any table. Our server would find us via the pager. About 5 min later a server was walking around yelling out my name. Why have a fancy GPS tracker/pager and still yell out my name? it did not make sense. Anyway, the food arrived and we noticed how small the burgers were. They were okay (nothing special) but we felt they were way too small for the price. The onion rings on the other had were huge and we had way too many to eat. They were the best part of the meal. Atmosphere = 5 Service = 4 Food = 5 I feel the only reason to come here is to be 'seen' by the local rich crowd. Otherwise, the food is just okay as was the service. I always come to this place because I love the brand and the product, I never had issues with the location I frequent in Miami, but every time I visit this location with my family who lives here and they always get our order wrong even when we order with Ubereats, This time the whole order was wrong and the manager did not seam to care she just gave us some of our money back and we had to eat the wrong order. BurgerFi burger is sooooo good. The meat is so greasy. I like the customer service and the fact that they stamp there name on the bun.

I went here to see what all the hype was about. I love me a good burger and try to check all the local establishments to find the best burger. This is not that place. This place is very similar to 5 Guys Burgers in both portion sizes and tastes. First off, what sets me off is the prices. Since when is it acceptable for a burger and fries to cost $10 or more. They do not offer a smaller size fries than the Regular size and at roughly $3, that is way too much for 1 person. Another thing is the drinks, I like that they have an assortment of adult beverages, but for just a fountain soda it was $2.77..WTF? It probably cost them about $.05 per cup. Granted, they do have the "Freestyle" vending, but is that really necessary? Enough about the prices, how was the food? Start with the fries, besides being enough to feed a family of 4, they were basic fries. I did get the additional topping of Parmesan and Herb which did absolutely nothing for the taste. The burger itself, was decent, but the portion is very small for what you are paying. They pride themselves on being All Natural, but the meat itself was tasteless and the nothing really stood out, except for the bun which was a fresh brioche style bun. I can do without them searing their name into it. Overall, very dissatisfied with Burger Fi. I would not recommend due to the prices. I also feel that 5 Guys are a better burger in this realm, but certainly neither are the top burgers. If this is what classifies as the best burger in Orlando (Orlando Weekly), then we certainly need some better burger joints. Damn, I miss Texas! They know how to do a burger right! read more

Dined at BurgerFi tonight and was pretty impressed with the food. It seemed to me like a more upscale "Five Brothers" since here they served alcohol and had some more food choices. The decor was nicer too. Family of four and we were out of their for a little over $40. My 16oz draft craft beer was only $3.97 which was a great deal I felt. The burgers are all 4 oz size just like Five Brothers so getting a double burger is no big feat. Overall a good place with good food. We would come back. read more

This is a new location so they are still working the bugs out. I have been there a few times and it has been very inconsistent. But it's the quality ingredients that keeps me coming back for more. That said, I went today with my wife and baby and they were on point. The fries were perfect, burgers were perfect, and the baby enjoyed some chicken apple dog and a taster of custard that the manager brought over. The peanut oil in the fryers is a major plus, since I can't have the soybean oil that 99% of restaurants use these days. So thank you BurgerFi, for being the 1% of Burger joints. Their only competition is Five Guys Burgers at this point, and BurgerFi is much closer to us, guess which one wins this battle? :) The draw here is the "premium" toppings... and their prices aren't awful in comparison to other high class burger joints including Five Guys. Would I wait in line for this place? Yes. Would I drive out of my way to get to it? Perhaps. Will I be back for more? Definitely. read more

I've been coming to this BurgerFi for about a year fairly regularly. Today 4/19 I witnessed the young man (curly hair mushroom haircut) drop a little bit of chocolate milkshake down the side of the machine, then use the inside top of the cup to clean it off of the side of the machine, then put the top on the milkshake. The other employees urged him not to do it, and he did it anyway. Beyond disgusted. Won't be coming back here! read more

Burgers are fair and nothing special. Nothing close to Fuddruckers or FiveGuys. French fries were good, and tasty. If you have kids, think elsewhere as kids meals are $8 and were not thrilled with their dinner. The prices are way above the normal for a fast food restaurant and don't warrant an additional cost vs the quality of the food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We won't be back!!! read more

For taste and customer service this Windermere BurgerFi gets 5stars. Not my normal spot but last Wednesday I was in the area during lunchtime and I'm glad I did. I'm very picky when it comes to burgers and even pickyer about my fries. At the suggestion Julien, he seemed to be the manager, at least I hope so , I tried urban style fries and OMG! It was a big portion of fries with crumble cheese and truffle aioli , so incredibly yum that it is my new favorite for sure - he also suggested the CEO burger and again it was awesome - a mix of double wagyu and brisket blend of burger with candied bacon, tomato jam, swiss and truffle aioli. I really value a friendly staff and customer service because it's not always part of the experience so I like to give a big thumbs up when I get it and Julien was friendly, knowledgeable and diffently gained a repeat customer. I will be living in Lake Nona soon and really hope Burgerfi plans to open a location there. For now Windermere will be the place to go. read more

This BurgerFi is such a disappointment compared to its other locations. The bun is like they bought some cheap buns at Publix. There isn't even a BurgerFi stamp pressed on them like the other locations do. The burger quality also lacks a lot. The food just didn't seem right. I recently went to the Plant St location that just opened in winter garden and that location was great. Delicious food, just as I remembered from when I use to have it in Ft. Lauderdale. It's a chain burger joint. The services was great and the food was good. I had the breakfast burger with the fried egg and hash browns in it, onion rings, fries and a chili cheese hot dog. It was nothing spectacular but still good. The onion rings are awesome and they are huge. Next time I'll get the brisket burger and I am hoping for a better than a normal burger. I did notice people comparing this to Five Guys and I can tell you the Five Guys burger is more juicy and their fries are better too. Great concept for a burger joint. My husband and son love the burgers here. I have had the quinoa burger three times now, on the lettuce instead of the bun, with the sauce on the side. I would not recommend the sauce...I think it's just Thousand Island dressing which isn't exactly appealing if you're trying to stay on the healthy route. The quinoa burger, in theory, could be good except that they FRY it with the burgers, fries, and onion rings. No thanks. If you're looking to go on a total junk food bender, made with natural ingredients, you've found your spot. Just be prepared to wait in a line that is out the door. The staff is quite nice and have always been accommodating to my toddler, I will say. I'm ok to enjoy a glass of wine here while my family enjoys the food. read more

I went today for lunch with my son and had a nice time. I was expecting a 5 Guys sort of burger experience with a more visually interesting decor. I have to say, that was very much my impression. The restaurant had a nice array of seating options: communal tables, 4 seater tables, and outdoor covered seating. What was really awesome were the meat hook chandeliers. They really added to the industrial vive this place was giving off. The pager system was really slick, too. Nothing was bad about this place including the burger I had, but the decor is what made it memorable - it made you want to stay and enjoy some craft brews. BTW, did I mention, they have craft beer selections. Another difference between this place and 5 Guys is their lack of a customizable burger, at least I did not see one. They were traditional offerings with their special BurgerFi sauce (mayonnaise-based) and branded bun as their signature differentiators. Most of these higher-end, fast-casual burger places offer a customizable burger experience (Think Yeah! Burger, Atlanta). You know the ones with less traditional topping options: goat cheese, arugula, roasted red peppers, presto aioli, etc. The burger I had was tasty and had mass appeal, but having some welcomed customization would have really put thing over the top. Very terrible experience. My boyfriend and I walked in at 8pm. Stood far enough away from the register to be sure not to take anyone's place as we were still looking at the menu when the young girl on the register basically shouted for us, pressuring us (not in a nice way) to order when I thought we made it obvious we were not ready. I realized she was suppose to be on her break as she immediately sat down to eat after taking our order. However, could've handled that better. I ordered a kids meal and never received a soda cup. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our two meals to come out to us.. and everything was wrong. My burger had no lettuce and tomato when the ticket clearly read. My kids love to get the different toppings on the single burger, and its just the right size for them. Also, one order of fries is enough for our whole family!!! With a name like, BurgerFi, I had great expectations for gobs of burger options that were, you know - mind blowingly awesome. They did have quite a number of choices, which was nice. It would be great if they could expand even further - like adding a turkey burger option, for example. I did have a beef burger (it was either that or quinoa). And it was good. The fries were amazing, but there were so many. I know, I'm complaining about too many fries. I'm broken. They seemed to have some sort of drink special, too, but the guy taking my order didn't give me the run down, just sort of overheard. Oh, another cool bit, was that you order at the counter and they give you a buzzer thing. You put the buzzer thing on a circle on your table and they bring your food right to you when its ready - like the buzzer thing summons them to your table. Nice touch. The burgers are small though, so getting a double burger is highly recommended, although I only got a single. My friend and I each got our own burger and shared an order of chili cheese fries and onion rings. I had tried a sample of this at Yelp's Night at the Museum event and it was delicious. I just learned that this location was fairly close to my house, so my friend and I decided to try it out. The restaurant is very cool and almost industrial looking. They have outdoor seating and large glass doors that they open so that it's somewhat of an open air concept. All of the furniture is made out of recycled material, which I liked. There are a couple of long tables for groups, but most of the tables are made to seat 4 people. When we first walked into BurgerFi, it was pretty busy, especially for a Tuesday night. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to the front and order. Let me tell you, there are a lot of options, that I almost couldn't decide. Everything is a la carte, so if you want a meal, you have to order the burger, fries/onion rings, and a drink. My friend and I decided to share the Cry & Fries, which are the french fries and onion rings combination. I also got the BurgerFi cheeseburger. When you place your order, they give you a pager and we went and found a table. What they didn't tell us is that you are supposed to put you pager in the center of the table on the round metal section. When you do this, the pager will list your location, so that the delivery person can bring you your food without yelling your name. That is genius! Oh my goodness, these burgers were amazing! They weren't too greasy and you could tell that the food was fresh. I ordered the garlic aioli on my burger and this is definitely the way to go. We ordered the Cry & Fries with Parmesan Cheese & Herbs on top, but I wasn't too impressed with this. I felt like it made the french fries dry. Next time, I would definitely eat my fries with a sauce of some sort. The onion rings are ridiculous. They are bigger than my hands. I ate one and half onion rings and I was done. They are delicious, but just absurdly huge. Afterwards, we wanted to try one of their delicious desserts. We were having difficulty deciding between a shake, a frozen concrete, or a sundae and asked the order taker what she would recommended. She told us to go with the sundae. I got chocolate with brownies and hot fudge. It was okay. I wasn't a fan of the brownie. Next time, I will definitely want to try a red velvet shake. I really like this place and the burgers are delicious. The prices are decent, compared to some other burger places. I like that this restaurant has a cool neighborhood feel. Love the location of this swanky burger joint, just outside of the Isleworth Publix shopping center. Now I'm a long time huge fan of 5 guys, but frankly I've started eating more a Burger-Fi for one simple reason. The"Green" burger, aka NO bun. I have to say as someone who eats mostly paleo, I love this option. Even if you don't, try it sometime! It makes the burger taste fresh and crisp. Yes it's a little messy, but well worth a hand wash in the bathroom before and afterwards. Fries goes to Five Guys. I always get Cajun style from both. That said Five Guys are just a bit more flavorful and fresh in my humble opinion. Only problem I can see here is the lines sometimes get 4Rivers style long. Plan accordingly. read more
