French Fry crumbles served to us
    J. J.

We haven't been to Burger Fi for some time. We will now be going to the Beach Walk area often and we're happy to see that one had opened here. We were there about 8pm. They had at least 6 people working including a "manager". We saw one customer come and go and another as we were leaving. So not busy at all. We both ordered double burgers. I got the CEO and we also ordered the Bacon Cheese burger. We got a large French Fry to share. Meal was $33 without drinks as we had our own. CEO was pretty tasty and unique as it was a mixture with Wagu. The Bacon Cheeseburger was good as well although you have to add the condiments you want from packets because they wouldn't add them fkor you. Kind of a pain especially paying $12 each for a burger. No plastic utensils available other than one plastic knife. No little cups for ketchup, had to ask for them. 6 people working. Several dirty tables and trays on tables etc. Problem is 1) our fries were a heaping tray of overcooked crumbles. There was not one Fry that was even close to being even a 1/4 of a Fry. It's like we got the bottom of the leftover basket. We thought that was odd. We ate our burgers and nobody ever checked on us out of the 6+ people there. So finally, I called someone over. I asked if that's the way their fries always come. She had a strange look on her face and said absolutely not and apologized. She said she didn't understand why they would serve the fries like that. She apologized again and offered a refund for the fries or to remake them. We were almost done with the burgers and disgusted by the greasy mess we took the refund. She said the manager would have to do it. The manager never came to apologize and to add insult to injury only refunded $4.99 and we paid $6.99. WOW My other concern is the 2nd person bringing the fries out thought it was acceptable to serve that mess too. WOW again. 2) I had decided to download their app since we were going to start coming here more often. I asked how to add my points from the purchase I just made and the one lady said she didn't know and nobody else was will to look at it or help. They told me to call customer service. So, I deleted the app and we left never to return. They can keep the extra $2+ and their poor service and bad fries. I DO NOT recommend this location for sure!!!

This place is trash!! I spent $40 on two bowls and this is what I got....iceberg lettuce with two small chicken tenders, some burnt onion strings, and mushy pickles. Never again!!

I've been waiting for Manders 22 to open for a while and it didn't disappointment me or my family at all. My family enjoys the double cheeseburger with extra onions. The waffle fries are great too. The burgers are made to order and one still receives their order very quickly. It's nice to bring the burgers home and they are still hot & not cold from sitting under a great lamp for 10 minutes. I wish they had a drive thru but a little exercise before a burger feast is worth it in this case. Give them a try! One last thing..... they have the only burger on CR210 that still tastes great the next day heated up in a microwave if you order 1 too many.

They have a nice menu with a variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches and wings, fries and onion rings, and Fountain drinks and milkshakes!! But I am so limited in what I may eat, that I had to ask for a plain hamburger and grilled mushrooms--cooked on a space that that was freshly cleaned off on the grill. I was so wrapped up in explaining this to very patient counterlady McKenzie (I believe) that I forgot to ask for lettuce and tomato. When it arrived at the table--brought singly out by Fernando (I believe)--I realized that I hadn't asked for the lettuce or tomato and I mumbled that to myself. But, I did not ask outright! Lo and behold, not a minute later Fernando appears with a plate of lettuce and tomato. How terrifically caring is that!?!?! And my burger was perfectly cooked and I did not have a bad reaction which means McKenzie got all the instructions exactly right and the chefs did exactly right, too! I thank all the staff very much! My family who was with me enjoyed all their selections, including fries and onion rings. My grandson's milkshake disappeared quickly. (You can get alcohol there, too.) Will definitely be back and will spread the word about how terrific Burger Barn is!!

Service was impeccable from ordering, service and follow up by workers and even the manager. For a burger joint, this is first class. My son is active military so we got a discount. I had the southwest burger which was rich and savory. I would have like my bun toasted that is just me. Also, I ordered fries which had a nice seasoning and were very crisp. I washed it all down with a cookie and cream shake. Our first time at Burger barn. The interior had a old country feel. The menu was a sight for sore eyes. It was big, bold and right in your face. Everyone loved their burgers and the kids did not eat a thing. I have funny grand kids that do not eat hot food. What a treat to have burgers, fries and chicken wings on a wonderful Sunday afternoon.

Hello everyone and we are back and we even have a new guest who goes by the name of tragic. It was a nice day until I got 3rd degree burns all over my body at the beach, so we figured to go to a bar and grill to cool off and watch St John's make me lose money. We were seated almost immediately to where we met with a beast of a waiter. His name was Ricky and you could tell he knows for sure what he's doing. With his funny jokes and quick responses he more felt like a homie than our waiter. I was feeling different so I ordered a shrimp platter and had a quesadilla app (which the ogre took part of from me). She's so fat too it's actually crazy, I mean it's all "food food food" with this girl. Anyways everyone got boneless wings and again I got something different.. I'm a leader not a follower. Side note if you were wondering why Doctor B and his wife weren't together he decided instead of hanging out, he had a rugby tournament??? So anyways onto the reviews Wife: "They left my lips with a tingy feeling, but it was more than good" Ogre: "I liked the coleslaw" Tragic: "Wood" My good buddy bezos: actually unfortunately I can't say what he said on here because it isn't pg Me: Sure I mean bar food nice people, food was probably all frozen but it was a good time and great people. You may be wondering is this a restaurant review or a fantasy movie review; and let me tell you…read moreit's both. There is clearly a wizard at work here and his name isn't Gandalf. His name is Korey and is the magical owner of the best burger place I've ever been to. Why you may ask? Like all wizards it's not just one spell that makes magic happen but rather a compilation of spells that come together to deliver a fantastically Epik experience. Let's start with the side. Yes you heard me right I'm beginning to talk about food beginning with the accompaniment. In my case I had the pleasure of being accompanied both by my wife AND the most large, crunchy yet soft onion rings I've ever encountered. Not only were they fried to perfection but they were large enough to feed a family..except I'm slightly overweight and therefore attempted to tackle it on my own. Not only was this side spell so delicious, like any great Epik wizard, they don't tell you on the menu the divine size and quality you're about to experience. Oh and one other thing...don't you hate when the onion ring has these strings in it that you either have to pull out your mouth or swallow and hope they don't get stuck in your trachea? Well fear not my fellow yelpers, those don't exist here in Epik land. Ok so what about the burger? Well, this is where I ascended to a new level of being spellbound. I ordered a medium Epikurean burger which had ingredients from lands far and wide away. What was in my burger...Maytag Bleu Cheese-Truffle Mousse, Pancetta (italian bacon), Mushrooms, Housemade Blackberry-Beef Demi Glace, Balsamic Aioli, Scallions, Parmesan Cheese. While the ingredients were 5 star don't let the spell distract you from the main event, the meat. This is no ordinary meat and due to my poor eating habits I typically don't chew well. In this occasion, I chewed no more than 3 times and the meat just melted into my saliva glands. What kind of wizardry is this?! Amazing... We have spent a long time talking about the various food elements but it's time to get to the potion..1/2 sweet & 1/2 unsweetened tea. Pretty normal right? Nope...this struck the perfect PH balance that I had to guess which one I was drinking at any occasion. This potion is one of a kind. It's not every day one gets to meet the grand wizard himself, but I did at around 8pm on a Saturday. He stopped by the table to inquire on the outcome of his spells. Not in an arrogant way but in a curious and genuine wizardry way you'd expect from a man who is buried in reading concoction making books and testing out his creations on his guests. In all seriousness I don't know why this place is rated a 3.8 on Yelp. In fact it's an absolute shock to me almost as if these patrons are in another dimension. Trust me, go to Epik you'll thank me later and maybe you can with a burger to go!

I ordered a lemon drop martini. My drink was made well and was cold. When we were seated, we looked over the menu. There menu hasn't really changed too much. We opted to start with fried pickles and split a wedge salad. My sister and her husband each had a salad. My sister had the burata and her husband had the ranch. Our apps/salads came out quickly. The wedge salad was cool and crisp. I wish it had more pieces of bacon, the bacon looked a bit sparse. The fried pickles were great. I loved the light crisp batter on them and the ranch dip had a bit of a kick to it. For dinner I got the braised short ribs, my husband and brother in law both got the chimichurri steak, and my sister got the pork schnitzel. I've been looking forward to the braised short ribs all week. I was a bit disappointed that when I bit in, it appeared to be pretty bland. Normally when I get this meal it's bursting with flavor. My husband and BIL enjoyed their steaks. My sister enjoyed her schnitzel, but said the pork could have been a bit thinner. We ended the meal with their skillet cookie. Typically the cookie comes out piping hot, but on this occassion, while the skillet was hot, the cookie wasn't. We'll give them another shot, but I was a bit disappointed this time around.
