One of the best burgers I can remember in quite some time! The staff is stellar. I waited by the counter for my food and they insisted that I could go sit with the family and that they would happily bring out our order. Came here for dinner tonight with my wife and it was great. I had the basic burger fi single cheeseburger and my wife had the conflicted burger both were delicious I had an Oreo shake and she got chocolate we loved that the straws were bigger to accommodate the thickness of the shake. It wasn't busy at all when we went everything was very clean and the staff was very nice. Stumbled upon this place in Myrtle Beach while on a quick weekend away. My oh my!!! So glad that we did! It was delicious! The burgers are fresh and flavorful! We had a breakfast all day burger(whoa! Huge and the flavors blend wonderfully), a double cheeseburger and a keto lettuce wrap type. All were equally great! My 4 year old also finished his entire kids burger which he never does. I've always had a great time at the BurgerFi location in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Their staff is very attentive and polite. I've only had their hamburgers, so I can't comment on their vegan offerings, but the hamburgers have been great every time. Normally I'm not a fan of fries, but theirs are great; they're one of the few places I actually order fries. I just celebrated a birthday there, and the server pointed out every person's order when it was delivered so we didn't have to scramble through all the burgers. Loved my experience at BURGERFI this evening! I got the original cheeseburger, which came with fries and a drink but I upgraded to onion rings for an extra buck. The total price was roughly $11 and for the quality of the food, I'd have happily paid more. It was obvious I had never been here before and the guy taking the order explained the beef and different options so well! He and another lady had some great recommendations. I interacted with 3 different folks working and they were all smiling, helpful and seemed happy to be working there. As a bonus, I got a sample of the custard and OMG! It's so good! This is my first time to BurgerFi and oddly enough, it took me until until a trip to South Carolina to try it out. I think of BurgerFi as a Five Guys copy, only in a more hipster and modern package. The burgers must be made out of 70/30 ground beef, because they are greasier than your mechanic's hands. If you are looking for a hangover cure, then you have found your place. If you desire more fat, the fries nearly bled through the paper bag in which they were housed. A little too much fat and grease for me, but then again, still better than Five Guys. 7/3/15 We re-visited this restaurant and upon entering, again, the disco-blasting volume of music was a real turn-off. The volume is way too loud for a burger joint. We received our meals the same as last time, but this time, the onion rings were soggy and greasy. The burgers and fries were good and we poured our own drinks. We sat at a table, centrally located, and I noticed there were 2 more tv's, all of which were set on sports and auto mechanics. No tv was to entertain women and children. The volume of the music is so loud, you can't hear who you are dining with. I did mention this to a young lady who worked there and she did lower the volume. I asked her if the owner was there and she pointed, he was sitting way behind me. I wanted to go talk to him after our meal. As I got up, I called to him, but he was calling to an employee and didn't hear me, so I just left. This is a man cave restaurant and doesn't have any appeal for women, the elderly or children. They offer more than just a well cooked Angus burger.. they have fare for those wishing to abstain from meat... so the VegeFi Green is a great option when dining with a vegetarian. They come wrapped in a bun or even large leafs of lettuces. The fries are thick fresh cut and come with options as well. How do they stock up to the competition... well pretty good if you are comparing with other large fast food franchises, but how about the smaller focus burger places (those other GUYS) for example... well they focus on one thing... a good burger and they stack up pretty well.
