All the food is cooked fresh. You can taste the quality of the food that is used. The food is served in dog bowls. It's gimmicky, so some people might be turned off or find it unsanitary. They line the bowls with wax paper and I would think have not been eaten out of by dogs. I can't believe I actually had to say it, but after reading some of the reviews I think it was necessary. The food was fantastic. We got the garlic parmesan wings to start. The sauce was flavorful and the wings were drowned in it. Not as much meat as I would like on the wing, but still delicious. I dipped my fries in the leftover sauce. It added to the great taste of the fries which are hand cut and seasoned nicely. I got the double cheeseburger. I added jalapeños, spicy mustard, ketchup, and mayo from the free condiment list. If you have never tried it like this, I highly suggest it. It may sound like too much on the burger, but you will not be disappointed. The burger was fresh and cook exactly how I asked. Just the right amount of condiments and jalapeños were on the burger. I will definitely be returning to try one of the hotdogs they have on the menu. Great experience and looking forward to coming back.

The first Cook Out restaurant opened in Greensboro, NC in 1989. They opened their first non-NC store in SC in 2010, and has continued to grow till now reaching over 360 locations around the South. All their ground beef is delivered fresh to each store, adhering to their motto of "Always Fresh, Never Frozen". We visited this location, in the heart of the tourist zone in Myrtle Beach. Only their drive-thru and walk-up are open, with their dining room continuing to be closed (though they have a few picnic tables in their parking lot). They are known for their burgers and milkshakes, a formula used by practically every successful burger shack. Their combo meals are called 'trays', so we got two regular trays. First ($7.99) consisted of a Big Dbl with grilled onions and cheese (+0.55), added tomato (+0.10). The sides were white cheddar bites (tasted similar to fried cheese curds) and fries (skin-on). I upgraded the beverage from a soda to a Oreo Mint Shake (+1.50). Added a side of hush puppies for $1.99. Second ($7.99) was 3 chicken strips, cole slaw, and onion rings with peanut butter fudge upgrade (+1.50). It didn't take too long for the order to completed, bringing it back to eat in our kitchenette back at the resort. It was plenty of food, with the burger being exactly how I like it. The shakes were very thick, and easily savable for later...we ate it like ice cream. All the rest were solid, with generous portions...it's what you would expect from any cafeteria that has a good deep fryer, very good for the price. The cole slaw was just finely diced cabbage which added some needed fiber to the meal. And the hush puppy pieces were very dense, two were plenty for me...it's the ultimate cheap filler food.

I recently visited BurgerFi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly cooked burgers filled the air. Here are the highlights: Burgers: The star of the show! The patties were juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Whether you're a meat lover or prefer plant-based options, BurgerFi has something for everyone. I highly recommend trying their signature BurgerFi Burger or the Beyond Burger if you're into plant-based alternatives. Fries: Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside--just the way I like them. The seasoned fries were addictive, and I couldn't stop munching on them. Eco-Friendly Vibes: BurgerFi's commitment to sustainability impressed me. Their eco-friendly packaging and use of natural ingredients make the dining experience even better. Service: The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their food. Shoutout to Jamese and Basma for making my visit memorable! Ambiance: Clean, modern, and comfortable. Whether you're dining in or taking your meal to go, BurgerFi provides a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, BurgerFi is a must-visit for burger enthusiasts. It's a place where quality ingredients meet great taste. I'll definitely be back for more! Remember, this review reflects my personal experience, and yours may vary. Bon appétit! read more

Disappointed. We found burgerFi when visiting south Florida a couple of years ago and couldn't wait to eat here again. After building up the place to the rest of the family, we were left looking silly. Obviously the expansion has caused them to downgrade the quality of their meat. The patties seem frozen and small. In one of the original locations it was clearly freshly made and a great size. In fact, I shared a burger with my wife. This time I had family members going back to buy two because they were still hungry. Also extremely over priced for the portion size and quality. Originally felt like this blew five guys away, now, doesn't come close. My 8 year old son ordered a hot dog and was complaining he didn't like it. Surely you can't mess up a hot dog. My wife took a bite to check it and she also felt like it was substandard. Didn't make him eat it. Waste. Overall decent burger, but not worth it. Won't be returning unfortunately. read more

I have emotions about this place. 4 years ago we stumbled upon it while at the beach for holiday vacation. We've returned every year since. To say they are consistent may sound boring but when it's consistently great, it takes on a whole new meaning! Every employee seems happy to see you and celebrates that you have stopped in. They are welcoming, patient in explaining the menu and their philosophy. The food is consistently delicious and cooked to order. This is not your average burger joint. The capper is, they say "you're welcome" instead of the dismissive "no problem." Shout our to Erica for her above and beyond service! read more

This was my first time in a BurgerFi and it was amazing! I had a perfect bacon cheeseburger along with a generous portion of fries and onion rings.
