Typically this chain is amazing but the location on Collins really needs help. I've been there 3x in the last 3 weeks of moving to the beach. Alfonso the cashier has constantly messed up orders. One was incredibly awful. We ordered 3 meals and one kids meal. What came out was our 3 meals then 4 kids meals. We paid with a card so no refund per Alfonso. So after paying 60$ we thought what could be worse than being stuck with 3 extra kids meals we did not need.
