Terrible service. My daughter and I frequent this location. Today's service was horrible. Firstly the cashier seemed annoyed by the fact that we entered the establishment at 936pm. They close at 10pm. She said she was losing her voice. Concerned? During Covid time. Just a bit. Nonetheless, I requested a kids meal which on the menu comes with fries and a drink. Wanted to avoid touching anything so chose to use samsung pay, but couldn't do that because I had to give a tip. I asked if she can bypass it. She said no. Okay gave 10%. Got our order to go, as all the chairs were up on the table, and no chairs outside. No fries in my bag. Asked about it. The cashier said I had to order separately. Told her we always order and the meal comes with fries and if this was a recent change. She said I don't know. Okay..ordered fries. No tip this time. Wish I could take the other off. Another worker looked at my receipt, shock her head and walked away. Received my fries after almost 10 minutes. Nothing was said on time frame. Juat more annoyance from staff. I guess everyone is trying to go home. Was not asked if i wanted ketchup. Yet another person who came in at 948pm was treated beyond nice. Not even about race either. Offered ketchup and all. But it gets better...when I ordered my meal I asked for jalapenos on the side. Went to add a few to my burger, oh my! looks like they took it off a sandwich and given to me. Sometimes you just want a good tasty burger and fries! Since Shake Shack is not in my neighborhood, our best option for this indulgence is BurgerFi. I have not been to any other location but in Davie the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Plus, I always see the staff replenishing items and busing tables. The burgers are tasty but small (bigger than Crystal/White Castle but still small). Anyone with a wisp of an appetite will need to eat two patties. You can choose from the burgers on the menu or make your own from the wide variety of toppings. Everyone in my family has their favorite. Husband's favorite is the Breakfast All Day Burger with American Cheese, Bacon, Maple Syrup, Hash Browns, & Grilled Onions. 12 year old loves "The CEO" with its Double Waygu & Brisket Burger, candied bacon & tomato jam, & Swiss cheese. 13 year old goes for the simple Burgerfi Cheeseburger. On this last visit I ordered the Conflicted Burger, which came with a burger and veggie burger, lettuce & tomato. The veggie burger was excellent: Crispy on the outside, mushy inside, and flavorful. I think from now on I will only be getting veggie burgers from now on. The onion rings are thick and huge, with a thick coating. The fries are not my favorite. The are served hot but have an earthy taste and are cut thick. I am more of a fan of thin cut fries. Yes, I have a secret passion for McDonald's French fries. Don't judge me. The one thing that would make me happier at Burgerfi? A proper plate. It does not even have to be glass or china. Paper will do. It just that these burgers are too messy to eat on the little wrapper they give it to you in. On our last visit, Husband and I were fighting over who would get to eat their burger over the tray! 8 employees walking around and our burgers took 25 minutes. But that is not the worst part. when they arrived the meat was ice cold. It had been cooked previously parked then re heated. Excellent customer service and great good. Came here on a Tuesday night and ordered a BurgerFi burger (single) with lettuce, tomato and cheese and an order of cajun fries. The food is made to order and you can really see that good quality ingredients are being used, from the beef to the lettuce. All of the employees were super nice and attentive. Maybe 3 or 4 employees came by our table several times to ask if we needed anything during my time there. The food was really good and I will be returning. Terrible. How hard is it to mess up a hamburger? I decide to try a new menu offering and to my displeasure I bite into a totally raw burger. To make matters worse I call the location to ask for a total refund and the managers tells me I need to come into the store to get refunded and that next time maybe I should ask for it a little well done. Next time hire a cook who can make a burger properly. I shouldn't have to throw a burger away after a couple bites because of how raw it is. So disappointing. read more

We use to come and get great food, today we had to wait a very long time, fries were cold, onion rings had a new batter that is chewy: no salt and a large order were 5 onion rings, well since they weren't good, I'm glad there was only 5. Saw the Juicy Lucy being advertised and decided to try it out...but the expectation is wayyy different than the reality that is served here. It wasn't a lunch rush or anything for this burger to be served so poorly in quality and presentation. There are signs in restaurant talking about grade A beef being better than competitors but I've NEVER had worse looking and tasting beef than from here. Looked worse than undercooked high school cafeteria meat and I even but into two hard cartilage as I chewed the beef. Is it so fresh that they grounded up some bone cartilage or cow teeth in this beef? Really disappointing lunch. No complaints about the cashier service and other cleaning staff working there. I used my deal for first time making an order on the burger fi app and those were fine but to pay $13 after tax and tip for a burger I can get at McDonald's for $1 is horrible. I'm a big cheese lover but the flavors melted in here weren't satisfying, there was barely any fi sauce or sweet relish spread...overall, wouldn't return here and would recommend shake shack with wayyy better smash cheeseburger melts and higher quality taste and bang for buck! read more

I was in Broward (Miami's Canada) visiting a friend while we became famished and needed a solid burger to steer our way into satisfaction when this reliable franchise showed up in my nearby search. I love the freestyle soda machine because it makes me feel like a kid mixing all sorts of sodas with added flavors in it. It's almost considered fast food but with its pleasant dining options (and lack of a drive-through) it doesn't necessarily get placed in that category. As far as burger chain restaurants go, this one is at the top of my list. Food tasted very fresh and cooked to perfection, so it was still juicy. Some of the cooks have to be vampires, because they were insanely fast despite the busy weekend lunch rush. I ordered the fries and I customized my burger. Everything came out the way it should. Fries were hot and crispy. And they did not mess up my burger order. I noticed that one older couple had a mix up on their order, simple misunderstanding, and the staff cleared it up immediately and made her a new burger in no time. My only regret was not getting a mix of French fries and onion rings (Fry and Cry). They have two of the soda machines were you can customize over 100 drink options, which is always fun. I've had a sample of their vanilla shake which was good. Overall, great ambiance, very clean, good food and service. That's a winner in my book! read more

Let me start by saying I love Burger Fi, hands down one of my favorites and we try to go to all the locations we can. This Burger Fi was packed, but the line wasn't too long. My husband and I both got the Cheeseburger which is 2 cheeseburgers with lettuce and tomatoes and we both got mushrooms and onions added. We got our fries and drinks too. We sat outside and waited for our food, it wasn't a bad wait, maybe a few minutes. The burgers looked ok, but the buns were a soggy messy, I am used to seeing the Burger Fi logo look nice and clean, these were uneven and you couldn't clearly see what they said, and again, very, very soggy. The burger is big and messy, but it was so good, minus the bun parts that I pulled off. The fries are normally awesome, but these fries were soggy and undercooked. I added a fried egg just because I wanted it. Don't be afraid to customize your meal! They have crispy onion rings, which I like as a better side than fries. They offer a rings+fries side, which lets you get both - the perfect pairing for any burger! This location is kind of small, considering how busy that Davie plaza is. Searching for a place to grab something to eat with all this COVID-19 going on! We finally found an open BurgerFi. They manage to come up with a beautiful set up they put a table across the front entrance and they had a menu they face side up and one facing down so you could see both without having to touch anything. Then there was a number to call that connected you directly to the restaurant and the person inside took your order and payment. Went and waited in my car for 10 minutes then everything came out. I scooped it up and ran home with it (my treasure) lol.... Everything was hot and well prepared. The person handing you your bag was wearing cloves. Great experience with everything that's going on. Definitely recommend for sure. I appreciate them staying open and going above and beyond to feed us and keep us safe. read more

The best burgers and shakes in Davie!! I always order a single bacon cheese burger with bacon and it just hits the spot. Their Cajun fries are to die for, the regular fries is plenty for two people. Sometimes I get a black and white shake to split with my partner when ever I'm feeling bad, I swear it's my favorite shake ever! Lastly the customer service here is phenomenal. Aaron the manager is always on top of things, making sure all the customers are happy and it really makes the experience that much better. What's not to love about this place. A couple of months ago they changed the entranceway which made it tremendously better for everyone. There is now an organized line for the registers and the inside seating area is more closed off which keeps the air conditioner going a little better...and of course they still have the BIG ASS FANS! Whenever I come here I typically order the CEO burger and yes it does make me feel like I'm an executive. They only use Angus beef but the CEO comes with double Wagyu + Brisket blend, homemade candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli and ages Swiss...a real gourmet burger! I also ordered their fries/onion ring combo and a vanilla custard milkshake. Both were cooked perfectly and are extremely tasty. It was also a last minute thing and we werent as prepared as usual. I was extremely pleased and impressed at the level of service I received by the manager Aaron. Things don't get better, here, as far as customer service. After being rebuffed at 1 West Las Olas Rooftop Lounge in Ft. Lauderdale, I came here for some victuals. At 9:05 pm very few customers and only 2 of us at the counter service area. But no employee was stationed behind the counter and we were not properly greeted. The order taker was apparently the one at the beverage station shaking open large Trash Can Liners to go down the Slim Jim trash cans ... 2 of them. She said she'd be there when she could. Same as last time I came here, once I ordered Sharene (cashier/order taker) informed me we'd have to move to another "register." Went through part of the ordering process, again, as a result of having to move & I scanned in my Burgerfi app. I was not thanked, also as before, to my dismay. Food came out so fast the employee tried to hand my food tray to me when I was still getting my drink from the soda fountain machine. Because both my hands were busy at the drink machine I asked her to set tray on a nearby table. As I then tried to approach my food another female employee appeared with a broom & dust pan standing in front of my tray in doing so such that she was blocking me from my food. An near empty restaurant yet she is compelled to sweep right in front of my food. Pathetic, I think. Sorry, barely 3 stars.
