I like a lot of things about Burgerfi. Could be 4 stars, but the price point keeps it at 3 for me. I had a yummy vegetarian quinoa burger. Very good. Dining partner had a regular burger, also very good, although the meat could benefit from more seasoning in the patty itself. We split a combo fries and onion rings. Nothing frozen and it shows. Hand cut fries were tasty, onion rings excellent. Chocolate milkshake ticked all the right boxes - fresh, thick, deep chocolate taste. There's beer and wine, and bottled "real" (cane sugar) Coke, but the Coca Cola freestyle machine seemed most popular. Space is clean, modern and bright. Indoor and outdoor seating. Regular tables, a few communal tables, some window bar type seats. It all works. It does get very loud when crowded. You could probably bring a screaming child here and it would be hard to notice. Not that I would recommend that. Nice simple system. Order at the counter, get a light-up-vibrate-thingy, seat yourself, and when it goes off, return to the counter to pick up your food. Counter staff was enthusiastic and friendly. Owners were walking around monitoring everything and checking in with customers, always a good sign. My only issue is the value. This is much better quality than average fast food like McDonalds, so shouldn't be directly compared. But even for this type, burgers are a tiny patty for the price. And my little burger of grain and shredded veggies was $1 more expensive than the beef burger - wow. You're serving yourself, eating off a paper wrapper, then cleaning up. But the total meal pricing can end up closer to a sit down place with wait staff. That said, I'd eat here again if I'm in the area. First and last time!! My burger was cold, fries limp (Five Guys) and onion rings greasy!!! I turned back my burger and the manager had a "no care" attitude to tell me that I was wrong that the burger was 100degrees-maybe in the dead center! I wish I could give a good review. I really wanted to give a good review. Unfortunately the experience fell far short of expectations. What ruined the experience was the service. We ordered three burgers and after waiting nearly 20 minutes every single burger was wrong. It was a to-go order too so luckily we checked before walking out the door. When we said something about our order I got my receipt shoved in my face by the young woman working the register asking if my order was rang up correctly. Listen, the last time I worked a restaurant or fast food was over 20 years ago. I don't know how you ring up the burgers. I just know I repeated my order 3 times and my partner went back up the register to ask if you had rang the order up right. Each time you told us it was correct. So again, 20 minutes later we establish the order is wrong and the grill is asked to remake it. The order is read to the young kid working the grill and he laughs about getting the entire order wrong. Thanks kid, glad you think it's funny. I really didn't after working a 13 hour day and trying to grab food "quick" to meet my out of town client back at the hotel to feed him. Yeah I really wanted to spend well over 30 minutes waiting for 3 burgers. They gave us fries but I didn't want fries, which is why I didn't order them to begin with. It was almost 11pm before we got out of there and I nearly fell asleep at the table waiting for our food. The worst part is I had looked at this place so many times before hoping that I'd have something that would take me over an hour from my home and leave this as my food option. I got my wish and I regretted it. I can't even tell you if the burger was good. I was too tired and honestly didn't care by the time I threw the food in my mouth so I could pass out and get up early to get to work. And yes, let me share what was so hard about my order: bacon cheeseburger single add ketchup, bacon cheeseburger single add mayo, classic burger no tomato add mayo. Really difficult order right? I went there today with my wife and it was our second time and sorry to say our last. Customer service is something that is very important in the restaurant business and if it is not done right you will loose customers. My wife asked for a cheese burger and on the sign it said lettuce and tomato. One would assume by reading the sign a cheese burger would automatically come with lettuce and tomato. She got her cheese burger and there was only cheese on it. I walked back up to the counter and stated my wife wanted the lettuce and tomato on her burger. The counter person did mention to me sorry I misunderstood. He assumed that she didn't want anything but a plain cheese burger because she mentioned that she did not want everything on it. So he took the burger back to the cook and he put the lettuce and tomato on it (which we both thought) but when I got back to the table. The tomato was on it but still no lettuce. Both of us had enough and decided to leave. Nothing is wrong with the food it is great but the people working there need to ask questions and really listen to what the customer wants and not assume!! We love Burgerfi, their food and service is usually wonderful. But last night, there was an event going on at the local high school. I believe they had specials for the students, there were flyers posted on the front counter. We were lucky enough to get there before the rush. Our food, which included their delicious onion rings, came out quickly. But it took over 25 minutes to get our dessert. I walked back to the counter to cancel our order when it was finally ready. Other people were standing there waiting on food they had ordered before I had placed our dessert order. Burgerfi must've known it was going to be a busy night, and they didn't have enough staff. The employees working did their best. The problems were caused by bad management. We hope management sees this review and corrects the problem, because we'd love to visit them again in the future. read more

In this world of burger choices, it must be tough to deliver a decent burger experience in an area packed to the hilt with restaurant choices. That being said, there really isn't anything far and above that makes this place any better than the competition. The location is almost a joke, given the one way entry from Westfield and/or Windward, and the lack of parking points it's middle-finger in your face when busy. You are pretty much screwed as far as heading west on Windward if you need to get back to work on your lunch-break. Location rant over. The layout of this joint is funky with the Coke Freestyle machines taking up valuable standing space, and when someone is waiting for their takeaway order or just making up their mind, then the space becomes cramped pronto. Alright, the food... I liken the burger to that of the Fuddruckers of old, with fries to match. Now that isn't bad in any way whatsoever, but it's nothing new, and the prices don't really reflect the sizing or boutique feel that should be present. Good flavors, with a couple extra choices that you don't see everwhere else make for a nice change of pace otherwise. All-in-all a good hamburger, but nothing Smashburger, Holman and Finch, and even In-N-Out can't stomp. I always find myself visiting here, even though my review sounds negative, but if the location changed to a better suited parking lot, and the prices dropped, it would only make me want to come back that much more. read more

Umm yeah I have def giving 5 guys the boot. Burger fi burgers are juicy and a good quality of beef. I don't like there fries they are starchy not prepped right or cooked all the way through. Love there milkshakes just wish they stayed consisted on putting the whipped creme and sprinkles on. This location has a time management problem. You will get food in increment if they are busy. I have to wait to get my milkshake with my food and they ALWAYS forget to have it ready with my burger. I am usually halfway through by time they bring it out. Sometimes the outside is dirty and not cleaned fast enough. Can SOMEBODY please tend to the plant life cause it sure looks sad. Ordered a burger with no cheese. Burger comes out with the cheese scraped off but still all over the burger. Eventually you will really hurt if not kill people with allergies if you keep this practice up. Needless to say I will never eat here again. read more

BurgerFi is hands down my favorite place around for a great burger. While it is certainly fast, it is anything but your typical "fast food". The quality is far superior than most with delicious options to please any diet and even the pickiest of palates. The manager, Pam, is one of the nicest people to work with. I am part of a local school PTA, and she is always looking for ways to give back to the community. We have held many spirit nights with them in the past and it is definitely a family favorite. I recently reached out to her for help with our staff appreciation and she was more than generous making sure we had everything we needed. I'm so thankful for them being a part of our local community. I look forward to working with them for years to come and bringing my family back again and again. read more

The only thing about this place is ergonomics. It can be really difficult getting to the ready counter having to navigate the large table right by the registers, the people trying to get their drinks and the people ordering. Tasty burger and the fries are similar to five guys, just much less greasy. Cool atmosphere and vibe with a friendly staff. They sell coca cola, sprint and fanta orange from Mexico with real sugar cane. Only real drawback is the size of the burger you get for your money. read more

Where's the beef? Sure you can get a double or even a triple stack but your still just getting another layer of wafer thin meat cooked to death with no juice and no flavor. The standard warning about consuming raw or undercooked meat doesn't even appear on their menu because there is certainly no chance of getting an undercooked burger here. I love a good burger and from time to time I'll even find myself at a 5 Guys, Steak n Shake and now a BurgerFi but these are not a real burgers, not any more so than McDonald's or Burger King have real burgers. A real burger has some bulk to it, has some juice in it and (don't want to get the USDA upset but) has some PINK showing. It's a shame that our fear of "food borne illness" has caused us to accept pancake thin patties as a burger. The experience. This was my first visit to a BurgerFi and my last on a Weekend afternoon. There was loud music and enough kids running around to fill a Chucky Cheese. I wasn't sure what I would order and it was made more difficult by the fact that there were no menus when you cued up, only the menu board above the order takers. By the time I was close enough to read the menu with the fine print I had to make a decision quick as I didn't want to hold up the line. While I waited for my food I was able to read the printed menu that I found at the register. Would have been nice to have something when you first came in. Perhaps a couple of laminated menus on stands. Leaving paper menus around is just inviting people to take them, not read them and throw them away. The bun I thought was exceptional although gimmicky with the brand on it. I did enjoy the Chicago Style hotdog. The dog was nicely grilled, moist and tasty. The overall experience was made better by the fact that you could get a cold craft beer. They have frozen custards and Frozen Concretes, I don't know either. The only reason to go to a 5 Guys instead of BurgerFi is if the line is too long at the BurgerFi. Now that I've had a chance to look at the menu return to a BugerFi and try some other items, including the onion rings that looks amazing and some things on their "Secret Menu." And I'll return on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:45. Shouldn't be crowded or as loud. read more

Not only was this the best burger I've had (by far), it was also the best dine-in experience I've had that I can remember and if I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. I don't remember the name of the girl that took our order but she was an absolute sweetheart. The owner Ron is incredible as well; extremely personable and he went out of his way to check in on us during our meal and even ended up giving our party frozen custard on the house. As far as COVID goes, the place seemed very clean. All of the available (outdoor) tables were decently spaced out, there was hand sanitizer available, and I saw employees outside cleaning up multiple times during our short visit - definitely a safe place to eat right now! This was my first time coming here but I'm 110% positive that I'll be returning in the very near future! read more

So this place is near my work and I figured I will give it a try. The burger I had was decent. I ordered the CEO Burger which consisted of Double Brisket Burger, Homemade Bacon Tomato Jam, Truffle Aioli, Aged Swiss Cheese. It was very filling! But what caught my attention was the fries I ordered. I ordered Regular fries and man oh man regular fries can feed 2 people EASILY. My boyfriend and I were interested in going to this place because he's had good experiences with BurgerFi in Tampa. The atmosphere inside was casual and the cashier was friendly. However, the core product (their burgers) were lower quality than what I've had at a Wendy's. Honestly, as I was eating them, I felt like I could do better at a lower price point with a Wendy's chicken sandwich and Arby's curly fries. For two burgers with fries and drinks, the price was $30 w/o tip. I could get similar if not better quality food for much less. I see the good reviews for this place might be from a few years ago - so I'm not sure if the quality has just degraded. The time it took for the food to get here was also a little long - about 20-25 minutes for uncomplicated, directly off-the-menu burgers with no additions or substitutions. Again, I wouldn't have minded the wait if it were not for a McChicken tasting better than the burger I had. I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt since most of the staff seems to be composed of teenagers from high school - I'm glad this place is giving local teens the opportunity to get into the workforce, however a bit more training is likely necessary. read more

Food is not bad except the ordering is poor. Many times they keep getting my orders wrong, wrong cheese, wrong adds. Today I ordered a double w cheddar, with the same adds as my single and added extra onions and lettuce and jalapeños on th side. First, at 4:24pm it should been prepared sooner (one cook). Then my burger HAD NO ADDS, only 1 lettuce and 2 tomatoes and a few diced onions (do onions cost of hat much?) on the side. =************=*=***=== Previous review: Have gone back several times since my burgers and buns were burnt and all is well. I should probably take some of the blame for going to a burger joint as a vegetarian and expecting to eat well. I also am very healthy so what I got was the smallest patty with a slice of lettuce. It was $13. As I complained to my lunch mate (she agreed with me, but she is a friend...) a woman sitting beside me asked why my meal was so tiny. I explained it's the "Green veggie burger" She gasped and explained she ordered the same thing and was also so upset that she paid $13. Once she got her burger she was equally upset. This is not a good place for health or veggies. It is also SO BUSY and super loud in here. The staff yell at each other. I think it's part of the gimmick so I might again be ignored here but it is not a nice calm place for lunch at all. I won't visit again. read more

They make a decent burger and shake but for $12, it's a little pricey. I would give it 3 stars, but because of the price, 2 is all they get. Wow Wow Wow!! This was my first visit and I must say AMAZING! I have passed this store for over a year. Today was a special day and decided to stop with my kids. They have a wonderful menu with all fresh food. I had the Conflicted Burger and my kids both had kids meals. I broke down and treated myself to the Cry Fry. The sweet little cashier talked me into the Parmesan & Herb with a Garlic Aioli. The fries were crispy and cooked to perfection and my burger was so juicy and cooked perfectly. Towards the end of our meal the manager came around with custard samples which made me treat myself to one of their mini concretes. I didn't leave the kids out..they had one too. We ordered dinner thru Uber Eats, which was our first mistake. A driver "claimed" our order, they charged us & it never arrived? The only customer service number Uber Eats has posted is no longer working? So frustrating & we will no longer be using Uber Eats as they are a mess!
