I must honestly say the customer service at this location is impeccable! I had an issue with my milkshake and the service that day. The manager promptly called me and advised that my next order was on the house and made sure that I was satisfied once I got off the phone. The fact that she went out of her way to make it up and just show that they care is why I will continue coming back! read more

The food is fabulous but my first visit had a few minor faux pas. During my second visit everything was great and the owner even contacted me personally to apologize and make it right. They take their reputation and service seriously and offer really good food in a casual and trendy atmosphere. Thanks for renewing my faith! read more

Went to BurgerFi this afternoon and was not satisfied at all. Food was greasy, fries were brown and cold with no flavor, the burger was falling apart I couldn't even finish it. The staff was a little disrespectful. Don't know if it's just what I ordered or they were having a bad day but That was my first and last time going there. read more

I wanted to leave a five star rating and "job well done" to this specific location tonight due to the efforts of a young man who was expediting pickup orders around 7pm. There was a small mixup on how the to-go orders were being handed out to people sitting on their patio, including me, and he sorted it out nicely. My wife and I both had custom burgers that were excellent overall good patio experience, much appreciated. read more

Every time I have been here the food is great and the service is prompt. I love their fries and The portion is huge. The only bad thing I can say is that it's a little pricey. read more

I have been to this BurgerFi and the food is always very good. I got a sample of custard from their employee, Sarah, and she was very polite and wonderful. I would definitely try this burger place again. read more

Tasty burger and the fries are similar to five guys, just much less greasy. Cool atmosphere and vibe with a friendly staff. They sell coca cola, sprint and fanta orange from Mexico with real sugar cane. Only real drawback is the size of the burger you get for your money. read more

Where's the beef? Sure you can get a double or even a triple stack but your still just getting another layer of wafer thin meat cooked to death with no juice and no flavor. The standard warning about consuming raw or undercooked meat doesn't even appear on their menu because there is certainly no chance of getting an undercooked burger here. I love a good burger and from time to time I'll even find myself at a 5 Guys, Steak n Shake and now a BurgerFi but these are not a real burgers, not any more so than McDonald's or Burger King have real burgers. A real burger has some bulk to it, has some juice in it and (don't want to get the USDA upset but) has some PINK showing. It's a shame that our fear of "food borne illness" has caused us to accept pancake thin patties as a burger. The experience. This was my first visit to a BurgerFi and my last on a Weekend afternoon. There was loud music and enough kids running around to fill a Chucky Cheese. I wasn't sure what I would order and it was made more difficult by the fact that there were no menus when you cued up, only the menu board above the order takers. By the time I was close enough to read the menu with the fine print I had to make a decision quick as I didn't want to hold up the line. While I waited for my food I was able to read the printed menu that I found at the register. Would have been nice to have something when you first came in. Perhaps a couple of laminated menus on stands. Leaving paper menus around is just inviting people to take them, not read them and throw them away. The bun I thought was exceptional although gimmicky with the brand on it. I did enjoy the Chicago Style hotdog. The dog was nicely grilled, moist and tasty. The overall experience was made better by the fact that you could get a cold craft beer. They have frozen custards and Frozen Concretes, I don't know either. The only reason to go to a 5 Guys instead of BurgerFi is if the line is too long at the BurgerFi. Now that I've had a chance to look at the menu return to a BugerFi and try some other items, including the onion rings that looks amazing and some things on their "Secret Menu." And I'll return on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:45. Shouldn't be crowded or as loud. read more

I went to this location and I was really satisfied with the customer service. The cashiers are fantastic and the food is fantastic. I enjoyed my veggie burger and fries. My cashier's name was Sarah and she was an absolute delight! She had a beautiful smile and made me feel welcome! read more

In the whole metro atlanta area I have not gotten a burger as juicy as what I got here. Not to mention the crispy golden fries to compliment my burger. Great customer servic and very kind people. read more

Great burgers, very juicy and fresh. Even the veggie burgers are great. I love the fries and the onion rings are irresistible.

We absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly and they make you feel at home. The food is absolutely delicious and we get very excited every time we come here. Keep up the good work and making your customers feel at home. read more

I've been to this place a couple of times. I really liked it. The food was fresh and hot.

Very slow service tonight. Usually very prompt but seem shorthanded tonight. Disappointing!!

It amazes me that this place is still in business. Dried out small burgers at a very expensive price. If you have an issue and need to call them, they don't pickup. read more

They make a decent burger and shake but for $12, it's a little pricey. I would give it 3 stars, but because of the price, 2 is all they get. BTW, they have a promotion that for the person who posts the time/date of when they think the 100k customer orders, that person who gets closest wins a year of food.  My guess? November 23, 5:56pm read more

Originally would have left 4 stars for this place, but they took away the free custard. boo... Although the burgers are pricey, they are really good. I definitely love the rings - 'cry and fry' is a must order. I'm not sure where the '100,000th customer' contest stands, but I'm going to guess it is on 12/6 at 12:30pm. read more

Let's just start with "it's good." Is it worth the price? Not a chance. Had the "28 day" signature burger with fries and a drink which comes out to $18. Portions are on point, you won't leave hungry, but you certainly won't feel satisfied for the price. Service is great and friendly, atmosphere is also pleasant. As for the "28 day" burger, it's quite good. Can you honestly discern it's age via a distinct flavor? No. A solid representation of a double cheeseburger, but nothing to write home about. Certainly not for the price. read more

What happened to the green style burgers? It used to be about 1/2 thick lettuce on each side making it feel like a bun. Now, 2 skimpy pieces of lettuce on each side making it difficult to eat. I hate see this. I expect the highest quality from Burger Fi but am disappointed today. read more

BurgerFi - Burger Fi cheeseburger green style but sadly lacking the green. - Burgers Near Me - Alpharetta, Georgia

We love Burgerfi, their food and service is usually wonderful. But last night, there was an event going on at the local high school. I believe they had specials for the students, there were flyers posted on the front counter. We were lucky enough to get there before the rush. Our food, which included their delicious onion rings, came out quickly. But it took over 25 minutes to get our dessert. I walked back to the counter to cancel our order when it was finally ready. Other people were standing there waiting on food they had ordered before I had placed our dessert order. Burgerfi must've known it was going to be a busy night, and they didn't have enough staff. The employees working did their best. The problems were caused by bad management. We hope management sees this review and corrects the problem, because we'd love to visit them again in the future. read more

Ordered for pickup using their app. Everyone was confused when I showed up to pick it up, when they finally discovered it was already ready. Deleting my Burger Fi app today! Thank you and goodbye Burger Fi Alpharetta read more

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. They may have really good food but until the service improves, don't patronize them. The kid at the register didn't acknowledge our existence. Someone from the back came up to assist but she was too stoned or stupid to know what was going on. We had to remind her what we ordered. Another patron had to bring their food back twice to get it right. There are so many other great places in Alpharetta. read more

BurgerFi has catered several large events for us and they are always a hit. The food is served hot and fast. They are able to cook onsite and their catering manager Pamela has it organized down to a science. I recommend BurgerFi to cater your events. read more

Love the burgers, Chicago style hotdog, beer selection, French fries.... it's all delicious! One of our favorite burger spots.

I wish I could give a good review. I really wanted to give a good review. Unfortunately the experience fell far short of expectations. What ruined the experience was the service. We ordered three burgers and after waiting nearly 20 minutes every single burger was wrong. It was a to-go order too so luckily we checked before walking out the door. When we said something about our order I got my receipt shoved in my face by the young woman working the register asking if my order was rang up correctly. Listen, the last time I worked a restaurant or fast food was over 20 years ago. I don't know how you ring up the burgers. I just know I repeated my order 3 times and my partner went back up the register to ask if you had rang the order up right. Each time you told us it was correct. So again, 20 minutes later we establish the order is wrong and the grill is asked to remake it. The order is read to the young kid working the grill and he laughs about getting the entire order wrong. Thanks kid, glad you think it's funny. I really didn't after working a 13 hour day and trying to grab food "quick" to meet my out of town client back at the hotel to feed him. Yeah I really wanted to spend well over 30 minutes waiting for 3 burgers. They gave us fries but I didn't want fries, which is why I didn't order them to begin with. It was almost 11pm before we got out of there and I nearly fell asleep at the table waiting for our food. The worst part is I had looked at this place so many times before hoping that I'd have something that would take me over an hour from my home and leave this as my food option. I got my wish and I regretted it. I can't even tell you if the burger was good. I was too tired and honestly didn't care by the time I threw the food in my mouth so I could pass out and get up early to get to work. And yes, let me share what was so hard about my order: bacon cheeseburger single add ketchup, bacon cheeseburger single add mayo, classic burger no tomato add mayo. Really difficult order right? What did I get? Three single burgers (no cheese, no bacon) one with mayo, one with ketchup. read more

Ordered a burger with no cheese. Burger comes out with the cheese scraped off but still all over the burger. Eventually you will really hurt if not kill people with allergies if you keep this practice up. Needless to say I will never eat here again. read more

Amazeing food a terrific customer service , the owner is a realy out going and cool guy I recommend it to everyone I know kinda reminds me of outback stake house but without spending allot the prices are pretty decent I would rather have it over McDonald's any day read more

BurgerFi is hands down my favorite place around for a great burger. While it is certainly fast, it is anything but your typical "fast food". The quality is far superior than most with delicious options to please any diet and even the pickiest of palates. The manager, Pam, is one of the nicest people to work with. I am part of a local school PTA, and she is always looking for ways to give back to the community. We have held many spirit nights with them in the past and it is definitely a family favorite. I recently reached out to her for help with our staff appreciation and she was more than generous making sure we had everything we needed. I'm so thankful for them being a part of our local community. I look forward to working with them for years to come and bringing my family back again and again. read more

I went to burgerfi and the service was great. I was treated by Maya and the manager Blake and they treated my friends and I very well.

Small burger. $3.37 for fries. No prices shown for beer. Go get a good burger at the Windward Tavern (don't work there just appreciate the food). Static electricity shocks off the steel table where the ridiculously small ketchup holders are kept. read more

I should probably take some of the blame for going to a burger joint as a vegetarian and expecting to eat well. I also am very healthy so what I got was the smallest patty with a slice of lettuce. It was $13. As I complained to my lunch mate (she agreed with me, but she is a friend...) a woman sitting beside me asked why my meal was so tiny. I explained it's the "Green veggie burger" She gasped and explained she ordered the same thing and was also so upset that she paid $13. Once she got her burger she was equally upset. This is not a good place for health or veggies. It is also SO BUSY and super loud in here. The staff yell at each other. I think it's part of the gimmick so I might again be ignored here but it is not a nice calm place for lunch at all. I won't visit again. read more

I tried Burgerfi and found it decent. The burger is good but for the same price you can go to Village Burger for a char-grilled double cheese that is much larger and tastes even better. The Onion rings are the best thing about Burgerfi but 5 large rings cost $4.37. It's not a very good value but the food rates a 6.5 out of 10 IMO. Will stick with Village burger, a much better value http://www.villageburger.com/Menu read more

Food is great. BUT we wanted desert, and took over 30 minutes for ice cream that I'm sure was already made. WTH.. Went to get money back...... took another 20 minutes. I think they need better problem solving skills. read more

The only thing about this place is ergonomics. It can be really difficult getting to the ready counter having to navigate the large table right by the registers, the people trying to get their drinks and the people ordering. There has to be a better way to do this! The food rocks, though, so, mostly worth it. read more

I went on to order and picked pick up and it somehow registered as delivery through postmates. I try to call and I would be able to pick it up but couldn't be refunded for my delivery fee. Then my food finally comes and ine of the 3 things I ordered was missing. I tried to call and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then my calls were ignored. Maybe it could of been a good burger but as I ate it I was thinking that it wasn't worth $25. read more

Ray took our order and served us. He was so helpful and attentive. Great customer service and order came out fast.

Not only was this the best burger I've had (by far), it was also the best dine-in experience I've had that I can remember and if I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. I don't remember the name of the girl that took our order but she was an absolute sweetheart. The owner Ron is incredible as well; extremely personable and he went out of his way to check in on us during our meal and even ended up giving our party frozen custard on the house. As far as COVID goes, the place seemed very clean. All of the available (outdoor) tables were decently spaced out, there was hand sanitizer available, and I saw employees outside cleaning up multiple times during our short visit - definitely a safe place to eat right now! This was my first time coming here but I'm 110% positive that I'll be returning in the very near future! read more

I order from BurgerFi once a month every month for a group meeting. BurgerFi always provides great food and great service.

So this place is near my work and I figured I will give it a try. The burger I had was decent. I ordered the CEO Burger which consisted of Double Brisket Burger, Homemade Bacon Tomato Jam, Truffle Aioli, Aged Swiss Cheese. It was very filling! But what caught my attention was the fries I ordered. I ordered Regular fries and man oh man regular fries can feed 2 people EASILY. I had it topped with Parmesan and Herb with a Garlic Aioli sauce drizzeled on top. What an experience. I Really enjoyed the fries. Will be coming back here again! read more

Great new concept with great tasting fresh made to order food. Yea you can go elsewhere and get a hamburger for less. But dollar for dollar BurgerFi is worth the spend. Our family loves to go there. My wife loves the vegetarian burger....gotta give it a try. The combination of wine and beer make this more of an outing than just a fast food venture. Great job Ron....keep it up. read more
