My second experience was not as nice. I waited for about 30 minutes for my order. A worker passed by me a couple of times but said something very mumbled and I couldn't understand him. When I asked what he said, he didn't speak any louder. I let him know that I was still waiting on my order. Another waitress then walked up to me and told me that if I had the incorrect order I needed to go up to the registers and let someone know. I said I had never gotten my order. It was another 5-10 minutes before I finally got my order. On my second trip my sandwich wasn't cut in half and my fork was unwrapped out of the package.
