This place gets better every year. The menu is heavy on the seafood - but even "non seafood people" (like me) can find something good to eat. I've only had one meal there I didn't really like, but I think I may have ordered the wrong thing (club was served warm, which is not my thing at all). We went there several times last year and it was great, food was delicious. However on our last two visits our food came out cold and they had to reheat it. Most likely won't be going back in the foreseeable future. read more

Such a welcoming environment when you walk in. Hostess are quick to great you and take you to your table. Our waitress watched over us and took very good care of us. This is a family run restaurant and I have to say they put really put their heart into it! The food is delicious, didn't have a bad meal ever. They add specials to the menu depending on the day of the week. Everything tasted great and fresh. The bar is great if you want have a cocktail and they have some yummy ones. The blackberry margarita is my favorite. All cocktails are precisely made and the restaurant is clean. Shannon was the sweetest bartender, Lance was always willing to lend a hand, the parents also work very hard. It's just a very close nit happy family. Being that we come from a large bustling city it was nice to experience good hardworking family that offers great food and great beverages. Staff is always friendly. I've eaten a lot at the Zachary location when it was open. Most days the owner is there, serving, cooking and asking how your experience was. Food was excellent. Wife had crab cake pasta. Friend had seafood pasta. Both raved about it. My son had the kids shrimp which was a large portion. I had the club sandwich that was very good but I wish I would have chosen a seafood option. Waitress was fast and friendly. It was not as packed as I imagined on a Saturday evening and the live music was great to listen to. Not sure who the musician was but he was really good. We will be going back again. read more

We ordered Spinach & Artichoke dip, cheese logs, Megan's Seafood balls, The Acadian, Jammin Pointe Coupee, Stuffed Eggplant, and Pasta Jarreau! Maci was our waitress & was very sweet and attentive! The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. All staff was friendly and fast. We ordered the special which was Red beans and rice with 2 fish strips and bread. It was delivered quickly. The red beans and rice are some of the best I've eaten. The fish was crispy outside and flaky inside and everything was well seasoned. My only complaint is that I asked for remoulade sauce for my fish and it was .65 cents extra, most places provide tartar or remoulade with fish. It was good food at a great price.
