Best thing in Jackson. Smash burger and chicken fingers are amazing. Very relaxed space, food is quick, and Tim is awesome.

Had this a 5 * review and based on the iron skillet steak and service I received on a Saturday night it was but I returned Monday for lunch got two pizzas that were pretty good and a order of white beans and rice with two small fried but unseasoned pork chops because the lunch menu has limited choices compared to the supper choices so We went back for supper Monday night I ordered the chicken piccata and my daughter had the chicken Marsala and I had to send my chicken piccata back because it was served COLD :( and when they brought it back they heated it up someway that made the chicken was hard and inedible then they had topped it was Marsala sauce ( so I now had the two sauces mixed up on inedible chicken, sad. I DO WANNA say the steak on Saturday night was perfection though!

Came in because I was in the area and getting very hungry, so I came in. I got the shrimp and fish pasta and it hit all the right spots. Wait staff was very friendly. Everything was neat and clean.

The Iron Horse Cafe is a great addition to the Feliciana communities!! Given that we visited at noon on a Saturday, the noise level wasn't bad and didn't have to wait long to be seated. Monica, the bartender waited on us in our booth and was very friendly, prompt and nailed our orders. Both sandwiches were delicious and fries were hot and delicious!

One of the specials I have ordered

One of our favorite places to eat! Being locals we go at least once a month. We have tried a wide variety of the foods and the steak has been a favorite for my husband and I. I LOVE the vegetables they serve with it. My son absolutely loves the cheese pizza (he's extremely picky on what kind of cheese pizza he will eat) and my daughter love the pasta. We always get an order of the gator bites as well. Everything we have ordered has been worth the price for the serving size and taste. The waiter Andrew is also always extremely polite and give wonderful service! This restaurant is a wonderful addition to the community.

Daily special. Red beans and pork chop with cornbread

Came through this area shopping the Choctaw Trail...and it's lunch time and too got for a food truck ! Very clean, good service and good food! The lunch special was only $13 .. very small town, local business and absolutely worth stopping in even if you just looking for an appetizer and a drink!

Great food and service. Enjoyed the theme and decor. My sandwich was great and my family also enjoyed their meals.

The ambiance and service made it the perfect place to spend our anniversary…read more The server brought out bread and it reminded me of the bread my grandma used to make when I was a little girl. Our server went over the specials without looking at notes and went into extensive detail of each dish. She also took our order without writing anything down. We started with crabcakes as an appetizer and it was phenomenal and I am picky about my crabcakes. My boyfriend ordered lobster ravioli it was okay, not something I would order again, but the star of the show was the highly recommended special which was red snapper topped with sautéed crawfish over a pesto cream sauce. They gave a generous portion. I brought the rest home as leftovers and our server even gave me bread in my to go bag. Needless to say we left stuffed but I had to try a cannoli to go and it didn't disappoint either. This was my first time here and I already can't wait to go back.

I ordered one of the Verona specials ( $22.00): the shrimp and ravioli dish (cheese ravioli in a cream sauce with sautéed shrimp, sun‑dried tomatoes, and asparagus). Compared to my meal from two years ago, this was a huge improvement. I'm not sure if they have a new chef or if the previous one has simply stepped up their game, but whatever changed, it worked. The food came out nice and hot, and everything was on point. My waitress was engaging and attentive without being overbearing, which made the experience even better. Total for meal including tip was $38.

New location is very nice. The chicken primavera with pink…read moresauce (vodka sauce) is really good. I'll come back for that, and hope the service we had this time was a fluke. The service this time was not good. Not good at all. After being seated, getting bread and drinks, our waiter disappeared. After half-an-hour, we asked someone else if they could find her. She came and apologized that she had forgotten about us. We ordered and waited another half-an-hour for one dish. My wife and I shared a plate of chicken primavera, and it took them a half-hour to prepare it. I am a fan of the slow pace of European restaurants, and we did enjoy a nice visit while waiting. And I got to see most of the second half of the Music City Bowl, and watch Tennessee make a solid run at a come-from-behind win (they almost did it, too). But if you want faster service, maybe check on your waiter sooner. And I will say it again - that vodka sauce is worth coming back for, and worth keeping the original four stars I gave them on the premise that our service was a fluke. Oh, and the complimentary piece of cheesecake was nice, too - rich and creamy.
