That was fine as we were tired from driving. However, when we showed up to pick up our order, they were actually open for dine in. The girl who brought out our order was so kind to provide everything we needed to eat back at our hotel-plenty of napkins, utensils and condiments. She knew we were traveling and asked about our travels and was very friendly and kind. Our pizza was delicious-a small pepperoni, green olive and onion. We each ordered a Caesar salad, not knowing how big they were. One salad could definitely feed 2 people. The salads were so fresh, with plenty of beautiful grated Parmesan cheese and croutons. Though topped with fried onions and pickles, you can taste the beef which made the burger more enjoyable. Sometimes, when a burger has a lot of toppings, the ingredients overpower the beefy taste. This is not the case with this one. The toppings complimented the beef. Definitely recommend this dish! Both entrees were served with Cajun fries which were good and crispy. For dessert, we ordered one serving of beignets (3.25 stars) with our coffee. They were three beignets generously sprinkled with powered sugar. They were hot and fresh however they were slightly small. Also the beignets were more square instead of round. It was flaky, but was slightly doughy. They were enjoyable with the coffee. It was even better by dipping the Beignets into the coffee. The chicory flavor of the coffee gave a slight bitterness to the beignets. I was so overcooked that it was like chewing cardboard. I don't understand how anyone can cook chicken to this point. Dry and tough doesn't begin to describe it. I took 1 piece of chicken and tried to tear it up with my finger and it was hard to do. It was the texture of jerky. If I didn't live 30 minutes away I would have returned it.
