The smell inside is unbearable, the pizza was so greasy it looked unsafe to eat. We came in on 9/6/2015 and the smell was pretty terrible. Possible dirty wash water used to wipe down all the tables and chairs (and they were sticky, and hazy). I'd suggest skipping this place. The little server was nice, doing the best she could while it appeared they were understaffed. read more

We had absolutely the best Pizza Hut pizza ever from this establishment. We had it delivered poolside at the Magnolia Bluffs Hotel, it was hot, fresh, well prepared and our delivery driver was polite, clean and full of smiles. I have never, and my wife agreed, seen such a beautiful pizza from a Pizza Hut, it was perfect, not only visually but in taste and preparation. Great job all around. read more

Got both orders wrong forgot to cook our buffalo wings The pizza looked like something that they scraped off the floor and stuffed in a box for us. On top of that the guy running the register said he was going to get the manager and he actually just grabbed the first lady he saw behind him who presented herself as a manager and would not help us out at all. I gave this Pizza Hut location a five star not because of the food but because of the customer service at the location initially I ordered online canceled that and ordered over the phone via the call center. the lady I spoke to was very rude I ordered a chicken pizza with onions and tomatoes stuffed crust. On purpose she placed the order under Italian sausage my family does not Eat pork, needless to say we were not happy. We drove to the location and the staff inside took care of us, they were very nice lots of hospitality no questions asked the manager and the staff were very kind. read more

These chain pizzas are consistently good. However, I ordered wings. Was given the wrong "flavor"/coating. Called back, was told "oh we were out of the other one". Snippy, petulant employee/s. Nobody said anything at pickup. Also, they aren't wings; they "wing shaped chicken pieces". At $15 for 10, unacceptable. And, they tasted terrible. Gave them to the dog. read more

Visiting from West Hollywood California here in Natchez, Ms. We ordered via app Large pepperoni pizza, bread sticks, mozzarella sticks. Drove thru for order, got home looked inside box ate a slice of pizza, pizza was hard and cold like leftover pizza bread sticks hard not fresh and mozzarella sticks were over cooked. My friends will never eat from this Pizza Hut in Natchez. Pizza corporation please hire more cooks. Very Disappointed!! read more

I used to love the salad bar at the Pizza Hut, but now, that has changed. On September 13, 2018, I went to Pizza Hut with the salad bar on my mind. I began to eat and on about my fourth fork of salad, I discovered hair in my food. I instantly lost my appetite. The waitress assigned to my table was informed and she was extremely indifferent. When I went to the register to pay, I informed the cashier and she responded with, "I didn't put the salad on the bar today." As disgustingly gross as it is to find a stranger's hair in my food, I would get eventually get over that. However, the employees' apathetic attitudes are very inexcusable. Neither of the employees that I encountered owned the problem and that is a huge problem. I work entirely too hard to spend my hard earned money on "hairy" food and horrible attitudes. I hope this message serves as a training point in the future, but I'll never see if the situation gets any better because I'll never set foot in here again. read more

I ordered pizza at 4:30 to be delivered at 6. I call at 6:20 and got the impression it wasn't even started yet but was assured it would be at my house shortly. I call again at 7:52. Pizza is supposed to be with delivery driver. It's 7:20 now and still no pizza. I live in the middle of town- not hard to find. And I have a house full of hungry kids. read more

If i could give it 0 stars i would have. Wait staff not ready to work. Couldnt count the number of people to the number of chairs needed. Took forever to get our drink order that we had to refill ourselves. Forgot half of our order. When we finally figured out how to count chairs it took 3 to figure out how to put 9 seating spaces together for 7. Might want to skip this one. read more

Ordered some grub last night from this location because it's Sunday in the South, kind of a last resort since they were pretty much the only place open. Dug right into the cheese sticks and what do I taste? Cinnamon. Have you ever had heavily seasoned cinnamon cheese sticks?! It's not good people. Not good at all. This isn't the first time they've botched our order but like I said, last resort. I gave an extra star because they did deliver our cheesy cinnamony breadsticks extremely fast. The triple cheese pizza barely had enough cheese to be deemed a single cheese pizza. Sadly, this is not the first time we had almost no cheese on a pizza here. It took longer to get our single serve cheese pizza than our large pizza. Along with the ridiculously long wait for our food, it took forever to get our ticket. We actually had to go get it from the counter ourselves. Even then, the ticket was wrong one. read more
