I rarely leave reviews, but tonight's experience deserves to be shared. At 8:40pm, the woman taking orders--who claimed to be an assistant manager--set the tone immediately by rushing me through my order. After every single item I tried to say (a taco, a drink, etc.), she cut me off with an aggressive "Is that all?" as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The tone was dismissive, impatient, and flat-out disrespectful. To make matters worse, when I asked for a simple 33¢ sauce, she refused to let me pay for it at the window and made me drive back around the line a second time. That's not customer service--it's hostility. The order itself wasn't even correct, which only added insult to injury. When someone in a management position treats customers like this, it reflects directly on the business. I don't expect luxury service here, but I do expect basic courtesy and competence. Unfortunately, this experience was so unprofessional and unnecessarily unpleasant that it guaranteed I won't be back. read more

They have the Crunchwrap sliders on both menus (inside and out) I tried to order them through the drive through and they cut me off saying they don't have them. I said you don't and they said nope rudely. I would have just ordered something else but didn't want to spend my money on a business where the people that don't care about their customers period. This is the worst , I MEAN THE WORST TACO BELL EVER!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would . From the nasty attitudes to messing up your food . Y'all go through E-Learning just to mess up ? I know the cooks have to train , but then again all they are doing is putting meat and cheese into a shell and adding toppings if the customer wants . How do the cooks manage to mess that up? They are lazy . If it was their money , they'd be upset to . They need to do better . The people who take the orders need to open their ears and listen and if they miss something or don't understand , they need to ask the customer to repeat what they are saying instead of putting what they want to put on the ticket. They get mad when you tell them the order is wrong when you know what you asked for. Sad restaurant . Went in late night and the workers at the drivethru were very rude and wouldn't take our order, when they finally did they said they could only take 1 order per car because they only had 1 cook. Have never had a bad experience here. The food always tastes the way it should and never looks thrown together. The woman working the drive thru was very polite and you could understand every word she spoke. The food this time was orgasmic! Would not recommend this Taco Bell. If I could give 0 stars instead of 1, I would. We pulled up around 11:05 p.m. on Wednesday night. We were the only customers in sight, so we decided that it would be easier on everyone if we just went through the drive thru. From start to finish of service, the women(2) were shockingly rude. As soon as we pulled up and one woman asked if we were ready, I told her that we would have TWO separate orders (my boyfriend and I on one and our friend on another). She quickly replied and said that they were only accepting one order per vehicle because there was only one cook on the floor--A minor inconvenience, but we didn't mind putting our orders together because there were only THREE of us in the vehicle. As the woman is telling us and we're saying "yes ma'am, one second please" to get our combined orders together, another woman is yelling in the back group saying "Nah, he ain't doing this tonight, I can tell you right now," as well as making other nasty remarks regarding us trying to place an order at 11:05 p.m. when this Taco Bell does not close until 2:00 a.m. We then said "we're ready to order" and the original woman didn't respond. I waited a few minutes, waiting to see if she had heard me and I said again, "yes ma'am, we're ready to order." The other woman SCREAMS into the speaker directly at me and says "She's coming, damn!". WARNING. A few weeks ago, I took my Taco Bell meal home, ate it, and 30 minutes later almost died. I had extreme vertigo (couldn't stand up), vomited repeatedly for hours, went to Emergency room. They did a blood test and told me I had been poisoned, not by bad food, but by some poisonous chemical. This was the only meal I had eaten that day, so it had to be the Taco Bell meal. I talked to manager the next day; she said "oh too bad, it couldn't have been us, we don't have any chemicals". untrue, obviously (surely they use them to clean with). Corporate office said "franchise, you have to talk to local store". If I knew who owned this Natchez store, I'd tell them, Please Stop Poisoning your customers. I don't eat there anymore, even though Taco Bell was a favorite of fast food places. read more
