I was asked to wait 2 more minutes as it still wasn't done. 15 minutes later I was, again, asked what my order was. I told them, again, and they vowed to check. I stood for 3 more minutes watching the staff take care of others (as before) instead of myself. At this point, my time was more valuable than the burgers, so I left. I'm guessing that all of the drunk parents that were letting their wild children run all over were more important to serve than I was. Lesson learned. Silver lining is that had I waited long enough to get my two hamburgers, I'd probably had gotten food poisoning from a cook that would have tried to hurry my order.
