The kitchen is gross i worked there for a minute mostly the people there domt like me which is normal for me around here because i speak nothing but the truth and it usually someome telling a lie on me to make them look better.Im not perfect nor is anyone there. I will pray for them Sunday at church and bible study for a month hopefully God will let them see the truth.I WILL PRAY FOR ME ALSO-but not for what yall think of me.I laugh at my own neighbors who think whatever of me.Anyhow lets get to what needs to be said this establishment needs is a deep cleaning the people who work there don't clean so I thought this place would do better if the food display looked clean and everything that people touch was wiped down, and I got yelled and let go because I made more work for someone else which I would of gladly cleaned up myself off the clock like I have before. My main goal is for them to make money, guess they have plenty of it. Just because they have money doesn't mean you can talk to me like I'm a bad or a poor person. My family in Florida are as just as important as yours, but you be damn if myfamily that are school representatives lawyers and business owners will never talk to someone or A customer like the workers do. Look around evryone is lazy. They just stand around, when they cold put a broom or a washcloth in there hands, cook what the people want and don't mix fish with the same oil as the fries. For the love of God please clean your place, Noone wants to get sick cause of laziness. 86 the one who wants best for your business and cleanliness is whats important to me and maybe a clean house is what you really need. Customers would be greatly appreciated by that.customer service is a joke at Adams. Thanks for the little time I worked there. Not sorry if I cleaned to much.

I read about this place on a local Facebook page. They said they have great hamburgers, for a…read morereally reasonable price. We decided while driving through Jackson this weekend to check them out. I didn't recall ever seeing it before, so couldn't place exactly where it was. It is a local convenience store, so I figured I had to have seen it before. When we figured out where it is, we realized we HAD seen it before, but had no idea based on how it looks, and the name, that it's actually a convenience store. We pulled in, and I have to admit, I was less than impressed, and figured this would probably be a "one and done" situation, but we were there, so we went in. It's a bit "divey", but it wasn't as bad on the inside as I thought it would be. We came in and they greeted us. We went to the counter to order our burgers. The food is made to order, so you need to be prepared to wait for a little bit. While we waited, we walked around the store. I have to say I did NOT expect the wine and alcohol selection they had in there! I saw things I've never seen before, and the prices were actually better than where we usually go, so I can see myself stopping in again for that alone. Our burgers were ready fairly quickly, and since there isn't seating to eat inside, we ate them outside in our vehicle. The burgers were really large, and though it didn't look fantastic, they were actually very tasty. The fact that they were huge and only $4.99 each was an added bonus! Don't let the looks of the outside scare you off. It's worth a stop if you are in the area!

And the Bacchus was too soft and sad tasting, out of all of their wines btg was not great but the best red wine on the menu by far and it had flavors of blackberry, black currant, plum and black cherry with some tannin that helped it stand up to the food! And Grif and Kemp also got a glass knowing how particular I am! And for dinner entrees Mike and I both ordered the Cast Iron Ribeye, 12oz Certified Angus Beef, juicy and a creole demi glaze, topped with roasted garlic herb butter, choice of potato, roasted broccoli, with side garden salad for $32 And everyone loved their meals, and loved the look of the place. It looked brand new the entire place was quaint like a new country restaurant

As a New a Orleanian, it's Not A PoBoy (due to bread not being more crisp outside w/ hollow air holes inside), but really really close to it. That's fine, as the menu does not declare it as a PoBoy. I had mine "Dressed" (regular Mayo, Let, Tom, added Pickle & deleted Pepper Jack Cheese; in staying with my New Orleans "Dressed" Preference.) Great Friendly Servers. Very Attentive & Accommodating. Decor of old train history & artifacts. Quiet to Moderate noise level. Very Clean, Well Stocked Ladies' Room. -Free Off Street Parking, small dedicated lot -Prior Visit: ordered a Pizza To Go. Husband saw the rating of this place, the menu items sounded good, so we went to give it a try…read more Let me start by saying: This is a Bar. They have tables, serve food, but this is a bar. The menu items sound good, and we're ... Just Okay. We tried the fried pork chop, Mac & cheese, greens, Philly sandwich and onion rings . The chop was frozen well and tasted okay, Mac was not bad, sweet potatoes were good (but the side order literally consisted of 8 small squares of potato), and the greens left a lot to be desired. Canned greens with a bit of seasoning added. As for the Philly, I'll quote my husband who said "It's okay but missing something... Meat!" lol Yes, it was heavy on bread, light on steak. The Servers/ Bartender were friendly, although if they tell you they are coming to you to take your order at a table, don't fall for it!! You will be sitting and waiting as people at the bar are taken care of. Do yourself a favor and go to the bar itself to order! The food took a really long time to come out. Like crazy long considering we were at the time the only people ordering food! It was 2 of us! One person working was busy putting up Halloween decorations, after taking drink orders, then fixing those drinks to go, which was after telling us she was coming to take our order. The best things were the onion rings, and sweet tea. Although the thin styrofoam cup containing the tea popped in my car cup holder and had to be cleaned up. It was all a crazy mess. I gave them 2 stars for the food items we did somewhat like. Also, no reviews had pictures of the outside, so I will add some.

5/5 -- A Ponchatoula Gem You Have to Try…read more If you ever find yourself anywhere near Ponchatoula, do yourself a favor and stop at Toula Burger on W Pine Street. I walked in expecting a good burger... I walked out questioning why every other burger in my life hasn't been held to this standard. From the jump, the vibe feels like what a small-town Louisiana burger spot should be: warm, welcoming, and buzzing with people who clearly know they're in for something special. You can tell the crew cares -- not just about making food, but about creating a place the community is proud of. I ordered the signature burger, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the kind of bite that makes you pause. Perfectly seasoned beef, cooked exactly how I asked, layered with toppings that taste thoughtfully chosen rather than thrown together. The bun held everything like a champ -- soft enough to enjoy, sturdy enough to keep the whole experience tidy. It's the little things, and they nail every one. The fries? Golden, salty, addictive. The kind of fries you keep eating even after you're full because "just one more" somehow becomes ten. What really stood out, though, was the service. Ponchatoula is known for its hospitality, but the folks at Toula Burger take it to another level. Genuine smiles, real conversations, and you can feel the pride they have in what they've built. It's refreshing. To the owners: Y'all created something special here. You've got a spot that feels rooted in community but tastes like it belongs on a national "must-try" list. I'd love to know more about the inspiration behind the menu -- especially what led you to craft a burger that balanced richness and freshness so perfectly. Keep doing what you're doing; the attention to detail shows. I'll absolutely be back -- and I'll be bringing people with me.

He is a burger aficionado. While the hand patted Burger is fantastic, my husband commented that every single time he has been there the fries are lukewarm. I opted for a hand battered shrimp Poboy. The batter was really good. Served freshly fried. If you're weird about veins in your shrimp, these are not deveined shrimp. The problem is that the bread to shrimp ratio is off. It's a really thick bread. The restaurant atmosphere is so quaint and homey. The staff was so friendly. I can chalk the bread thing up to personal preference but they need to do better with hot fries.
