This was the best drive thru experience I've had at Burger King and the food was miles past where I thought Burger King could ever take quality on the same menu items. The spicy nuggets are fantastic. Bacon on my bacon king was actually crispy and the fries were not soaked in oil like Burger King fries usually are. Staff was enthusiastic and accommodating to my adjustment at the window as well. Awesome experience I hope they keep it up. read more

I recently saw a report that Burger King is the Only Fast Food of the 3 Major Fast Food Restaurants that the food will actually mold if you leave it out for days and days. This is the BEST RECOMMENDATION that I could give for BURGER KINGS DELICIOUS FOOD. This means that Burger King's food is real food. Not stuffed full of preservatives. This location has provided a mediocre experience the last several times I have been. Today I was asked to pull up without receiving my card back after I paid. I asked for my card which was handed to me with an attitude and then asked for the receipt. I was told the receipt printer is broken. There were no cars behind me being held up to require me to really need to pull up and I had a small order. Just one meal and an order of mozzarella sticks. I pulled up and waited several minutes for my food. The man that brought the food out took his mask off of his face to speak to me while he was holding my items. When I drove away I took a bite of my fries and they were so covered in salt that I almost spit it out in the car. My milkshake was half full of air and whipped cream, and upon arriving at home to eat my meal I noticed that my mozzarella sticks were missing from the bag. I quit going here. I've ate here more than a few times throughout the year and it's the same every time. You order your food, then before you pull up to the drive through window, they make you back up and if you don't understand why they're waiving for you to go back, they give you attitude. And this is a manager giving attitude btw. I'm guessing it has to do with their ticket times.... They wanna make it appear like they're satisfying their ticket times when they take forever only to get dried up old crap with stale or soggy fries when they finally pull you up to the window. The burger buns are dried up and hard, meat tastes like hockey puck. This place sucks and it's been like this for awhile. I quit going there. read more

We came here for breakfast the other morning my daughter wanted a sausage egg and cheese croissant meal. We ordered at the window and when I got to the window I told the lady that we wanted to change to the 2 crossiant meal and I had a coupon. She was very rude and told me we had to give her the code at the speaker. Then she just stood there looking at me. Then she repeated that we couldn't use the coupon unless we are at the window . By that time I was a little annoyed so I asked her if she would like me to drive back around and order then. Finally she took the coupon it was $2 cheaper and came with a extra crossiant. What happened to the customer always being right . I should mention we were the only customers in line so it wasn't like I was holding their line up. read more

This location is complete trash. They are scheduled to open at 6am, every morning I've gone at 6:15, they give the same excuse: we are not open yet, the fryers a'int up. It's the same lie over and over again. They will sometimes get an attitude when telling you they're not open, as if the customer is the problem. read more

DONT GO HERE! i ordered a meal in the drive-thru. i paid and was waiting for my change, she opened the window about to hand me my change but instead she shut the window and took someone's order. i sat there waiting when the lady at the next window waived me over. i asked about my change and she didn't acknowledge it and handed me my food. i asked for ranch and she was so rude about it! i got home only to fine that i got a small fry instead of the medium one i ordered. AND my burger was SO HARD i could barely bite a price off. it all just went in the garbage. they stole money from me, they were rude, and my food was disgusting! read more

Cannot believe the service at this Burger King. They must pay for the employees to be rude and obnoxious. We visited through the drive through for breakfast and ordered a chicken biscuit. The terse reply of "we are all out of chicken" came back through the speaker. We then ordered a sausage biscuit and was meet with an equally terse reply that it was going to be a 15 minute wait for the biscuits. I would have driven off from there but the picky eater had to have her smoothy. At the pay window the employee of the month treated me with dignity and respect saying, "2.53" or what ever the total was, I payed cash and that was all the conversation I would get. We didn't even get a reply to our "have a great day" as we had our smoothy shoved through the window. I will give one star because they gave us ONE straw and ONE napkin. We took our business to Sonic down the street, which had GREAT service and respect for the customers who pay the bills, BK could learn a thing or two from them. read more
