Rude service, lady wady her cell , they forgot to give me my 2 ranch, this was at 1pm. It wasn't even busy. I order 3 meals and get 2 napkins like really... And you mess the order up. Never had such bad service. read more

THE SLOWEST DRIVE THRU!!! Such a simple order took 20 mins!! Ridiculous!! 2 combos!! And to top it off, gave me a lemonade with NO TASTE AND messed up my order by adding onions to my burger when I asked NO ONION. read more

Still a solid 3 because the food was good. But the overall experience here was lacking. I ordered online to have my food ready by a certain time, and I still had to wait. My order wasn't ready until 25 minutes after it should have been, which is super frustrating. So what's the point of ordering ahead of time? read more

4/5/2026 3:20 pm Went on the drive through. Ordered a double whopper with cheese, a whopper Jr and some onion rings. Got home, 6 miles away and they gave me a regular whopper with cheese. Looked at my receipt, charge me for a double. The incompetence of people not caring for their customers. Will never go their again!!! On Washington and Norwalk blvd. read more

Pointless fast food review. I think burger King is cheaper out here than inland. 3 bucks isn't bad for a burger I had to order myself sigh. 20 dollar wages... Burger King though has potentially the worst hamburger patty in all the Fast foods I've tried. And I got 1/4 a slice bacon total on my bacon cheeseburger. There's a reason I haven't eaten BK for like 25 years. read more

Burger King - Fast Food Near Me - Whittier, California

This is the worst place for lunch. The service is horrible here. One cook and one cashier. Only the General Manager is in the store. There are no one else to attend. I placed my order and waited 20-25 minutes for my food and Oreo milkshake. Some items for the milkshakes left in opened area. When I leave the area, there' are 6-8 customers still waiting for services. read more

Worst Burger King everrr :( Decided to go for a quick bite to this particular location because everything else around me was closed. Huge mistake. Everything I ordered was stale and greasy. At least the nice drive through service made it seem like the food was going to be at least alright. read more

The worst service ever! We waited in the drive thru line for about 25 minutes! The drive thru attendant did not say. Hi, good bye, not even thank you. She was light complexion and had braids. She was extremely rude even when taking the order over the speaker. We were there Saturday October 11 around 2:30pm. I hope management can do something to better the service at this Burger King. Thank you. read more

Terrible Burger King! You advertise closing at midnight but turn people away from 11pm and on? Lazy workers which tells you how this establishment is managed and how much care is put into the preparation of your food! read more

The food was really good and the order was done correctly. We added a few things and it came as asked for, staff was polite and very helpful. Floors and tables needed some attention, they were dirty. Ice cream machine was out so that was disappointing but overall it was a nice experience and we would return. read more

No idea how you can have somebody who doesn't understand English to be taking orders on drive thru, and then has the nerve to call me rude for having to speak slowly in order for her to understand. Then waiting for 15 mins at the pick up window for the food to end up being cold. Never coming back to this location again read more

Was litterly called a liar by the store manager...so I go in there and order my usual whopper and as always ask for it off the broiler. (Right of the grill cooker and not warming tray) and it was on the receipt... I sat there and watched the cook grab the meat out of the tray. They gave it to me, and I said I want it hot off the broiler, not a warm patty from the tray. The cook tells the manager she got it from broiler, which was wrong. Instead of just re making it, the manager gets in a giant defensive argument about it, calls me a liar, and says hell belive his cook over me." I finally told him to check the cameras then which he did not want to. He finally told.cook to remake it and told me to make sure I watched her do it. He finally gave me the with, but no fries. When asked where fried are, he rolled his eyes and tossed the bag on the counter. I tried calling corporate but never got a call back. This is the most un professional manager I have ever dealt with. I've been going to that store for 8 years. But never again read more

I hate to be a Karen and even then I'll keep it short. I always go thru the drive thru I keep it simple. Today absolutely noone in front of me. I asked for honey mustard and buffalo sauce I get to work..... Honey mustard and marinera sauce. C'mon, simple request. Can't say you were swamped in drive thru. Just take time to listen. 3 stars because sandwich was hot. read more

Very young people who work there and are inconsiderate, left me waiting at the window for almost 10 mins when they asked me to drive to the window in the first place. They kept walking back to the window to see if it was another customer then seen it was me and walked away they did it repeatedly intending for me to leave . Very rude people I will never support this place again read more

Every once in a while, I get a random hankering for The Impossible Whopper Burger from Burger King. And there are very few options for sides so I inevitably have the fries. The Washington Boulevard location consistently over salts their fries to the point of being inedible, and this has been the case for years but I always forget and order the fries anyway. Did that tonight and I feel the regret of not remembering and after having tasted the fries wishing I hadn't wasted the money. I always flashback to memories of terrible fries past. Went through the drive thru this time. When I have eaten at this Burger King, I usually feel like my life is in danger with all the manner of shady characters this place attracts. It's old and dingy and so depressing. To the point where the only thing that will help is to raze and rebuild it from the ground up. But the memory of its grossness will haunt this location until the end of time. If I were to have it my way, they'd ease up on the salt and do a makeover. At least their consistent, lol. read more

If you wanna spend your hard earned money on a lukewarm, high sodium tasting, soggy breaded, burnt to the crisp meal, this is your place! You'll also be delighted to find more ice in your cup than drink and you'll definitely feel like the fries you're inhaling are from last month's delivery. I definitely recommend this location if you want to overspend for a stomach ache! All jokes aside, I definitely don't recommend this location. read more

6$ for a chicken sandwich that looks like cafeteria food last year was different it was all sloppy and drowned in sauce

Terrible service. The food took way too long! Almost 20 minutes only 2 cars ahead of me

I am never walking inside there again. I'm sorry but, it looks like people rarely eat in there because of how unclean it looks. I had to look at every table and most of them did not looked wiped down at all. It looks like it needs a serious remodel and I just felt extremely uncomfortable. To top it off, my drink had a smashed bug on the cap so, I had to ask for another drink. read more

Came through the drive-thru around 8:25pm for dessert, as I do a few times a year, I was looking forward to enjoying their Hersey pie and their tasty ice cream Sundae, however, the employee Nicole who took my order was in a rush, I asked her for the total price and she said "See you at the window" then cut me off..... I once again asked Nicole what the price was for the Sundae as I wanted to have the cash ready.... The Burger King Corporation is ultimately responsible for training and monitoring the drive-thru communication service. The girl was young and was actually sweet after I politely confronter her once I reached the window, it's also the Franchise owner who needs to be held accountable for not properly staffing the right people in the correct positions as well. Burger King Headquarters and their CEO need to re-focus on their customer experience, they offer delicious desserts at great prices. read more

the older employees are very up tight about their sauces. You order a few items and none of them come with sauce.

I recommend Burger King on 11125 E, Washington Blvd, Whittier, CA 90606, night staff are always on point, hot food ready to go. I always order the impossible burger and it's always great. For a chain fast food restaurant, they are on point with efficiency and kindness. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! Asked for 2-3 sauces for my LARGE order of fries and was told I could only have 1 sauce and any additional sauces would cost .50 cents each...like seriously?! First of all, at least give 2 freaking sauces for a LARGE order of them dry ass fries! I mean the sauces are small af! Y'all know damn well it will take at least 2 to go through some large fries! And second of all...50 cents?!! So basically you're gonna charge a damn $1 for 2 of those small ass sauces?! I could see .10 cents but .50 for each?? Y'all are out of your damn mind! There are so many other fast food places in the area, I recommend going elsewhere cuz BK is NOT THE DEAL! read more

Stupid ass lady made me late to work had me waiting 10 rucking minutes to heat up some fries

They're NO king of burgers nor of char..... I'm SO....... Extremely disappointed!!!! All these commercials showing how, Burger Kings, CHARBROILED burgers is what makes them stand out from the rest. I was craving.... I mean CRAVING the flavor of a charbroiled burger and all I can say is they, FAILED!!!! I bought their two cheese burger special with fries and a drink for under $4 and their 2 Whoppers for $6. First thing I noticed was where in the heck was the char??? My burgers had NO CHAR??? They appeared to have BOILED IN WATER. NOT even as if they were cooked on a griddle. I think I was in shock and denial besides a few other things. I was so upset that I couldn't eat it. I tried by taking a bite in hopes that maybe it had some liquid smoke infused in it. NOT!!! These are the reasons why this placed and many other burger kings have such horrible rating. I should of used my $10+ dollars to find a real burger joint that can char up my burger.... Burger King, you lost me as a customer and I'll never bring myself nor my family to eat at any of your locations due to this experience. read more

Went it to the restaurant on Washington in Whittier, and walked into the restroom; it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in a restaurant. The bathroom had crumbs on the floor; I could have slipped on the floor. I entered the stall to see nothing but crap all over the toilet on the walls, no dispensary, all for the paper to cover the toilet seat. If this is how they keep the restrooms, I would be afraid to eat their food because that's telling me they do not have any pride. There is no excuse for dirty filthy bathrooms. The restaurant itself, when you walk into it, feels and looks dirty. read more

The MOST DISGUSTING place I've ever been to. One of the workers dropped some chicken fries on the floor and he was picking the fries from the floor and putting them into bags and serving the fries that were on the floor to customers. The floor was so dirty, full of shoe marks and who knows what else. Another worker dropped cups on the dirty floor, just put them back like nothing happened. The same worker dropped a tray to keep food warm, just put it back into the tray holder. Again like nothing happened. There was so many things dropping and the one worker giving me my food, just said "Just trying to hurry and give the customers their food." The problem is that the food was on the dirty floor. I don't care how long it takes. Just give me clean food. Absolutely disgusting, and never going to this Burger King EVER AGAIN. read more

I've been coming here if every other restaurant is already closed for the day. I used to love BK as a kid, but now it's disgusting. At least the food from this location tastes like cardboard. The owner of this franchise is an embarrassment to the trade. Something is always wrong with the equipment. Usually resulting in the customer having to change selections or go without. But of course, the prices never change. They will always charge you, whether your fries are cold, the soda is flat, or the wrong flavor, or your chicken nuggets are so stale, they're just inedible. How is this acceptable??? I'm tired of being treated like our community doesn't deserve the best service and quality. This owner needs to step up his obligation to our community. And, replace those two unmatched entrance doors! So tacky! The place looks like it's being held together by staples, rubberbands and kitchen grease. read more

Made a quick stop at Burger King to grab some food. I order a burger then ask what type of sauce is on the burger and the girl acts like I'm speaking gibberish and says rudely "what burger" as if I didn't just order one. I was highly confused as to what the girls problem was but when I pulled up to the window after ordering 2 meals and a side of nuggets for my family and ask for 4 sweet and sour's and the girl tells me she is gonna have to charge me for them AFTER she already slid my card for my food. I don't understand if they're just super cheap or the girl has an attitude issue but this was on 7/31/21 at 11:30am. I made them charge me for 7 sauces since they were so stingy and it was a measly $2 which is nothing but I feel like this employee decided to take her small amount of authority she thinks she had to inconvenience others. read more
