When I received my meal, I tipped the lady $5 as usual. However, she didn't inform me that there would be an extra charge for the sauces. I explained to her that I was willing to pay for the extra sauces if she could add the charge to my order, but she seemed confused and didn't understand what I was saying. "The app hasn't updated"- is what she said.... It was frustrating because I had clearly communicated my request for specific sauces and packets, and I was willing to pay for them with my card.
