11.19.25 I started frequenting this BK during the covid crisis in earlier 2020. They have had their share of ups and downs but relatively they're a great small bunch of people here. I have often seen two of the same employees, a guy and a woman. I'm not sure how long before they've worked here but I still see them. He's nicer and she just goes through the motions but again hey, it's fast food service. They can't be all sunshine and rainbow people out here. I take it for what it's worth. She's never nasty or rude, just to the point with taking your order and getting it to you in a timely manner. She doesn't usually smile either. Oh,well, let's get over it people. I receive my order correct and that's the important piece of the puzzle here folks. It's your average any day regular looking burger King. Average cleanliness. Light wait for food any time I'm here even if there's nobody in line except me. I'm thinking they usually run a slim crew since I have that wait almost every time. Again, oh well, it's a light wait. Nothing to be giving one star review over. Or when I see some of these reviews when they say it's usually good and they've never reviewed a place before but this one time was a negative review so they decide to review this one time and blast the place. No reason for that. My orders have always been correct here. Nothing majorly negative to review. They're open till midnight. read more

Food was good but service wasnt awesome. Got there because me and my family didn't want to cook, as we pull in the drive-thru we order our food and the person who was taking out order gave additude. I get if its i busy day and you want to come home but i want to come home to with nice food. We pull up to where they were supposed to give us our food and they only give us a drink and tell us to wait in the parking lot. It wasnt a big deal at first but once we had to wait for 20 minutes for them to come with our food and it made me pissed. Went here for a burger & only got the burger LITERALLY. No bun nothing else. In a wrapper and it was hard as a rock. Absolutely disgusting service every one is rude and every one hair is always down on the kitchen another reason I stopped going a long time ago. I smell people smoking weed all the time this place is terrible and the boss Jason got fired. Thank god maybe jow it will be better?? All they have to do is fire this shitty attitude worker. Went with my aunt and 6 year old cousin, because the little one wanted it. What a mistake! We order, and the staff must be having a bad day or just decide that it's ok to be absolutely miserable to paying customers! Almost 30 bucks for shit! Oh yeah the chicken nuggets were maybe heated up for 5 seconds. I don't think you can consider that to be warm. My aunts burger came out wrong, came with everything on it. She said plain with cheese only, and then the rude kid told us we were wrong. He started to argue for a few seconds about it...why would we go back around the drive through and exchange it. After working a long day, I decided to get a whopper meal and nuggets. I have avoided this BK for 2 years because of issues and once again made a mistake. All food was cold. Nothing worse than cold fries. The coke was good though. I just trashed it. I should have known better. Can't we get a Wendy's or Popeyes in Watertown. I do deliveries for various restaurants and I was at this location 4 times in six days and the orders couldn't be fulfilled. The first two times, they didn't have ingredients to make the orders, the second and third time they closed early for an "emergency" and all four times I got a notification saying the orders were ready for pickup only to find out they couldn't be made but yet they keep their tablets on.....major fail!! read more

Absolutely disgusting place. One of the girls that had my order was biting her nails and touching her hair. I said something to her a out it and she said oh well im just touching the bag dont have a heart attack. I went back telling her how unsanitary that was and she was gross for that and I didn't want her to touch the rest of my food. Why am I forced to give this place a star? Certainly doesn't deserve it. I also have given this pos excuse of a restaurant multiple chances and it seems like it's there to purposely disappoint people. Last night I roll in right about 10 and there is a car close to the door with a couple of girls in it and no one in the drive thru. I order something simple, whopper meal and mozzarella sticks. Wanted a vanilla milkshake but "the machine isn't working "...again. So I pull around and pay and of course I'm asked to go around and they'll bring the food out to me. So of course I grab my iPhone and start my stopwatch because I've been down this road before. 8 minutes goes by and now there are a total of 4 carloads waiting for their food. I hear the girls next to me start complaining (same car that was in front when I pulled in) so I start talking to them and of course they start telling me of past terrible experiences they've had at this @#$&hole. We laughed. Then an employee comes out with a bag of food and starts asking us "Did anyone order a whopper?" I said yes, she came over and said "with onion rings?" while reaching the bag towards me and I said "no". So the order was for the third car out of the drive through. 15 plus minutes and those girls are still waiting along with me. Finally the same girl comes out with two bags and hands one to them and one to me. I said to the employee "Busy tonight" and she replied "No, we're just making everything fresh" which seems to be a robotic like response every time this happens to me. "Fresh". It's laughable. Like I'm going to go into Burger King and find an employee hand pressing potatoes. Well, I get home to find that I have no marinara sauce to go with my mozzarella sticks so I call up and mention this to Ron, the manager. I asked him if he'd kindly get in his car and deliver me my marinara sauce cause apparently 15 minutes wasn't enough time for this group of idiots to put together a whopper meal AND mozzarella sticks without confusing the shit out of them. He says sorry, bring your receipt and we'll give you a free order. Not really helping me now buddy. And then he gave me the whole "there's nothing I can do about it speech" because god forbid he left the restaurant for 3 minutes and let that group of morons run the place any better without him there. So I swore at him and he said "And now you get nothing". P.S. The fries tasted like they were sitting in the fryolator for an hour, and I ate half of one mozzarella stick because it was cold and hard...and I didn't have marinara sauce. I wanted to take a moment to "shout out" an amazing experience I had today at Burger King in Watertown, CT Store # 3763. The manager on duty was named Jason. I was very impressed when I drove up to the location with the cleanliness and attention to detail. There was a very pleasant man cleaning the parking lot who greeted us with a cheery " hello" and then wished us " have a good day " upon leaving. In the restaurant, it was brightly lit and very clean. When we ordered. Jason was very welcoming and thorough with our order. I was very pleased. Upon ordering, we asked for a few additional items such as a water cup and plastic knife, and he gave them to us quickly. We also said that the ketchup dispenser was low and he immediately attended to it. I was so happy with our service, that I will definitely revisit this location when I have a desire for BK!! I have visited this location a few times & the service is extremely poor. I typically go through the drive through to order my food because I have two small kids. There hasn't been a time where they haven't parked my car to wait for the poor. I notice that they do this with all the cars to increase their drive thru time. I waited 15 mins once as the employee kept going in & out delivering food to all the parked cars. When I received my food it was COLD & couldn't quite figure out why I had to wait so long. One thing I have noticed is that they do not give you a receipt when you pay because they do not want you to write a complain. I called the hotline a few times & finally received a call from the general manager Jason who was extremely unprofessional. He made every excuse why they had to park me & wasn't Apologetic. He said that this is what this location does & I had to accept it. I was Appalled by his response & couldn't believe how he spoke to me. He said "if I complain it's not going to go no where because all complains go to him". I am going to make a big deal about this not because they parked my car but the way he spoke to me. He is in the wrong profession especially the way he spoke to me over the phone. This location shouldn't be in the hands of this unprofessional human being especially the way he spoke to me on the phone. I will escalate this to resturant brand of international they are the parent company of Corporate. Good luck & I will not recommend anyone to visits this location. avoid this location!! slowest service ever. any given time of day.. any given day of the week. this location tends to neglect turning the signs for service on. for example: if driving by this restaurant at 9 pm, you would think the place was either closed for the evening or closed for good. also, burger king in watertown closes before stated closing times. employees are sub par at best. I don't understand the issue at this location. I have lived in 5 states (due to the military) and have decided to settle in Watertown.. never have I dealt with such consistently poor service. i will be contacting corporate. read more

For the last 10 years you have forgotten my cheese! The staff is pleasant but I always order the cheese on my sandwich and always pay for it but never get it. Years ago I contacted BK and the general manager was very helpful but after a few months it started happening every visit again. This place is laughable!!!! OH my god. I went there with a couple of friends at about 8 o clock at night and they had NO burgers... Yes, BURGER KING had NO burgers. My friend had to order a chicken sandwich. I ordered a veggie burger, my usual go-to that ALWAYS HAS AN ACTUAL VEGGIE BURGER, but without informing me they gave me only a bun with ketchup, mayonnaise, a tomato, pickle and onions. What the fuck? Honestly, it was so funny to me. The staff was super unprofessional too, but funny you know? Personable, sure, but definitely not doing their job. People were walking out as soon as they came in while I sat there, eating in shock. The staff just sort of sat around laughing and trying to joke with a group of young teenagers that came in. Absolutely ridiculous. BUT LET ME REPEat no BURGERS~!!! BURGER KING! NO BURGERS also let me just add I saw once, while in the drive thru, a picture the manager took of the trash underneath their old soda fountain with a long paragraph about how the employees needed to address this laziness. In CLEAR SIGHT! A PICTURE OF THE GARBAGE IN THEIR FACILITY!!! Crazy, I know. I have been going here for years and the quality has been declining at a near linear ( or arguably exponential) rate. This has to be the worst Burger King that I have been to by far! I thought that this was a fast food restaurant, it only took me 15 to get my food with 2 cars in front of me.
