My husband came in the other day at around 9:20pm, after McDonald's refused to let him inside because he's a trucker, but the burger king employees let him in with welcoming arms and made him feel very welcome! And on top of that the food was to die for! The interior was very clean and spotless! I would come back anytime. read more

We were looking for some late night eats, and stumbled upon BK. I pulled up to the large drive thru and quickly learned that it was an automated, AI ordering system of some sort. I'm sure there is a secret and you say something like, "order with employee," to by pass if needed. But, I rolled with it. I took on that challenge. It really was not too hard. Our order was correct on the screen, down to having it our way with light ice, or no pickles or extra cheese. I get it new technology can be scary as it is a change. But, take a deep breath and embrace it. When we got up to the window to pay, there were no issues. Out order was 1000% correct. The gentleman at the window was kind, and working hard to get orders out. Overall not a bad visit. Drive thru was well lit. read more

Just came here for a quick bite to eat. The chicken and Swiss bacon sandwich I ordered was undercooked. read more

Omg. Automated ordering got my order wrong 3 times and the line of 3 cars in front of me hasn't moved in 25 minutes. Avoid like the plague.

They gave me the wrong order after I waited 25 mins on a Wednesday night in the takeout line...they seemed severely understaffed and/or didn't care what was going on. Avoid if you can! read more

the service is good and quality food. Enjoyable restaurant and good ambiance. recommend

Went to Burger King today6/1/24 Saturday afternoon half hour wait only two people working in the store full of the people in the dining room there because they got the wrong order at the drive-through the poor kid working the drive-through didn't have a clue didn't know the difference between a whopper and a whopper Junior. The whole thing was just a mess. I would stay away from that store until they get it together. They won't see me in there for at least another year. read more

Why is this place so expensive? Stopped after school to pick up a little snack for the kids. 2 small fries, 1 lg soda, and a 4 piece mozz stick.....$17 and change. WTF??? I thought they made a mistake with the price. Food was fine, but wont be back. Total rip off! read more

To start out this review I want to say I wish I could leave 0 star review. This Place is terrible. Not just the food. I was playing football in the scumy area with the tables and the manager or somebody screamed "DONT PLAY FOOTBALL IN MY DINING ROOM." I know for a fact that he does not get paid enough to care. Aswell what American doesnt love a good football game? I think there is a reason this burger king has a one and a half star rating. Maybe its because its terrible. The owners really need to step up there game. Also the mozerella sticks are horrible 0/10 recommend. Every thing there is horrible do not go there. read more

I just got a burger with a bite taken out of it. Can we fight? Seriously, f*ck you guys. Let me know.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. Very disappointing experience. Travel often on business and Burger King is a go-to for early days when "lunch time" strikes before 10am or so. Went through the drive through at this location and was told they do not serve lunch until 1030. Usually I am told it will take a few extra minutes, which I assure is ok. Disappointing to drive out of the way and end up not being able to "have it my way" read more

Thought I' try the Ch'king sandwich which promises to be "thick" Juicy" "Crispy" and ""crunchy". Well... it as none of those except the last - crunchy - because it was thin and over cooked, with edges inedibly so. I would have returned it had I not opened it only when I got home. It was about as far from the photos on the posters as imaginable. Shame on you! read more

This Burger King is terrible. I'm not expecting some stellar experience from a fast food joint, but if they could get the order correct and follow the directions that would be super. But they can't. It's not just one off day, it's every time. read more

Definitely would've gave a zero but it's every time I come here they get worse. Today I just for refunded the price of my whopper junior because it was so hard when I picked it up and stale. As you can see extremely burnt, more disturbing they feel comfortable putting this out the window. Thanks for your service!!! read more

Worst Burger King in the State of RI. The food was absolutely atrocious. The staff way beyond ignorant and disrespectful. The manager was ignorant as well and gave attitude for no reason what so ever. Way over priced. I pay more then 20$ for 2 meals and can't even get a sauce cup without being charged extra. This Burger King deserves to be shut down completely and boycotted. The whole entire staff starting with the manager needs to be fired and replaced. I will never come here again and I recommend you all do the same. read more

While this particular Burger King is far from perfect, it has never let me down. It might be a little slow waiting. The soda machine has limited options. The food will certainly not wow you. It's Burger King. I have been to this specific site dozens of times. Everyone has always been very friendly. The hours are solid. The food is what you pay for. I have never had a problem worth noting. Could the Wakefield Burger King improve? Yes it could. But it gets the job done, and when I order cheap sandwiches, it is what I have come to expect. read more

I just don't understand. I try to branch out from McDonald's and I regret every decision. 3 large fries and 5 medium sodas is $27. Bro what. Get it Tg Burger (you no longer deserve the king). read more

Dude.. seriously.. food has been laying around for I don't even know how long and you give it to people? Gross.

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is the fact they put up tint on the window where you pay.... honestly I'm not about that... especially considering you can't see them when they are swiping your credit cards... everyone these days can easily take your information, I don't like the fact I can't see them swipe my card... how do I know they aren't writing down my card number or charging me double?... I don't. Take down the tint... Burger King doesn't need to be pimped out. read more

I am very very disappointed with my visit to burger king today. i ordered the CHEESY Tots. now let me just say my "cheesy tots" weren't CHEESY at all. I am very very disappointed. First i opened my box and they didn't look anything like the picture, now i know all fast food doesn't look like the advertisement but these looked so miss leading. they looked like jelly munchinks. i then proceeded to take a bite and let me tell you that bite broke my heart. there was no cheesy to the cheesy bites. it was white cheese not orange and it was dry. read more

This is the worst Burger King that I've been at staff is not working together takes forever to get your food in the place was dirty

It tastes like Burger King so that's fine, but the staff sucks. I have never been to any other location with employees so rude in my entire experience at Burger King, and with capitalism in general. If you're thinking about suicide, don't go here. It might push you over the edge. read more

It's hard to give any fast food place other chicfilet more than 2 stars.. Just your normal Burger King food. Wimpy little cheeseburger with one pickle and unmelted cheese... I have never had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant than when I arrived at this Burger King at are 12 a.m. on Friday night. First, we asked for 100 nuggets for $10 which is a recent promotion from Burger King. The women speaking to us said, "You really need all those nuggets" She clearly didn't want to do her job and make food so she negotiated with us so we only ended up ordering 30 nuggets. She told us we could only get 30 because that's how many they had and she did not want to make more. It get worse. We had 5 people in the car so of course we had to add more to our order. My friend continued our order and asked for a cheese burger. The worked then continued and said, "Are you gonna order the whole menu?" At this point we where so frustrated and decided to just drive away. As driving away the worker stood at the window, holding up the peace sign. I was appalled with my experience here. Not only did she not want to do her job and make us food but she was insanely rude. She had no reason to be angry with us, seeing that the Burger King was still open for two more hours. This Burger King's manager and their headquarters will be hearing from us. read more

Yes, I would agree with the reviews of the other Yelpers. This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever. Stepped foot into. Just looking to grab something quick after work, I was served a smashed up burger and cold soggy fries. I did not bother to complain because the employees obviously didn't give a damn. read more

I pulled up to the late night drive through during the open hours last night. When I got to the ordering station the only sound coming through the speaker was heavy breathing. The employee was visible through the window when I had pulled up to the Burger King so I know there was a staff member on the other end who was attempting to get out of doing their job and frightening me at the same time. After multiple communication attempts with no response I left the drive through and have no intentions of supporting this business in the future. read more

Go during the day for your average BK experience. Go there at night time and I guarantee your order will be incorrect.

LOOKING FOR A CHEAP MEAL................................. well This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been too and it consistently disappoints me. I go there to laugh at the staff and look at the posters on the wall that are supposed to represent the disgraceful meals that I get served. One time I was paid to eat here when the staff actually gave me my cash back for my change in full thank god I have sympathy for the idiotic mess going on here and I have it to them. This is my final and last time most likely coming to this specific Burger King as the seating areas also smell like toe cheese. read more
