I'm giving this place 5 stars because the guy that took our order, Levi, showed what service is about. Super friendly, patient, and helpful ensuring our order was what we wanted. Asked all the right questions. You should be proud to have this guy working here. read more

Terrible, sat in line in the drive through forever till my 4 year old asked to go inside. Went inside and the dining area is empty but somehow every table is nasty and the floors are sticky. Ordered for here but I'm going ask for it to go. Let my son talk me into this place, never again. read more

Got a sandwich for dinner and lunch. Melanie was the maker/cashier. She was really nice and helpful. She didn't even care that I changed my mind. Great job! P. S. There was no one else waiting behind me read more

Crazy slow. I've got in line and left multiple times cause it isn't moving after 10 minutes.

Bathrooms are typically trashed or not functional. Dining area is not heated - bring a coat!

This location really doesn't understand what is meant by fast food. They are so slow. But also they accept orders on their app for things they do not have. They have done this several times at Breakfast. They simply did not prepare Although I've given Burger King my business for 45 years or more, that ends today. I will never step foot in one of their restaurants again. read more

The Manager is very rude, immature and does not know how to treat customers nor how to run a restaurant. It's clear why they have so few customers. I'm done with this location. read more

I do not even know where to start for this review. I do not give that many one-star reviews but I have very little good to say about this location. We could start with the fact that we waited in the Drive-Thru or over half an hour. If we were in my truck and I could have driven over the curb I would have just left. After we paid, they asked us to wait at that window until we were waived forward to the next window even after the car in front of us had pulled forward and left. Doing a little research, apparently they have little cameras that time how long a vehicle is at that window and it affects their corporate rating. Now for the food. They got a number of items wrong in our order start with and, they shorted us to items. I parked and went inside to get the two items we had not received. One of them was chicken fries. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, we discovered that they had given us pickle fries rather than chicken fries. My wife was disappointed but at that point I was just cutting our losses and leaving. I was not going to turn around again. I do not stop in valley springs very often but drive-thru a fair amount. I will not be stopping at Burger King here again. We would have been better off going into the deli at the grocery store and getting sandwiches or any number of other establishments. We thought we would be saving time going through the drive-thru but that was not the case. read more

The counter guy was helpful and friendly. My sandwich was WAY too hot. I also didn't get exactly what i ordered, but it was close enough that I ate it. Bathrooms and restrooms were clean. read more

do not go. unless you like cold food after waiting in drive thru 30-40 minutes. food horrible. cold burger. fries were real cold. one star for the soda being cold. read more

Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Valley Springs, California

Went into Burger King on Wednesday evening to grab a quick Burger. Order the Smokehouse Burger off the menu. The girl at the counter walked into the back then came back and told me they weren't selling that Burger, so the I ordered a Whopper and she told me the same thing. I asked for a Manager and she said she had left about 10 minuted before I got there. These young kids working there need to be replaced as I suspect they just didn't want to work. No one was in the dining area and it was completely dead. Have tried calling the Manager since early this morning, but no one will answer the phone. Great way to run a business. Would really like to get the contact infor for the Franchise owner of this place read more

I've tried to order inside twice and each time I'm ignored for 10 min plus, so I just end up leaving.

I was in here the other day and I got fantastic customer service from Carson. He was very nice & kind! Thank you so much for your patience!!

The staff at this location are always amazing. I stop by here 4-6 mornings a week to buy a large, fresh-brewed iced tea. I'll occasionally stop by on an afternoon for an Impossible Whopper or a soft-serve cone. The employees are always so friendly and cheerful. Came here and ordered their 2 for $6 burger specials.... they said no. That offer is gone now we have the 2 for $6. I knew their was a catch. I ordered it and yes, burgers are much smaller. Good taste but much smaller. 4 stars for the smaller size. read more

Waited over 20 minutes just for an order of large fries to be cooked fresh. Watched as a batch came up and waited another 10 minutes as it was used for other orders and mine was still ignored. The 2 orders behind me got taken care of so at that point it requested a refund, manage was non apologetic and said next to nothing other than I'm the manager. Will not be going back to this burger king again. read more

How about no stars?! 45 minutes in the drive thru are you kidding me?!!!! There were only 2 cars ahead of me so why did it take so long???? Not only that, the person taking my order was extremely rude and once I paid, my bags of food was practically thrown at me. Oh and my fries were cold! Definitely will not be coming here again. read more

Only got half my order tonight and realized after I got home. Called 3 times to express my frustration and they didn't answer the phone once

The service is horrible if they ever get your order right it would be a miracle i order a six dollar burger only to get to the window and there asking for $21 there a bunch of uneducated idiots over here !!! read more

I recently visited this Burger King I was helped by a young man named Carson, he made me experience so good for this Burger King. Great eye contact , great customer service , very patient and friendly of course. I looked forward to seeing this young man every time I visit he's such a good worker! read more

I seriously don't know why I even come to this dumpster fire. There hasn't been a single time in months that I have gotten my food in under 15 minutes while being the only person in the lobby. The place is filthy and I take a gamble with my health every time I choke this crap down because nine out of 10 times it ends up with me having stomach problems for the rest of the day. Close this hell hole down already and make it something people want. read more

Burger King Valley springs Order two woopers with cheese 32.00 for cold burgers poorly made so VERY BAD no ice in the drinks

11 pm closing time? Yeah right! I'll come at 10:15 after work and wait at the intercom for over 20 minutes for nothing. The one guy closing doesn't stay open the last hour while his girlfriend is parked in the parking lot waiting to pick him up. This place is a serious joke. We should let it go out of business and let an actual functioning place take over. Stay open or change your hours. read more

so I had come into the Burger King the other day and this man his name is Raymond from his name tag and he was rushing me to put my order in and being extremely rude to me and I didn't appreciate anything. I'm not gonna say anything to any workers cause I'm to myself, but I was very appalled by his behavior, I don't think I'll be returning to this Burger King. Thanks to that Raymond guy. read more

I have yet to go here and revive my full order let alone a correct order something is always wrong or missing and at times both. The food is ok.the customer service leaves so much to be desired.they act like asking for sauces even if u offer to pay for them is a life altering inconvenience as they throw them to u out the window. They have now taken to not accepting coupon codes unless it's for delivery but this bk does not offer delivery.... read more

Inappropriate behavior in the parking lot!! I've driven by this burger king a few times within the past couple weeks and half of the times I see a short lady and a taller man with dark hair (both wearing burger king attire) engaging and kissing in the parking lot!! The other 25% of the time I see the short lady without some sort of hat or hair protection which I believe is a huge health hazard. I feel disgusted and uncomfy everytime I walk by here and something needs to be changed for better service. read more

This place has changed so much since the new manager came in about a month ago!!! For one it's cleaner and you get your food so much faster and it's better quality. The employees seem happier and are a lot friendlier. So glad the corporate Burger King finally got a good manger there. Went in tonight and Roy helped me, he was fast and friendly. We don't have a lot of places to choose from here so it makes a big difference!!! Thank you BK!!! read more

Yeah it's the only place in the Springs we don't go to at all anymore. Since before covid they were always out of something. No ice cream or no chicken fries. It was always something bathrooms closed or broken, you name it was going to be something. Can't really speak to the employees because I never had an issue with that directly. Just why go to place that may not have what you went there to eat? Unreliable is the word. read more

Poor customer service and always out of chicken. Waited in drive thru for more than 10 minutes. Not a "fast food" restaurant what so ever. Very slow. I've been to better Burger King restaurants and this location is not it. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere read more

This is probably the worse eatery in Valley Springs. The employees never follow directions, read, or display any kind of customer satisfaction. This afternoon I had a craving for a hamburger. I wrote out on a piece of paper what I wanted. My husband walked into the place and handed the guy my request. My packs of ketchup were missing along with the fries. Instead I was given barbeque sauce and everything else were toppings on the burger. I called to speak to the manager and his excuse was "Lady we are busy." This place should be closed down! read more

Burger King - It's a dog's world in Elk Grove! - Burgers Near Me - Valley Springs, California

It's always something with the Burger King in Valley Springs. I haven't there in three months, I thought maybe things have changed. Today the computer was not functioning so cash only. Not so bad except "we have no coins" so we keep the change that is owed to you. Okay, never mind lets have a Big Fish sandwich. The "big fish" is a thin piece of fish on a burnt bun. How about some salt and pepper, " out of that. The bag doesn't have napkins. Is that typical or is it just me? read more

Hire some more people or do something!!! 20-min in the drive-thru is CRAZY slow... they have sucked the word "fast" out of "fast food".

Pulled into the drive thru, as we are in line waiting to pay the employees see my dog in the backseat and just go crazy over him. I can hear them through the window oooing and aweing....(he is a cute dog) once I get to the window to pay they ask me if they can give him a puppy pattie...being that his name is chopper I told them it's more of a whopper for chopper. Thank you all so much for the great customer service, I hope we made your night like you made ours read more

Would give a 0 if I could. This place is horrible. Worst BK I have ever been to. You couldn't pay me, to eat from here. Corporate office really needs to get their heads outta their asses and burn this place down for the insurance money. Cut their losses and sell the place. Take it down. Seriously... You know when you see a spider and your thoughts are well, guess I'll burn the house down. That's how I feel about this place. Sept.... A spider bite hurts, their food can literally kill you. You've been warned. If you don't want a 3 week intestinal problem, absolutely disrespect from employees making more than most essential workers, and infinite shame from giving in and eating here.... Then don't do it. read more

If I could give a negative 10 I would. This place is just horrible. Manager is rude. Drive thru smells like a dump. Drive thru window is about to fall off. 30 mins to go thru drive thru. Order is never right. I can keep going on and on! Don't know which Burger King is worse, this one or the one in Angels Camp. read more

Worst Burger King ever. Ignores customers in the drive thru. Constantly gets order wrong. And honestly the worst customer service in town.

Worst Burger King ever. More than 15 minute wait for dried out over cooked food and rude staff that tried to give the wrong change.

I Seriously don't know how this place is it shut down yet HAHAH. waited 30 minutes in line just to go up to the window and have no one speak to us we had to ask the guy for food who seemed just to be passing time making milkshakes. Had to ask for our total and he didn't even give us one of our orders and the wrong size for the drink. Will never be going here again every time I go I'm disappointed sad because I actually like Burger King hope they get shut down soon. read more

at this point i feel like they leave out items on purpose. every order is missing items and at the ever increasing menu prices they have stolen a decent amount of money. food is ok as the only real burger place around but having to double check every item makes large orders tedious. read more
