I really like their chicken fries and their mozzarella sticks. I only gave two stars simply because my mozzarella sticks were cooked fresh but my chicken fries were old and cold. We would think since they were making fresh mozzarella sticks. They would at least make sure that my chicken fries were also fresh I ordered through the app when I got there it wasn't ready so I had to wait but that's OK. Well, it's a Burger King. I haven't eaten at a Burger King for decades. Decades. I only stopped in because my post-covid body needed something to eat and I was waiting for an OfferUp drop. I got a single bacon cheeseburger. It was OK. Nothing to write home about either positive or negative. Service was OK. Obviously a new recruit manning the register, but that was alright. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. This location is always clean. The staff is always very nice. The people working the drive they always manage to put a smile on my face. I'll begin by saying I'm not a Burger King regular, it just happened to be convenient on location. We got kids meals for our kids and they "don't have toys at this location." I'm not sure if that's normal but the kids were slightly disappointed. The service was subpar but not horrendous and the food is what you would expect for a fast food place. Their condiments were empty and it wasn't easy getting them to get us ketchup packets. Welcome to the neighborhood...slow start, but room for improvement. Typical Burger King food quality, everything cooked good. Clean areas and fresh new drink bar (everything is new, only open a week). So first troublesome issue, we ordered at 11:40 AM and didn't receive our order until 12:07 PM, ouch. Luckily, we had time so that didn't hurt too bad. Then, I open my whopper and of course it had lettuce, onion, and tomato on it (even though ticket says NO). I'll retry this location in a few weeks to see if they get their stuff together. Be ready, you are located in a very busy location and will need a full staff to stay "fast food". Well, the king has gone a ways down hill. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit "meal". Hash brown bites were good, iced tea was stale/off taste (despite being early AM). Instead of my sausage egg and cheese biscuit I got bacon egg and cheese. And it legit is the smallest breakfast sandwich I've ever received. Bacon was practically transparent it was so thin. Spent $9 in total and left still hungry basically. A $3 jimmy Dean sandwich in the microwave at Pilot would have been better, I'm sorry to say. read more

And if you go inside, they ignore you, while serving drive thru customers first. Either you go in drive thru, and get parked for 10-15 minutes. It was spicy and crispy but the amount of chicken was only maybe 3 oz. very thin and little more than paper thin tomatoes and very little lettuce. Not worth the money. Avoid this place! Been there a couple of times and both times has been super disappointed. Orders through the drive thru always messed up. The fries are so old that you can bend them and they wont even break. The patty on my whopper probably sat out for a couple of days! My wife and I have been going to this new Burger King since it opened and have given it a lot of chances to get things right; but to no avail. Consistently, they give us burgers with onions, lettuce and/or tomatoes when we specifically asked for a plain burger with cheese and nothing else. When not asking for condiments like mayonnaise and/or ketchup, they give us very little to none. When I think to ask them not to forget, they slather on the condiments, making the sandwich very difficult to handle. Tonight, I asked for a small order of nuggets and the workers insisted on selling me the 10 piece for $1.49. I finally gave in and they delivered the nuggets immediately. I looked at the nuggets and found that they were old and smelled of bad oil. I had them replace the nuggets. They still looked old and smelled of bad oil. My wife couldn't finish eating the nuggets because the inside; which should be firm chicken, was some kind of mushy substance - very gross. I come to Yelp to write a review and find nothing but negative reviews about this Burger Kind. I suggest you replace the management!!! This group of managers just can't get it right. read more

This is probably the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The other day I ordered a cheeseburger and a 10 piece chicken nugget in the drive-thru. They told me to pull around and I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes. I went inside to figure out where my order was and it was buried under all the other orders that had gone after me. Today I go inside to order food and use the restroom, and the restrooms are both closed. They couldn't even tell me when they would be reopened and there was no one working in them. Its the only one that closes at 11pm and its close proximity to I10 only dictates it should be open later! This place also has screwed up on orders multiple times and has even totally ran out of soda so you had no other drink options with that meal. I went thru the drive thru late last night. A woman took my order. I asked her if they carried root beer because I couldn't see it on the menu. She replied, "Do you want anything else?" I asked her again, "Do you have root beer?" She replied, "Do you want anything else?" I said, "Yes. Can you tell me if you have root beer?" Another woman screamed back at me, "She already said YES! Pull forward!" I want to note that no other customer was in line behind me and the restaurant was empty. I was stunned. For every bad review that a customer has left on this page, there is a bad manager to go along with it. I just got done working at this place because I am moving to South Carolina. This Burger King has only been opened for 4 months now and there has already been a gm change and two assistant managers have quit. Joseph Jones, the new gm, could care less about the well being of his customers. The only thing he cares about is his drive thru times which weren't that impressive anyways. There was one time I helped a customer out by giving them a coupon that they had on their phone but didn't realize they couldn't use it at the register. After I got done assisting the customer, Joseph told me to never do that again. It was a single mom with three kids, who wouldn't of done what I did. The managers, Joseph, Isabel, April, Lupita, Cindy, Keanna, and Esteban have no intention of turning that restaurant around for the good. Sad to see such a beautiful Burger King with so much potential be infested with terrible employees. Because of the fact that I just got done working their on June 22nd, I wanted to formally apologize on behalf of Burger King to any upset customer that was let down by poor service, poor food, and poor employee attitudes.
