The service is what made our night. They were friendly and pleasant even though I'm sure they had a long day as well. This will be my go to for fast food in the area because of great service. This is one of those times. If you can't say anything nice,, don't say anything. But the app requires more than that. Very slow service. You can no longer "Have It Your Way" @ Burger King. Ordered a burger with NO PICKLES. Well, I got pickles and so much mustard I was wearing it as soon as I opened the package. I could barely understand what she was saying not only through the intercom but face to face. I had to pull up and wait some more 35 minutes total from the time I pulled in until the time I left. Even when sh walk our order out to the car she was walking slow as if it was a stroll through the park. AND they did not make sure the kids were on the drinks BOTH were not snap closed. Absolutely the RUDEST manager I've ever dealt with and the problem was one THEY caused. I ordered on the way home (20-30 minutes away), only to get him and see one of the Whoppers was missing. Calling to tell them was a fiasco in and of itself, and he was rude from the moment he got on the phone and STILL didn't offer a solution. They had no problem taking the money for the food, but not fixing the issue. Emails to their corporate were unanswered as well as messages left with his district manager. Stay away, go to McDonalds or Wendy's that is right beside them, but there is a reason they don't stay busy, and THIS is it. I always wondered why the Wendy's across the street at the pilot gas station ALWAYS has traffic backed up into the middle of the street and the busy road (at I-10) at this location. Employees obviously can not do two things at a time. It has taken my entire lunch break every time.. more than one time -two or three.. this being said, it doesn't matter if I'm the second vehicle or third in line, the time to get food is anywhere between 10-30 minutes after order is finally taken.. orders are not take. Until the car in front of you moved then next vehicle is told to hold.. line moves, then the next order gets taken. even if ordering ahead on mobile app. I've been told they can't take orders because she was doing shift change..at 3:40 pm... so I asked how long because I ordered through the app -which was already paid for and she said an hour at least... and obviously, they can only service one customer at a time. you wait at the speaker EVERY time (I guess until one customer gets their food at the window then They take the next order.. they don't even sound friendly when they greet you on the drive thru speaker. In all.. my YELP about this fast food place is if you have time to waste order here. ALTHOUGH Food is hot and has the best onion rings no doubt.. but employees especially drive thru needs to be better trained to take orders, Maybe Wendy's employees could train both the Burger King and McDonald's employees on fast service. employees are rude, and act as if they rather tell you to go home and cook.
