Incredibly slow. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is either. Earlier this week I went into the dining room and probably stood there for 10 minutes again nobody in line except one guy who hadn't even ordered. They would literally make eye contact with you and then carry on their personal conversation. Came back later in the week thought I'd have better luck in the drive-through. Nope 20 minute wait to order through the drive-through if there was only one car in front of me and there was nobody inside the dining room. They're out of common condiments like ketchup. It takes a special effort to be the World's Worst Burger King. The th*ggish, obnoxious, unhygienic,, unprofessional, dangerous guy with the attitude of a h00dlum ensured this place is it. He was cleaning the toilet with the door open, came over, no handwashing, no gloves, and took the order. There was only one group there before me and they were already exasperated. Broken soda machine (common BK lack of attention or care) , no napkins, no condiments. When they asked for napkins the same obnoxious guys - still unwashed hands - started giving them and their kids a handful of napkins. Seeing I needed some he literally hand separated them ensuring his disgusting unclean hands maximized disease spreading risk. When I commented on the three (yes, three) napkins he gave me he growled at me in a threatening manner. I hope health inspectors and parole officers read such reviews. I haven't really felt like going here since discovering 5Guys. It is relatively close to my place. The inside dining area is relatively clean, with only some straw wrappers/drink lids on tables here and there. The seats instead of being smooth plastic are now the rail thin compressed wood seats just like the nearby Wendy's. Ugh. The real impetus for his review was the new Ghost Pepper Whopper Burger. When you're single, you have to make your own fun lol. The sandwich has a striking orange bun with black sesame seeds. Inside, there are jalapeno crispy pieces, bacon, ghost cheese sauce, and a beef patty. The taste was similar to the standard Whopper, but it was less filling due to lack of veggies like lettuce/tomato/and pickles. The spice level was medium and much less than Frammi's/(Oakley Grille in New Tampa)'s Ghost burger. This had a nice crunch . I'll give it a 7/10 as a nice change of pace, but it could be spicier imo. read more

My husband and I ordered our free T-Mobile Tuesday deal Impossible Whoppers yesterday. Our ordering process took awhile because of the deals we were using. The cashier required the manager to swipe several times in order to put in our order so we continually waited. I was patient since the burgers were free after all. The cleanliness of this BK was pretty bad, especially in the bathroom. As for the food, the 0% beef burgers were juicy and were some of the best ones I've tasted. We ordered fries as well which were a little cold. I felt that the service could have been better but this trip was out of convenience as we were hungry. I've been to better and cleaner locations, so in the future I would prefer to go to a different location unless it's out of convenience. read more

This place needs help. The customer service needs improvement. We came through the drive thru and there was no one in line, there was no one behind us either. We ordered our food and when we got our food the manager I think her name is Xiomarys or something like that handed us our food and closed the window and walked away. We checked our bags of food to make sure we had everything, and we wanted to get 1 more ranch sauce, so we waited until someone looked over at us. There was a young man that literally looked at us twice as he drank his drink and did not even acknowledge us. When the manager finally looked at us, I waved and as she walked to the window, she was rolling her eyes at us. I said to myself, ok what was that all about? So I asked her for one more ranch and she said " it's 27 cents " I said, ok no problem may I have one please? And she had an attitude. Also, the whopper jr was cold, the fries were cold and soggy and the chicken nuggets looked like they were sitting out for hours. It's disappointing that after that bad experience, we left and the food was not good either. I have a lot of patience and I was polite and did not deserve to have that type of treatment. I had a terrible experience here. I didn't receive my order and wasted my time. All my friend and I wanted was two whoppers and two cups of water and they couldn't get my order right at all. One whopper was supposed to be only cheese, bacon, ketchup and mayo & the other one cheese, lettuce and light mayo. Before that the girl on the mic was very low and the people behind me kept honking their horn maybe because they couldn't hear the girl on the mic I'm assuming and their order probably wasn't even place. So I ended up saying one "swear" because this dude behind me was obnoxiously honking his horn. A man by the name of "Angel" said to leave their drive through before they call the cops because I said one swear and we couldn't even get our food or waters because of someone else behind us. Mind you they've been trying at least 10 minutes to figure our order out, which only 4 items on it. I went in to this Burger King one time expecting an exquisite dining experience. This one was an hour away from my home, but I've been told fabulous things about this particular Burger King location. My prior visits to other Burger King locations have been nothing short of top-tier. However, the service was quite disappointing, and the food was lackluster. To preclude, I am accustomed to the finest in dining cuisine, as I live with a chef. I was actually going to bring him food on this occasion as he was sick in bed, and I made sure to alert the cashier that this order was to be consumed by someone with tastes of high caliber. My order consisted of a Whopper, fresh off the broiler, add cheese, no mayo, no ketchup, no onions, add mustard, put in the microwave, cut in half, have the halves individually wrapped and then wrap the two halves in one wrapper. Simple, or so I thought. The cashier was a freshly-shaven white boy with a welcoming smile, but clearly no experience working at a restaurant during Friday lunch rush. It took the cashier forever to ring up the order (I can't imagine why -- it was only one item) and he even had to go into the back to clarify with the cook. It's a Whopper. What's not to get? When I received my sandwich, (my name was spelled wrong on the ticket, by the way) I left, and checked the burger while sitting in the car. The cashier forgot to include mustard on the ticket, so it was not added to the sandwich. I took the food back into the restaurant and was fortunate enough to receive prompt service from a manager who properly replaced the sandwich. My husband, however, was quite dissatisfied with the Whopper, as it did not taste very fresh to him.
