Best Burger King EVER!!! The father & son who worked the front were so nice and genuine! Super clean and the food was so yummy and fresh!

Vampire Nuggets were small thin, tasted like oil, and ybsure if there was actually chicken in them as they dod not like anything aside from oil. I would have been better off with a box of dino nuggets. The mozzarella fries were small and had more of an oil vat flavor ... The fries texture was ok, and less of an oil vat flavor than the mozzarella fries, and unlike the vampire nuggets, the fries did have a potato flavor to them. read more

Went there today june 29th and the place was open through construction through the drive up. The outer walls were striped down to mold. The strong stench of mold was horrible horrible. We threw the food on the garbage. We don't recommend this place !!! read more

My husband and I stopped at the Burger King # 11648 in Sutherlin, Oregon 97479 on August 13th 2024. The Service and food was good, but this is not why I am leaving a review . When we finished our meal, we drove away and when we arrived in Grants Pass, Oregon, about 1hr1/2 away , my elderly husband realized he had left his bag that contained his wallet, credit cards and 3 identification cards in it. We were really upset , but when we returned to Burger King, 3 hours later, your employee Larry Brandies, was waiting for us with my husband bag and everything in it. He kept it in a safe place for us until we arrived to claim it. I cannot thank Larry enough for such an honest and nice gesture, we are truly grateful! The service was speedy, however the gentleman who rung up my order was crouching on the floor using his phone when I first walked in. I made two separate orders and when they were prepping the last burger from the second order the boy from the register said something like, "Oh no you dropped it". I couldn't tell if he was serious or not because they had been joking around before that and the cook was out of sight. I didn't feel comfortable eating that burger after that and just threw it away. Food is pretty good. Service thru Drive Thru is usually good. My complaint. I've lived here for years and I've got fries that taste like old wore out grease numerous times. I don't think they change there grease in the fryers enough. I don't usually go here anymore because of this. I like the burgers and the chicken sandwich. read more

I can understand that if you're part of a nationwide food chain you can dish out very low quality food however this establishment is exceptionally bad. I ordered a spicy chicken burger and the serving of lettuce that came on the burger was about a tenth of what was advertised in the picture and all wilted iceberg lettuce. The single slice of tomato is that which can only come from a cheap manager with no interest in feeding people real food. The breaded chicken was tiny and barely reached the edges of the bun. My friend I was with got a bacon burger and a single bite was all I needed to know that I wouldn't ever want to return to this location. read more

I vividly remember ordering five of the Original Chicken Sandwiches, one for each member of my family, with sides of fries and drinks. While it has been years since I had eaten at BK, it was high time to relive the memories. Type of cuisine: The new look of fast food. From times prior, when we only had the option of chicken sandwiches or beef burgers, we have moved into the fast food of the future, sharing breakfast options, salads, low-fat and kids options, as well as customized menus. Ambiance: Even though the food options have grown since back in the early 1980s, the look and feel of the space has not. Plastic chairs and tables, plastic booths are strategically placed throughout the establishment. Floor to ceiling windows allow for views of the street from three of four sides of the venue, while the fourth leads to the counter and into the kitchen area. Windows are bedecked with posters and new menu items, special late-night hours and promotions, including free wi-fi. Fluorescent lights create a yellowed tone throughout and the sounds of radio talk can be heard as the drive-through is occupied by more patrons. What I ordered: On this visit, I ordered the Whopper Value Meal ($5.49) with cheese, a ¼ pound of flame-fresh beef, ripe tomatoes, crisp lettuce, creamy mayo, ketchup, crunchy pickles and onions on a toasted sesame seed bun. "It's America's Favorite Burger." Thesmall size included fries and a 20-ounce drink, of which I chose Minute Maid lemonade. My dining companion went with the Double Whopper Value Meal ($6.69) with cheese and made it medium-sized, with a neon blue 20-ounce Powerade Mountain Blast. What I loved: I always love the fries and today was no different. Why I loved it: Quick, efficient, you always know what you're going to get. Cashier has no name tag.. has the personality of a potato . Asked if I could get cheese tots in place of fries .. his reply was no .. I said can I pay extra ... his reply .. no .. it this the length of his speech .. I don't understand he didn't smile didn't offer to explain why .. just NO ... he didn't ask if I wanted to go to a bigger size . Just rang me up for a small meal . I must admit I was pleasantly surprised to roll through and get not just the best Whopper I've ever had, but one of the best burgers I've ever had. I read so many reviews and rarely leave them, and this sandwich truly merited taking the time to praise. Worst service at a fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. My family and I waited for what seemed like 15 minutes, with no interaction from the employees other than a glance or two. At one point we noticed a group of about three of the employees were just standing in one area not actually doing anything. My suggestion to anyone who thinks about stopping at this exit is don't. The service was good, the lady in the drive-thru was pleasant. The manager went out of her way to give our dog water, which we really appreciated. The chicken sandwiches were good, but the fries were a little cold. Definitely worthy of more than the current 2 stars. read more
