Really disappointed in my experience here. Burger King is usually my go to but this restaurant made me decide to never eat here again. I ordered an Eggnormous Burrito meal to go with a hash brown side. My burrito was cold (like genuinely chilled to the touch, not warm at all) and ONLY had eggs and cheese in it. I went back in to request that they give me the full fillings or remake the burrito but the cashier and manager both told me that that was the Eggnormous Burrito and if I wanted "add-ons" I had to pay extra for bacon and hashbrowns. I left without a refund or them remaking it because I was so confused but this is definitely not true! It's supposed to come with everything in the photo and they lied to me about the fillings. :( This was at 9:30 AM so they were not busy at all. It was clean and I ordered quickly but this specific interaction was really uncomfortable and weird. I paid $10 for a tortilla with eggs in it and for the workers to lie to me about their food, lol. I have a lot of empathy as someone that works in retail and I was very polite when I asked about burrito so I don't really understand this. I can't in good conscience recommend this place. Order through the app only to be told on arrival they do not have the items necessary to fulfill our order because they arent affiliated with the app and then a worker says they could replace our chicken sandwiches with an alternate chicken sandwich. Moments later another guy comes up and says they cannot do that and that we will have to go to the website to request a refund then asked if we wanted an alternate sandwich and begrudgingly took 4 whopper juniors which aren't worth what I paid NOR what I wanted. Then upon receiving the 2 kids meals there was apple juice in there instead of the chocolate milk and they got NO TOY and the 2 large onion rings weren't hardly filled up and smashed and the Whopper Jr's are the size of a biscuit... This aint worth $25 much less the entire headache this caused I dont know what the hell is the problem with this Burger King is by far the worst Ive ever been to in the United States over 44 years. Order #86 tonight, my take out order, couldn't have been more perfect. The lady who took my order was very nice, but the best part was when I got back home. I had wanted a bacon whopper with cheese, but didn't order the bacon. The LORD must have heard my desire because of the 4 burgers ordered the only one that had bacon was mine. We always use the drive thru so I have no idea what the inside is like. The order taker is always understandable and very careful taking our order. This last time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. What I got was like half a sandwich. Little piece of overcooked chicken was sized for a slider, not a full sandwich. This place is a train wreck. Waited over ten minutes to get our order taken then another twenty minutes for the food - so much for fast food. They ignored patrons in the restaurant and concentrated on the drive through. Maybe their efficiency metrics is based on how fast they serve the drive through. We saw over 50% of the people leave because they were ignored. Five people behind the counter but food was not coming out. If you have an hour for lunch - be aware. Can't comment on the food, still waiting... Also the soda machine wasn't working properly, not enough syrup in the Fanta. Plus both stalls in the men's room were broken. Please! Someone help these people! Now, it's getting better. A crowd of a dozen people are standing at the counter yelling at the cooks to get their order. I have never had such a disappointing experience before. We went thru drive thru, it took at least 20 minutes to complete the entire transaction which we understood due to the restaurant being so understaffed on a Saturday evening, however, when we got home and started to eat, we discovered that our food was undercooked, 1 jr whopper had no meat at all, just veggies, the bacon was raw, the meat tasted like it was days old, and to top it all off, we got sick from it. So we called the district manager, Victoria, who promptly asked if we checked our food before we left drive thru. When did that become the customers job? I thought it was the employees job to make sure our order was correct. So now the customer is to sit in drive thru, hold up everyone else, while you look at every item ordered to make sure its cooked thoroughly and correctly made?!?! We called corporate, they said to bring the receipt and they'll remake the order. Are you kidding me? I'll never eat there again! I spent 40.00 there. That's not chump change, I could've filled up my gas tank with that! To sum up, if you want old, undercooked food that's made wrong, go to Stevensin AL Burger King, just stock up on Pepto first. read more

Don't eat here. Poor service, broken restroom. No one working front counter. They served one person at the front counter per every 10 through the drive through. Had no decaf. Ordered a hamburger. Walked across the parking lot to McDonalds to get decaf and use the restroom. When I came back, same people were in line and had not ordered. Took overly long to get a hamburger. read more

When this Burger King came to town it was like getting into a Best Buy on Black Friday. I went the first 2 Days and both days I had hair on my Chicken Sandwich and a hair on my whopper the very next day. I contacted BK headquarters and was advised that no one else had this complaint. Now onto the review. The Chicken Sandwich is pretty good. It ranks well with the other BKs in the radius. The whoppers are good, but the drinks have so much ice that you can't taste the drink. The BK seems fairly clean and the drive thru lady (Rachel) is always nice. Now since this is next to McDonalds and don't have 1/4 of the business it has resulted to taking you card or money and walking away or pretending to take an order when no one else is in the drive thru. I was advised by an employee that they intentionally hold customers at the pay window to prepare the food and when advised to pull up to the second window to be handed the food so that BK keeps their time down on waiting customers who's food is truly being prepared. It could be a good thing. If it weren't an issue to get through ASAP. I also visited this BK about 30 minutes before close and sat at the drive through menu for 15 minutes. I drove to the window and saw no one, but was advised by another employee that they were watching me through the menu camera and laughing wanting to know how long I was gonna wait. 1 star because of the staff. read more
