Got finished with the gas and ordered my…read moreorder on the mobile app. Since the gas station was a Food Lion gas station, and there was no restroom, I figured I would pick up the order inside and utilize the facilities. A train wreck ensued. I can't really say anything about the food, as it's Taco bell. There was nothing outstanding about it. There was nothing bad about it. It was just taco bell. I ordered at 4:51 and the app said my order be ready at 4:53. You can see this in the screen capture of the text the app sent me telling me my order was ready . The Taco Bell was right across the road so I figured I would do a quick pit stop and then grab my meal and go on my way. When I got to the Taco bell, I held the door open for somebody else and went to the facilities. About a minute later I came back out and there was no order. Now I realize fast food places do get busy, so I sat and waited. The cashier rang at three people including the guy let in and then asked me if I needed to order something and I told her I was waiting for a mobile order. She looked at the screen and said oh yes for Gregory. I said yes. She said she's working on it. I sat and watched her rolling numerous burritos and it turns out it was the guy let in the door after I place my order who had ordered two party packs. I looked down at the app and my order had disappeared. It took a bit of time to get an employee's attention but I asked about my order they had to pull it up from completed orders. That's when I clicked the lap time and you can see it took another couple of minutes to get the order done. Had I waited until after I had used the restroom walked back out and placed it for the drive-thru I would have been on the road again 15 minutes earlier. End of the story? I would not recommend going to this Taco Bell for a quick pickup while on the road. If you do, it's probably better to wait through the drive-thru. And if you order in the app for whatever reason, make sure to go through the drive-thru

Where do I begin here? Let's start with the TL;DR. Food was good for Pizza Hut and everything else…read morewas awful. I showed up for lunch here because the place I had originally picked out in Chattanooga was closed. I had been to this Pizza Hut before when they still had the buffet pre-COVID and it was good. Actually ordering from the menu shines a spotlight on how bad the service is here. In reading other reviews, I see they run out of stuff frequently. Today it was tea... No tea in the store at all, sweet or unsweetened. When I first walked in I noticed the sign that said they would seat me. I walked up to the host stand and that seemed to confuse the woman up front (this will be a recurring theme). I guess she assumed that I was there to pick up an order? Not sure why I'd be at the host stand instead of the pick up counter though... I asked her if I could just sit anywhere and then proceeded to pick my table. The tables and floor was clean and for lunch time, not very busy. I also noticed that only two people seemed to be working... The clueless woman (I'll call her Cher) and someone in the kitchen. Cher brought me a menu that was photocopied from somewhere and had small hard to read print. Then she disappeared. Finally she came out from the back to get one of her tables paid out and then she checked on her other tables. Then she cleaned a clean table. When she was done with that, she disappeared again. I still haven't ordered. A woman came in to pick up her pizza. Nobody greeted her. She stood at the pickup counter for an eternity. She cleared her throat, knocked on the counter, said hello loudly. Still nobody came to greet her. Finally she called the store from her cell phone. Cher came out and answered the phone. When Cher finally was finished with the woman, she came to take my order. Finally. I got the $8.00 lunch special, which consisted of a personal pan pizza, breadsticks, and a soda. I got the food quickly enough. It was curiously brought to me by another woman who either just got to work or just got back from a break (at lunchtime?). I thanked her and dug into my food. It was hot, it was everything I expected Pizza Hut pizza to be. No complaints. It's really why this review even deserves the one star I'm giving it. Cher brought me my check. I noticed that I was being double charged for my drink. I mentioned it to her and she took it right off explaining that she can't read the menu because the words are too small. Hm. I paid my tab and left. Again the food was good, but the service was just very sub-par. Maybe when the buffet comes back, I'll be back.

I filled up without issue and at a fair price compared to the surrounding gas stations. Smaller footprint inside and out with only 8 pumps and a smaller selection of snacks and drinks inside. Once I finished pumping, I went inside and noticed they did not have a public restrooms. Weird flex for a convenience store located off of a highway exit. Service was minimal, rang me up, told me the price and went about the day. Gas was solid, location is fairly convenient, but not much I would swing back off this exit for next time.
