Best Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Clean and well run. Service was exceptional and the food was hot and fresh.

Has anyone else had problems with fraud after ordering from the McDonalds in Trenton. After I made a small order around 10:30 am yesterday, someone tried to take $39.89 out of my account. Food was fine,service was bad! 1. Order from Kiosk, it asked if we wanted to "Eat In", or to go. I closest In 2. The Kiosk then asked for the Table # (suggested numbers from 1 to 120). I checked, the tables are NOT numbered. The cashier said to just put in any #, so I entered 1. 3. Nobody showed up with my order, so I went up front to check. My food was on the counter, packed in a bag, just waiting. No drink! It looks like they had no intention of delivering to the table. Very disappointing!. read more

Decent, good hot food. Asked for large cup of water, they made the water behind the counter, where I couldn't see them, I don't prefer that. Only ordered cheeseburgers & fries. Fries were HOT. STOP HERE OFTEN WHEN TRAVELING TO TN. Bathrooms are decent and clean. Will recommend. read more

Went through the drive-thru for breakfast. Ordered two Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McGriddles, an item that is listed right on the menu. The cashier who took my order, sounded confused and rang up two McGriddles, side of bacon and cheese onto the screen. I thought it looked odd on the screen and she asked if everything was on the screen and I hesitated but said "Umm, I guess." which was my fault for agreeing rather that questioning but I didn't really have the time. A 5* McDonald's...is that even possible? It is in Trenton, GA! We passed through early in the morning and hit the drive-thru for a quick bite. The staff were super nice and accommodating despite the early morning. They double checked our slightly complicated order. Hey, five star review absolutely! We stopped here on a road trip very close and convenient off the highway. There was no one waiting at the drive-through speaker, pulled around the corner and there was five cars waiting by the window... We were on a time crunch, so we were worried about slow service at the drive-through... Well, they may have Chick-fil-A beat! We were out of that line and on our way again in about three minutes no more than five. That was very impressive and the drive-through employees were very friendly and nice! I thought I would receive a very well made sandwich but instead I got a cardboard box full of ingredients. While waiting on my food I decided to visit the bathrooms, big mistake. It smelled as though so old ladies fat cat had died and dooked at the same time. The smell was so bad not even a military grade gas mask could save me. As I went to leave the bathroom after walking in a little Hispanic boy named Javi came out of the stall smelling like absolute duke. I decided to eat my food but the fries smelled like cheese and my burger looked like something they'd pulled out of the trash can. I was not pleased. read more

Why does the local McDonalds always put an upcharge for a Coke or tea with a breakfast combo. You tell them you want whatever comes with the combo and they add extra if you don't tell them you want coffee. Isn't the price the same for coffee or tea or Coke? read more

The Trenton McDonald's is the BEST McDonald location my family has ever had. My daughters have even told me this before. Clean restaurant, good food, and friendly staff. This location is also very giving to our community and local schools. read more

Don't go here they can't do anything I asked for 2 separate orders at the window they said they couldn't. Went inside asked for a McDouble with Big Mac sauce added to it and they said NO. Like why? Its a sauce ? I want it? They are just lazy! read more

The McDonald's in our town is leaps above the franchises elsewhere. It is always clean and up to date. The staff is friendly and they serve quickly. In addition, I rarely have had an order messed up and I've lived in this town for 30 years. The staff is fairly consistent which is indicative of good management. I would recommend this McDonald's over any other one. read more

After a long day of driving, I stopped in to get 2 Egg McMuffins. It was dinner time so it wasn't a regular order. They both came without the Canadian Bacon so I brought them back. No big deal, an honest mistake. They quickly made me two more and then against my protests refunded me my money! I have eaten at McDonalds all over the US and have never had service this good. Easily the best I have ever eaten at. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the person(s) that made this happen but I am deeply appreciative! Thank you. This has got to be the most aggrivating place to try to get out of. The traffic is horrible!!! There is a sign that McDonalds put up that says No Left Turn! Thats just silly bc if you dont take a left turn out of the parking lot, you will be going toward downtown Trenton and if your'e from Alabama (like me), you probably are headed home. The food is ok if you order your $ burger special that way they have to fix it special. If you don't, then you will get a $ burger that has been fixed gosh knows how long ago and has been sitting under those lights since it was fixed!! read more

This HAS to be one of the friendliest mcdonalds I've been to. Restrooms are clean, and all the cashiers are Xtra nice. Really good place to stop by (I came here in the morning) I also got a mocha frappe, and it was really well made. read more

Hands down the best McDonald's I have ever been too. All of our orders were right, food was hot, and the service was better than that of most finer dining restaurants. The parking lot and drive-thru were busy, but we had our food before we even finished paying. The staff was super friendly and all of the management was up front helping provide fast/friendly service. I definitely would recommend this McDonald's to everyone! read more

I go in everyday the order the same thing same way and usually it's always the same employees in there well today I went in to order mine and I was proceeded to talk I was wrong. I was talked over I couldn't even get a word in to explain why I thought things were wrong and the door was slammed in my face at the drive-thru and I called the manager to proceed to tell him what had happened well the manager precedes to tell me never to come back in his store again this is after I already had the police called on me once before at this McDonald's for complaining about my coffee being wrong I understand it's singly owned and it's not part of the McDonald's corporation but I think they should be held to the same standards if they're going to carry the logo they should carry the mottos that Not only was I talk. Overdue mean and treated like I was 2 years old but at this McDonald's customers are never right and you're told if your foods not right never to come back so yeah give this McDonald's this review after going there since 1983 I hope they make improvements to their attitude and learn customer service skills then make it a better place for Trenton read more

Best McD's Ever! Most accommodating! Consistent Baristas! Perfect egg whites, every time!

This place is okay. The people are super nice but if you don't ask for your hash browns and sausage well done, every thing is soggy. Make sure it's well done when you ask for it because they like to just ignore you some times. I don't eat lunch foods at any McDonald's so I can't comment on that. read more

This restaurant is HORRIBLE!! Not only is it nasty in there, but the managers are terrible to the employees. They work teenagers illegal hours, and most of the managers discriminate against new employees who are slow at learning. Training is horrible for people who get hired, you spend the whole shift in a VERY cold room just watching videos (thank god you're at least getting paid for this wasted time), then they pretty much expect you to be an expert as soon as you hit the floor after that. They show little to no support of issues and the foods disgusting. If an employee starts to get sick on the job, guess what? They aren't sent home immediately. They wait about 30 minutes to see if you get better, THEN they send you home. The kitchen is disgusting, there's enough dust, mold under all the equipment to cover the entire floor, and they only enforce cleaning on the new comers. I GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS.
