The beef was clearly ground in house and was a wonderful coarse grind. excellent. With the buns charred on the grill, it made an excellent light lunch without any sides needed. Added bonus for house brewed beer. Found the kolsch a tasty lunch treat. Warmish inside, and hot outside, sadly the views that day were shrouded in haze. I asked the lady at a store I was at how the food was here and she said it was "hit or miss" but…read moresince it was 5:30 it would probably be OK. I walked in and was greeted and seated almost immediatley. My drink order was taken but there was not much service after that, fill the drink and take old plates away. So that was fine. The food was probably as good as it can get for a buffet. Most items were very fresh and of good quality. The gyoza was hard so I did not try that and the egg rolls were just basic cabbage, not any other vegatables or meat. There were 5 bars so I did not have any trouble finding good things to eat. The sushi was minimal and pretty basic but the hibachi bar was loaded with a lot of fresh good items including steak. As far as a buffet goes this is pretty good. It isn't the quality you would get at a family style chinese restraunt but that shouldnn't be what you expect here either. I would go back if I were in the area again.

Fresh was a key word here as many food trays were kept well stocked with new food. Staff circulated through the restaurant regularly, refilling drink glasses and removing food plates. The interior was dated, but clean and well maintained.

Not the worst decision I have made recently. For the most part, this is your standard Krystal location. I opted to grab the goods via the drive thru. When I pulled up, I was promptly greeted, order taken and told to pull around. Service at the speaker was a bit friendlier than at the window though. Ordered a #1 with cheese and a Coke Zero. Nothing too crazy, so did not double check anything until I was ready to eat. I then noticed 2 of my 4 Krystal were missing the cheese. Clearly nothing major to turn around for, but when you pay for something and place a fairly simple order, you shouldn't be hard pressed to expect it to be right. May be more forgiving if they were busy, but I was the only car in the drive thru. Overall, this location served its purpose on my recent road trip.
