I would give this one a zero rating if possible. I ordered a whopper with no mayo ir onions. What I got what a whopper with extra onions, and jalapeños (a regular whopper doesn't have jalapeños). The sweet icing for the cini minis was so far past the expiration date it had separated. We ordered the Krabby meal for kids and she told us they don't sell those but they have the SpongeBob Krabby meal. We asked for that and we tried to order a big fish sandwich and she said she didn't think Burger King sold fish sandwiches! When we tried to tell her she just said we'll I can put in an order for the Krabby whopper. She charged us separately for the whopper fires and the drink. Didn't even make it a combo meal and it was not the kids meal. It was regular menu. I do not think I will ever go to that Burger King again. read more

Waiting 20 minutes for food certainly doesn't make it fast, only to pay $6 for a sandwich to not make it in the bag and then discovered at home. I very politely called the number on the receipt requesting a refund, employee told me she couldn't help me and transferred call to a manager. Manager insisted she is the one who put the sandwich in the bag. I apologized and again asked for a refund as there is no chicken sandwich in our order and I have no dinner. I asked her what she would like me to do since I clearly didn't get that item. Manager argued, insisted I was incorrect. I just thanked her and ended the call. No interest is trying to make it right or offering a refund. I understand they are likely very busy and understaffed and probably deal with terribly rude customers non-stop but at least consider the possibility that you did actually mess up. read more

Saturday August 3 at around 4pm; Just had an unfortunate customer experience at my neighborhood Burger King located at 1804 W. Francis. We parked to dine-in, and two young men were ahead of us trying to open the entry door. It apparently was jammed or locked. Looking puzzled, one of them looked at me and said, "Are they closed" and I said, "I don't think so", as I noticed the Drive-Up was filled with cars. A sign on the door said that the dining room was closed, and then a man in an orange shirt came out through the door and the two guys then proceeded inside, and one guy kindly held the door for me and my wife and we followed them inside. Once inside, we placed our order "to go" as we always do, as we rarely can eat a whole meal, and we take the rest home. Off-handedly--making small-talk--I said, "How come the Dining Room is closed?", to which she stated that numerous staff had failed to come in. I then commented sympathetically about them being short-staffed. At this moment a second person was standing nearby and snarkily commented, "Yeah, but you're here, and now someone will have to work extra to take care of you." Then I said, "Are you giving me grief for being here?", and she stated, "Well, yeah." I apologized for misinterpreting the sign, but she flippantly stated something like, "Well, you said you read the sign, but you came in anyway." I then said, "Well, if you don't want my business, then refund me my money and I'll go elsewhere.", to which she said, "Well, no. You already paid for it, so...." I then demanded to talk to the Manager, and she said that SHE is the Manager. I said, "Wow!! You are really ill-suited to be a manager!! I will complain to Corporate!" I then asked for her name, and she replied 'Cindy'. She then dismissively nodded to our original Cashier and said she was going off-shift and walked away. We are in our 70s, and have patronized this Burger King for at least 20 years. We've both had long careers in Retail, and we always treat Service Staff with friendly respect. This experience was a travesty to the reputations of all such Service Staff. Needless to say, until "Cindy" is removed from this Francis location, we will take our business to another Burger King. read more

I come here once in a great while and every fricken time it's a 10 to 20 minute wait in there drive through , not because the drive through is busy but theyre as slow as molasses..I ordered a original chicken which says lettuce tomato and mayo I got home unwrapped it no tomatoes no lettuce no mayo just a sad ass slab of chicken on a bun , and if the woman apologizes one more time for having to wait ......... probably 4/5 apologies for waiting what they ought to apologize for is they're sad ass food read more

As one of the fast food chains that has been around a while you know what you should expect here. They deliver fairly well on that and seem to have been getting better at this location. Food comes out a bit more slowly than the McD's up the street but the quality is better here. Plus they're not putting you party in a warming tray for a very long time like McD's does. Better yet, BK lets you use their coupons whether they are expired or not unlike other fast food choices. read more

Just tried their Sourdough burger and we really enjoyed it!! Same grilled taste that you know and love without the hamburger bun!! Plenty of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles!! Deliciousness achieved along with friendly service made this a nice stop for lunch!! read more

Who doesn't love burger king? The smell of their patties on the grill you can usually smell from the street! This trip was a quick sugar fix... an ice cream cone and a fanta orange icee. The drive thru took an amaizngly long time this trip, but it's not the norm. My favorite sammie has to be the original chicken sandwich, extra mayo and cheese! I sat in the drive through asking "hello" periodically to the mic for 20 minutes. Finally, the employees gave me an indication they were even present in the building. Despite the car ahead having pulled forward 20 minutes prior, I round the corner to the window side and see there are TWO cars still waiting for their food. The Francis BK desperately needs two things: A few new employees at least, and a way to leave the drive through without ruining your suspension for when you inevitably have to deal with this. At the W Francis location.. I watched a staff member behind the counter use the hand she was holding tongs with, to push the garbage down in the can so that it wouldn't spill out and then use those same tongs to place cookies into pouches. So the tongs went into and touched the garbage and then she touched food with them... When I contacted Burger King I got a generic response. I have never been so grossed out with a restaurant. I used to enjoy going to this place as I love the Burgers from Burger King. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. You shouldn't have to wait 7 to 10 minutes inside the lobby to be greater, not order but greeted. While I recognize there are people working hard at this location management has failed. This reoccurring issue / lack of service has resulted in the loss of my future busy for at least the next six months. I'd rather drive 3 more Minutes to division to get proper service than continue to waste my time and money at a location that continues to fail in customer service. Surge is back and only available at Burger King. Came into today and they had several 'flavored' Surge options on the Coca Cola Freestyle. Everyone knows what to expect from BK... I always stick with classic Whopper which is always good. I also enjoy their breakfast coruscant and their french toast sticks.
