The Burger King experience in 2024 has been pretty good so far. Every time I had come inside things were clean, staff were friendly, and my food was moderately quick. Every Whopper I had ordered had been made my way, and successfully hit my expectations. My only complaint was that my chicken fries that I had ordered one day had tasted like they had sat in a warmer for an hour, but honestly that's about it. Paid $23 for two combo meals. Waited for 25 minutes, no food. Went to ask and our order was ready, but had never been called out. It was just sitting there getting cold and soggy on their rack. I think this Burger King is the only hamburger place that knows the difference between a hamburger and a cheese burger. Every place else in Shawnee that I order a hamburger, I have to tell them over and over NO cheese, they even repeat this to me. What do I get? A cheese burger. Once at sonic, I ordered their burger with everything on it, except cheese. I got two pieces of bread and a meat patty, nothing more. Burger King does make it right. Tasty meat patty and they give me enough lettuce and tomatoes on my burger to make it nice, without asking. Thanks for getting it right. read more

Burger King shawnee never dais to disappoint. Again as in most all of my shawnee experiences the customer service sucks! The kid here today looks like what I call a Methlete. The black nubs for teeth and red boils on his face gave it away. They were busy entertaining themselves to give a FK what we wanted. Some times these guys remind me a magician because this idiot managed to fit all 5 meals in on sack! Thanks for that. I suppose he got it to fit by pouring my fries into the bag to fill all of the wasted space and then he could fold the fry holders up nice and neat on top. The location is perfect! We handed her money and she just looked at us and said... what did you order??? Like there was a line of people... there wasn't anyone behind us. This is certainly one of the worst Burger Kings I have had the opportunity to visit. It remains dirty, the service is slow, and the food is sub-par. I find this to be especially sad, because fast-food just needs to be thawed out from its pre-processing. Yet they've found a way to make that disappointing as well. I wish I could give them a negative five star tonight we had to have a late supper so we decided to go to Burger King son drove all the way across town to pick up the food waited 10 minutes on his food and by the time he got home all the food was cold not the mention they didn't give him two of our family members food I called to ask for a manager the person on the phone said that would be me think her name was Jamie which was the same person who took his order I told my son to go ahead and drive over there I had the receipt in my hand she said he had to have the receipt so he would have to drive back over here pick up their seat and take to them I told them is there no way you can just get a transaction number off this receipt and take care of us she's like no damn I finally said you know what I'll just call corporate don't worry about it then her tune changed she asked for the transaction number but she still had to have the receipt so my son still had to drive back he drove back over there he's still waiting in line and here it is 1226 and we went to go get it about 11-15 11:20 his Foods now cold we used to like Burger King now I don't think we'll ever go back there read more

They had delicious chicken burgers and then discontinued them. Now they have chicken sandwiches that were good until last week. Now they cost more and are half the size, with one tomato and barely any chicken or lettuce. The chicken is usually burned. Flavor is good, but overall, not worth the money. read more
