Stopped in today and there was a little bit of a wait in the Drive Thru and when I got to the window, the lady told me sorry for the delay. She just brewed a fresh pot of coffee. As I was about to pull away the cup felt cold so I took the lid off took a sip and it was room temp. So I went back inside to let her know that this was not freshly brewed and she tried to argue with me to tell me that it was, but that's fine. I literally took the lid off and let her watch me put my finger into this cold cup of coffee, but she wasn't having it. So anyways the receipt says her name is Tina. So Tina you kind of suck definitely won't be back here again. read more

two workers specifically Lisa and Shirley are so rude to all the customers and workers that they have Lisa would pay Shirley to cover shifts for her so she can go home early and one incident me and my mom came to this Burger King mind you we are not from around here so we ordered online and we're from if you order online you can just pull to the first window and give them your number Shirley was so nasty and so rude. I dont know why this place gets poor reviews... if you want a sirloin/ chuck mixed fancy burger with heirloom tomatoes and arugula then go downtown.... Its Burger King, and they make a good whopper. We were hoping for a quick lunch while passing through town and stopped here by default. What a wonderful surprise! I haven't been to a Burger King in over a decade so I had no idea if all Burger Kings are this good. Sadly, I have since found out that they are not. Everyone in this place hustles. I saw a mgr? even double-checking with the workers to see if everyone had what they needed. The french fries were delicious and hot- just like McDonald's used to be. Went here as a secondary option to Big Boy across the street. Staff was friendly but appeared challenged. Food was good and made correctly. Seems to be the hangout for local homeless people. The parking was all pay to park except for four spots in the front of the restaurant which appeared to be people not eating in the restaurant. read more

TINA the manager, worst store runner in history. Rude, rude rude Ordered impossible burger, they added Bacon to it. We asked for another one without bacon, she said pick it off, or throw in garbage. Charged $26 for meal, and she REFUSED for 1 hour to give burger or refund. Insane lady. We stopped while traveling to try the new Your Way meal deal. Back home the quality at BK had not been up to pre-Covid standards, so we haven't gone in a year or so. The food came out hot and tasty. I was impressed. The dining room tables and floor could use a little attention, but that is to be expected after lunch rush and it was by no means dirty. After a tiring day at Felt mansion, I was famished and this is the first place that I came across while looking for some place to eat. Usually, when I visit fast food outlets, I keep my expectations low as they aren't supposed to be like fine dine restaurants. If I get my food fast, I am more than happy. As I was having the food I ordered, I was reading the reviews about the place. Well, my experience was quite the opposite of the popular reviews. There were just 2 people managing the whole restaurant. One of them was managing the kitchen while the other one (Stephanie) was handling orders and delivering food to the drive through folks. Given the fact that they are heavily understaffed, they are still doing a fantastic job. The stars are just for their dedication and service.. Good job girls... :) read more

ZERO star rating! Pulled thru the drive thru today for a shake for the hubs. No other cars in the line and as I pulled in I noticed a beat up van at the 2nd window. A voice came over the spot advise me that it was going to be "a second". I waited and waited and then another voice told me, that it would be a minute. Finally, my order was taken and when I ordered a shake the guy said, "is that all?? Come on!" I heard screaming and loud shrieks of laughter over the speaker from the background inside. I pulled up to the window and the van drove off. (Clearly it was a friend's family member visiting an employee. This is why I was continually told to wait.) The employee that took my money, his hands and nails were FILTHY dirty. He had black dirt or grease embedded in his nails. He wasn't wearing a "uniform" it was an old black t-shirt. He asked me if I wanted my change in pennies. I ignored him and put my hand out for my change. My next review will be to BK corporate. I will NEVER EVER stop at this BK for anything. So when I pulled up, and the employee snapped thru the speaker that they just had a huge other and if I wanted breakfast or lunch. Crispy Tacos - new food item on the menu. Commercial shows a very nice taco shell loaded with meat and topped with shredded cheese and crisp lettuce. Mouth watering to say the least. What you get is a deep fried sloppy greasy mess. Flat and dripping with fryer grease. NASTY. With 2 or 3 shreds of cheese and a miniscule amount of nasty lettuce. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY TACO AS YOU CAN. I took them back to counter and asked to speak to manager, was told no manager present. No refund could be given. I called their corporate complaint line and asked for someone to call me back to discuss this. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. Burger King never sees to amaze me. They advertise that they serve breakfast until 1030. I went through this drive-through and was told they are closed to get ready for lunch. Find you there is a drive-through of multiple people who would just placed her order ahead of me. I guess I was the cutoff. Unfortunately this Burger King is very convenient to a highway exit we frequent. I have a 9 year old that loves BK burgers so I've hit quite a few in the past years, this is by far the worst. Two trips ago, I ordered 4 orders of French toast sticks, paid, then at the pick up window they say they are out of syrup . We had to drive to gas station and buy syrup. I can forgive mistakes and but the rudeness of some employees is ridiculous. Last weekend, we pulled up to drive through to "what do you want?" I gave an order and the man yells "what's your name?" I've never been asked my name at a drive through so I said "excuse me?" The guy yells it again so I say my name and he barks "pull around ". I go to the first window and no one is there. I wait and wait. Then I see a man but he doesn't open window or acknowledge I'm waiting there. I continue to wait , nothing. So I figure I should go to the next window. Once I pull up, no one is there either. Then suddenly a manager woman opens the window with a very angry face and scolds me for being at the wrong window. I explain no one was there or opened the window, she yells at me that he has more than one job. At this time a car is in back of me so I can't back up.
