This place has a hard-working staff especially because they are immediately off of one of the most complicated freeway interchanges in northern California. The food is good, burgers of good value BUT the line can get really really long because of the above reason, HOWEVER it's purely because of the infrastructure being so dense in this area. The surrounding neighbourhood is largely of new immigrants to America, there might be a language barrier but with patience and kindness you will get your food. The drive thru late at night after they close the dining room can get busy for it is the only fast food place in the area that is open late. Woo hoo! I had the Impossible Whopper today! Very big burger, that was good. Very fresh lettuce, tomato, onion. The bun was quite good. So in summary, this is a very good burger, and although the calories are not much less, the cholesterol is about 10% of the beef! So that is great. Highly recommended! read more

On September 7, 2019, at approximately 9:20 pm, I entered this facility in San Rafel, only to be told that I had to leave. I have a service dog which has a vest and is clearly marked. The young lady at the register asked me if it was a service dog and to show her the required card stating that he is a service dog. I attempted to explain to her that the law does not require any type of proof like what she said she needed. When asked about the cards she had seen, all she said was that they are red and white, and would not allow me entrance into this facility. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 requires that any public facility is mandated to allow service animals. There is no requirement for any type of ID or in this case card. Service is disorganized as there's no lines; even though I was waiting and in front of the register he looked around me and motion the ladies behind me to come up, spoke Spanish to them and took their order. Another cashier looked at what was happening frowned and just continue bagging ordered. The same cashier English was very limited and I was completely frustrated; eventually I had to hold up 5 fingers to clarify that I wanted #5 on the menu. During the whole time he was talking to the girls from the previous order to the point where I had to tell him "hey come on" The food was worse, as if it went through a tumbler. Danger! Do NOT eat at this location. After traveling across Ca I stopped here to grab a bite and use the restroom. After paying, I was told the bathrooms were out of service. I asked to refund my whopper so I could go elsewhere with a bathroom. They refused to do that. I asked for a manager. Not for the refund, but to suggest they put up a sign on the door that said no bathrooms available. The manager immediately became very VERY angry and yelled at me "no bathrooms."
