Tell the lady not to do it from the broiler it's faster. The reason I know this was for my Burger is I was able to watch the entire process and I also asked that my Burger be cutting in half so I was able to be for sure that it was mine. The Original Chicken Sandwich had no flavor whatsoever. I kept looking at the sandwich, puzzled as to why it was so bland. The coating on the chicken should have been seasoned, but I couldn't detect any. No wonder they offer variations, like jalapeno topping, to spice things up. Never really had any problems here with the food, they can be a bit slow at times. The drive thru late at night after they close the dining room can get busy for it is the only fast food place in the area that is open late. This place has a hard-working staff especially because they are immediately off of one of the most complicated freeway interchanges in northern California. The food is good, burgers of good value BUT the line can get really really long because of the above reason, HOWEVER it's purely because of the infrastructure being so dense in this area. Woo hoo! I had the Impossible Whopper today! Very big burger, that was good. Very fresh lettuce, tomato, onion. The bun was quite good. So in summary, this is a very good burger, and although the calories are not much less, the cholesterol is about 10% of the beef! So that is great. Highly recommended! read more

On September 7, 2019, at approximately 9:20 pm, I entered this facility in San Rafel, only to be told that I had to leave. I have a service dog which has a vest and is clearly marked. The young lady at the register asked me if it was a service dog and to show her the required card stating that he is a service dog. I attempted to explain to her that the law does not require any type of proof like what she said she needed. When asked about the cards she had seen, all she said was that they are red and white, and would not allow me entrance into this facility. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 requires that any public facility is mandated to allow service animals. There is no requirement for any type of ID or in this case card. Danger! Do NOT eat at this location. After traveling across Ca I stopped here to grab a bite and use the restroom. After paying, I was told the bathrooms were out of service. I asked to refund my whopper so I could go elsewhere with a bathroom. They refused to do that. I asked for a manager.
