My loyalty to BK over just about any other fast food chain is keeping this review at a three-star and not lower because I don't feel like a business should be torched over an isolated experience. This drop in star rating for me is because this BK has frequently been dropping the ball. My biggest issue lately has been that the burgers look like they've been run over by a damn truck when you unwrap them. They're not built with care and they're totally slapped together. You know how McDonald's always has the bun sliding off, the cheese off center, sauce on the paper... all that mess? To start we place an order via burger king app at 10:40am. My husband went to get the food so i could get ready for work. Get there thru the drive thru was handing a bag and said the drinks were in the bag. No drinks, so he went inside to get our drinks waited for 30 mins while our food got cold to get someone attention to get the cups for the drinks. Honestly this is the second time coming here with issues. There needs to be some serious retraining or someone else needs to take over. First couldn't hear me when I ordered, I ordered requesting two separate orders, I mentioned the BOGO. I repeated this twice making sure they heard me but they didn't. They also repeatedly got my order wrong as I was speaking to them, and I had to clarify it several times. This is the problem with both the machines and the people hired to communicate. When we went up to pay, instead of following the order, we showed the coupon and they demanded (yes, using that uncooperative tone) 3 times that we were supposed to tell them the "number" (of the rewards) beforehand, as we ordered. Which doesn't make sense because you're normally supposed to apply the coupon as you're paying, and they didn't tell us to apply the number right as we were ordering. And I told them I was using the BOGO as I was ordering. So we were essentially being chastised for something they failed to do. Like pickles or mustard. Only for the sole reason that they have to make it now, fresh. This is the trick I've been applying for many years at numerous fast food establishments and, it seems to help to have something made new. Remember this. Just subtract an item. You can even order it on the side. Other times, also we've had the sausage breakfast croissants in the morning and they are very edible. 2 for $4. Nuggets, 10 for 1.69. i arrived to get a impossible burger that was a t mobile free with purchase so iordered a unsweetened ice tea.
