Its raining. Its kind of late (arrived around midnight), we wanted a late night meal. We ordered a crunchwrap supreme; no tomatoes, extra lettuce $.40, extra sour cream $.90 and a regular doritos tacos w/ no sour cream. Total order was around $29. The disappointment on my face when the first thing I see in my crunchwrap were tomatoes... no extra nothing. Dorito tacos came with sour cream. Im not one to cause a storm over mixed up food. I probably should have had them remade it, but its late and raining. Were not in the mood for more issues. We CAN eat how it was prepared, but thats not what we ordered. You can tell it was already premade and they didnt give a fuck about our preferences. What if we were lactose? Allergic to tomatoes? Its plain rude. You charged us for more and didnt even follow script. The only good thing about our order were our drinks. Wont be ordering from here again. read more

They told us to cancel in the app and that they wouldn't do it on their end. the app wouldn't allow us to cancel and once we went to the window to tell them they got upset and said they cancelled it, then they slammed the window in our face. They redesign on that drive thru, and take those rocks out sound delivery drivers are tripping over, and breaking their ankles trying to do late night delivery. Unacceptable. They would be better off moving from that location in my option, flow is not right for this population for that location. Management doing some dumb sh!t with drop window, and wasting loads of time treating drivers like a lesser customer, might as well take out the driver thru window entirely. read more

I am very livid with this taco bell location. The fact that the drive through is always busy and you're saying that orders have to be picked up at the window but yet no one is there!! You have long line of people waiting to get their orders. Orders are sitting facing the window and you're knocking on the window even the door you see someone there and nobody's coming to help you. They act like they don't hear you. Their was like twelve people waiting for orders. You have literally one person working there. It's almost 4 am.Their customer service is crap here. Arianna the girl that working here was rude and full of no I dont have that, oh Ill check on that. And on the time I decide on this one occassion where the drive thru is slow to simply just go to the window you neglect people at the pick up window the food is sitting there getting cold?! Then the order isn't there and now its we dont have that order! What better way to say Taco Bell is one of the largest fast food chains in America, and it falls right around the college area, about a 5 minute drive. This Taco Bell can be difficult, long, and very inconvenient. Lines are outside the parking lot where it goes out to the lanes, service is VERY slow so be sure to prepare yourself to wait in line. I'd recommend going to dine in if you have the ability to, or you can easily order online. You can get points quickly and just say your name to the speaker. Food is always delicious, this location does it well with quality and hotness. I'd recommend getting any of their combo boxes, it's always a good deal! read more

March 11th 2026 1:11am, Genuinely the nastiest behavior I have ever experienced in food service in my life. Me and my girlfriend simply ordered a meal here and when we got to the window she gave us the incorrect drink, we told her a diet baja blast and she gave us a diet pepsi. My girlfriend simply just told her "oh we ordered a baja blast" so she slams the window in her face and said nothing. About 10 seconds later she handed us the cup of ice we also requested and before we were even able to grab it she just directly dropped it right in front of our car then slammed the window again. We were both completely caught of guard we genuinely didn't even do anything and this lady had such a aggressive nasty attitude for absolutely no reason, so i got out the car to ask her why she just dropped the water and slammed the window and she started yelling at me saying "no i didn't" then she took the cup of ice i had to pick up off the drive way floor and dropped it in the middle of her establishment. And the cherry on top was her throwing the cup of ice out the window while we were driving away. I am seriously just astonished on this behavior I have 0 words for why she was so terribly rude to us but it isn't okay and we will definitely be calling management or HR first thing tomorrow. I don't know if she somehow got triggered by something we said or she was just having a bad day but it was some of the nastiest behavior i have ever encountered from a human being and she should not be working anywhere associated with daily 1 on 1 human interaction, God bless her. read more

Taco Bell just added chicken nuggets to their menu and man was it fire. With the crispy from the relatively thick but flavorful batter to the juicy pieces of chicken, these nuggets are a great snack for the munchie hours. Don't forget the three sauces that complement it so well. We have a jalapeño honey mustard that ended up being my favorite. Last year, these crispy wings came out, and most Taco Bells sold out. Taco Bell decided to bring them back, and I made sure that I tried them. I went to the Taco Bell located on University Ave,and I ordered 2 orders of Crispy Wings at $6.99. I had high expectations for these wings, but they were a disappointment. The wings weren't fresh, dry, and just not worth $6.99 for 6 wings. I will definitely not buy these again. My overall score for these wings is a 1. They are not worth your time or money. I've ordered here several times and the staff have always been friendly but the ability to get my actual complete order has been hit or miss. Usually if something is missing it's not too big of a deal so I let it go but tonight was bit much. When I arrived there were 4-5 cars in the drive thru. Things seemed to be moving okay though. I placed my order not too long after getting in line and I did have a larger order than usual but the person taking it got everything. I made it to the window to pay a few minutes later and that was painless enough, but after paying it took another 10-15 minutes for the two cars ahead of me to finally get their orders. There was no back and forth with the staff at the pickup window or anything. Just a car would pull up and sit there unacknowledged for several minutes before anyone would open the window and hand something to them. When I got to the pick up window again no one acknowledged that I was there. No one advised that there would continue to be a wait or anything. After several minutes someone finally came up and gave me one of my drinks. I did see the cashier come up to help with the computer in the front so I'm not sure if they were having computer issues. Again there was no acknowledgment or communication so I have no idea what was taking so long. Eventually the woman who gave me my drinks provided me my food. There were two bags. She told me everything was in them but I should have checked. When I got home four of our items were missing. Everyone makes mistakes and has off days, but this visit was pretty bad. With the excessive wait, lack of customer acknowledgement or communication, and significant amount of missing items, it put it over the top. I tried to call the store to let them know about the missing items but the phone just rings and rings. read more

I love this location. It's a bright spot in the neighborhood. It's always fast, friendly, and clean. They have never once gotten my order wrong here. Right now they have a nacho fries box that you can get for just $5 including a cheesy gordita crunch, a nachos taco, the nacho fries and cheese sauce plus a drink. What a deal! I've eaten at Taco Bell for 20 years but I've never had anyone of these items so I'm super excited to try them. Just for fun try playing the game that we always play...
