Clearly, I had to think my way out of this and finally asked "Well, can you at least double the blue cheese and leave off the steak?" I don't know if I got double blue cheese or not, but it was a good salad. Oh, and the service. Very poor, very slow. We learned they only had three staff that night - cook, bartender, and teenage waitress. But no one told us there'd be slow service that night, we learned the hard way. My friend's second drink never arrived. We had to go up to the bar to get it! And the place was quite far from full, maybe 1/4 of tables taken up. My two rating is because it was below average on choices for vegetarians and slow service. Both of these were below average and they are critical elements of a dining experience. This should have been indicated by wait staff at a minimum and not 40 minutes after our order was taken. Menu that was given did not indicate that breakfast was only option on a Sunday. Additionally, they were out of several of the breakfast items so now our choices were limited. Had we known sooner we could have left and gone to several other restaurants for lunch. To top it off they ran out of creamer and we were given a carton from kitchen of half and half only to have wait staff grab container. Additionally, silverware that was wrapped in napkin was dirty and there was an added secret ingredient of a long strand of dark hair on syrup dispenser mind you none of us have long dark hair.
