This Burger King is pretty well run with friendly service. In my observation, they tend to get bogged down really easily. Maybe they have surges of customers that catch them off guard but sometimes they just seem really understaffed. With that said, I haven't had any issues with the food itself here and that's what matters most. There's ample seating and the building and seating area is handicap accessible/friendly. There aren't too many vegan or vegetarian options on the menu but there are some available - including the Impossible Whopper The drive thru lane seems to get backed up pretty easily too so I recommend the BK app whenever possible. With the app, they have a loyalty and rewards program to earn points with every purchase and regular discount offers like $3 Whopper Wednesdays. Even with the app ordering, it can still take a long while to get your food. I've learned to adjust and plan for this by ordering about 10-15 minutes before arrival so the wait time is less for the food. Fountain soda machines have a few options for flavors. I would say this BK meets any expectations that most people would have for a fast food restaurant. read more

We arrived at the drive thru. The person who greeted us asked us to wait a minute. After 5 minutes no sign. 3 other cars arrive in the meantime. As the passenger I get out of the car to see if it's less crowded inside and I see the person who greeted us without his headset and absorbed in his phone. I hope it was an emergency. Drive thru attendant then put on his headset and took my daughter's order. No explanation according to my daughter. I got back into the car. Fed up with this chain. Have had the worst fast food experiences with BK & this month is no exception. Dined inside but spent 10 minutes trying to place order. 1st employee couldn't manage 3 burgers, 1 onion rings & a fountain drink (good luck taking order from a family w/ kids). No matter how I phrased order he kept repeating back to me the wrong food. After 3 failures I politely asked for backup. The Assistant Manager came over & I ordered a 4th time only to pick up wrong food after a significant wait when name was called. We had singles which perplexes me because TWO is implied in the name, "Double" Cheeseburger?! This proved a theme because advertised specialty sandwich was also void of 2nd patty. We ended up building our own sandwich by joining the patties & tossing a bun (a waste it felt like). But end affect, still not very good. Onion rings were rubbery & sandwiches still seemed big on roll, small on meat & flavor. Perhaps because BK keeps eliminating & downplaying certain menu items. Was always a fan of the Stackers, in particular, Bacon Stacker King (because U get stacker sauce instead of mayo/ketchup), but good luck ordering one, much less eating one. I shouldn't be surprised. This same chain that if you roll up at 10:31 will aggressively refuse breakfast & try to sell U a Whopper. And this same location that once forgot me in drive thru line for 15 minutes then refused me breakfast at 10:33 when I finally reached window. When I requested manager was told establishment controlled by out of country management group. Same excuse given for why a national coupon wouldn't be honored. Too many quick service restaurants to waste time on BK. U will be missed, but it's been far too long since U provided me with a good experience. read more

I was famished, i decided to head to my local burger king, which is this. When I arrived people seemed to be in shock from the sheer power of my battle stench, i've spent years leveling it up these betas couldn't see that I was the true ALPHA When I walked up to the cashier she said and I QUOTE "how can i help you sir" HOW DARE SHE call me sir i am to be referee as only as lord stenchquad refering to me in any other is absurdly disrespectful so i had to do something, i decided to pull out the derringer from in between my stench station ( my cheeks) I decided to gun down a grandma and her grandchildren to prove a point she immigrated to southern Mexico in an attempt to hide from me. This place really needs to get their stuff together, im giving it 2 stars because i normally dont have issues with my food but EVERYTIME mess up my boyfriends meal. not sure if the employees are purposely messing his stuff up but it's ridiculous. the drive through lines take forever.. not because theres a lot of people but because the inside are too busy talking or not doing their job. also they always forget stuff, wether it be a drink, fries, and a whole meal. never leave this places drive through without making sure u have everything. im not surprised this place has 2 star review, the service is not it. read more

the team at this burger king is horibble they are slow workers and always messing up my orders. I ordered a double whopper went home went to go eat my whopper and it didn't have cheese on it so I went back and told them to make me a new whopper the manager was giving alittle attitude eventually they made me a new whopper little did I know the only put one beef patty instead of two beef patties. so they messed up my order two times in one day. another time they messed up my order was when I ordered a double whopper and when I opened the whopper there was no meat in it. this place is a absolute joke. read more

Good as Burger King can be expected to be for fast food! I enjoyed the New Spicy 10 piece chicken nuggets for $1.40! I dipped them in sweet and sour sauce! The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was good again too, as also was the Quarter pound double King Burger! Fries sucked thought, all were mostly crispy and saturated in grease! Gave my fries to the birds! Today the representative taking orders cut me off from ordering in order to talk to her co-worker twice, then cut me off from speaking again. I then said that I expect to be paid attention to. The representative then extremely rudely said "sorry" and I as I was leaving turned her back and spoke again to her co-workers and very clearly said inappropriate things about me. The customer service at this location is hit or miss, 2 weeks ago I had good customer service form different staff, however 3 or 4 weeks ago, with yet another set of different staff, the customer service representative, took it upon herself to yell at me, blaming me for her inability to place my order into the computer properly. Suggestion: Try training your staff to have good and consistent customer service. read more

I've been here often over the past few years. Even a time or two before they remodeled. The new design is much better, especially the parking lot. There's only so much that can be done with the space provided of which I feel they did a good job considering. The inside decor is decent and the dining area is rather spacious and open. I like the layout with the various seating options available (either your choice of booths or high-chair tables with a scenic view of the main highway). It's your typical fast food establishment. They do a good job of preparing and serving meals quickly. Every once in awhile I get breakfast here. I particularly like their sausage croissan'wich, but will also stop in occasionally for a quick lunch when I feel like it. The food is decent, the price is right, the staff is accomodating and the atmosphere is very inviting. I enjoy the overall experience. Keep up the good work. read more

I pulled up to the "red line" to wait for my breakfast. Another car in front waiting also. Waited 20 min still no food, cars behind me kept getting their food and going around me, late for work at this point, finally able to pull around in lot and went instead and demanded my money back. Bunch of idiots in that place..over 20 min and I had no food. All I ordered was a biscuit sandwich meal. I will never go there again!!! read more

Horrible order 2 swiss mushroom burgers no bacon and that's what was added to my burger extra bacon. I went back n waited 20mins. At the drive through after I was ask to wait a min. Finally I gave up n put everything in the garbage n left.
