The food is exactly what we expected from every Chick-fil-A. The staff behind the counter was super nice (as expected) minus the one guy who was glued to his phone. Boston was awesome while taking our order for breakfast and just ignored the other guy. Decent sized location with your typical two lane drive thru. I've been here 2 times before and the people taking orders standing in the cold are amazing. Dining room was clean, but who eats in a fast food restaurant anymore under the age of 70? We waited a couple of minutes for our food but it was breakfast and we have a long weekend anyway. read more

Me and my friend were just making it in time for breakfast at 10:27 and I said to my friend "don't f-ing play with us I knew we'd make it to breakfast" as we were pulling up to the speaker to order and someone got on the speaker and refused to take our order or serve us because they thought I was swearing at a team member when I was speaking to my friend. Very rude and disrespectful. I am a loyal customer and will no longer be going to this location and I will be telling everyone about my terrible experience. My family comes weekly Each week it seems like the grilled chicken patty keeps getting smaller , it's often small lot of gristle, looked like it was old and sitting awhile ,staff is usually pretty friendly , but last couple of visits through drive - , thru workers seem to behave very immature like laughing at costumers ,,not very serious some workers sorta seem like they are racist, and One female worker likes to flirt and act like she is selling ,very disappointed in this behavior,it's never was like this before , only over past few visits. read more

Note: drive-thru is open. Food is usually always good and the servers are very courteous and helpful. However, today we had an issue with the food. This is the reason I had to take off two stars because of the two Thick pickle slices on the chicken sandwich. I don't know if this was a mistake - I doubt it because the pickle slices were serrated instead of smooth and thinly sliced . I purchased a sandwich today and the two slice of pickles were so thick, difficult to bite through and it took over the taste of the chicken sandwich. The pickle is supposed to compliment the chicken sandwich, not overpower it. Otherwise, I would have ordered a pickle sandwich. Why Fix what isn't broken. If somebody wants more pickles on their sandwich, then they can ask for more pickles. Why would Chick-fil-A follow Wendy's with thickly sliced pickles that's overpowering? Wendy's was trying to copy you in a way, but they were misguided. Now you're copying them. Did you not notice the drive-through and parking lots at Wendy's are usually empty? Do you want that to happen to your facility? It all started one day... changing their menu and preparation; not considering what the customer wanted and it all went downhill. The End! This may not seem like a big thing to you but it is. My chicken sandwich was awful because all I tasted was chicken saturated with pickle juice instead of just a hint. I stopedin here today to get a late lunch. I used my app and was delighted to see they had sugar free lemon aid. So I ordered a large. I also ordered a sandwich and Fries. The service was unbelievably slow. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes without moving. Once getting up to the window (15 minutes after ordering) my meal was not ready and I had to sit for another 10 minutes. This location is awful if you want your food anytime soon. read more

I just used them for a large corporate lunch. Communicated with Mallory Payne for help to make sure I was ordering enough. We had numerous gluten free as well. She could not have been more helpful. This location is by far the worst representation of a brand that is respected across our country for its superb customer service. First, they are deterring business before they close by shutting down their drive thru 5 minutes before they close. They refuse to serve someone waiting in line before closing because of their cones being up, but served all customers after. They are rude and unprofessional. Instead of politely asking if they would like anything else, they were rushing all customers and refusing to serve what they requested. They are acting like McDonalds when the ice cream machine is broken. I will no longer attend this location, as it has tampered the image of great customer service Chic-Fil-A has.
