Went through the drive thru and very rude customer service. Received my drink and then another employee asked what I was waiting for and I said my food and was told I had it and they needed me to move. Would not recommend just for that reason. Food was overdone so all in all a waste of my money. read more

I recently discovered Burger King's awesome frappes so I stopped at this location for my fix. All Burger Kings are not the same. The frappe I got at the location in Ionia was amazing, it was thick and it had lots of whipped cream on top...and my total charge was 1.90. The frappe I got at this location in Portland was not thick by any meaning of the word and there wasn't much whipped cream. It was also at least .75 more. Service was fast, probably because nobody else was there. I won't be back........at least not for a frappe. read more

We just left this Burger King. The food was as expected. That's the reason it gets even one star. This location was the dirtiest BK I've ever been in. Sticky floors, all tables barely wiped with a hazy filth on everything. Food, straw wrappers, etc all over the floor. No ketchup cups in the dispenser. And I won't even discuss the disgusting bathrooms! No excuse for any if this. It was not at all busy and there were adequate employees to have taken care of this. We stop frequently at exit 77 Grand River in Portland. We will not be eating here again! read more

This is the worst fast food place in Portland. Sticky floors, trash and left over food all over the tables. Bought a drink thinking it would be cold and fresh but didn't tell me that the whole entire store was out of ice??? How do yo I run out of ice and why wouldn't you tell a customer that first thing? Tried going thru the drive thru this morning. Didn't get a "hi how are you" "just be one moment" "what can I get you?" Nothing. Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and then left. If you can't even say "it will be just a moment," we will not be coming back. Will go to all your competitors before we go to this location. Tonight I tried to use the mobile app to order for several people but it was not able to communicate with the store. I figure no issue I will just order at drive thru and wait a little longer. When I got the total it was more then $4 more then what the apps total was and it was the exact order. I read it right from my cart on the app. I tell them there is an issue with the total and they argue with me. The manager Jena says there is nothing that can be done and the app is a corporate thing. I tell her that if the app is corporate then the prices are and they should honor the prices. She continued to tell me how nothing can be done. She has to be the worst manager I have ever dealt with in my life. I think they are trying to take advantage of people with covid-19 telling people lobby is closed and then not honoring the prices from the app and blocking the system from allowing you to order and pay with mobile read more

I expect 2 things from any fast food restaurant. They have food, and they're fast. I'm a fan of BK burgers and will sometimes stop in here for takeout on my way home from work, and have had to walk back out again more than once. It is not unusual to walk in and stand around the counter for a minute or more with no sign of staff anywhere to take an order (though I have sometimes seen staff wandering around in the kitchen and making no effort to get someone to the counter to take orders). There's nothing wrong with the food if you do manage to place an order. Save yourself some heartburn and head to McDonald's (where they're always prompt and friendly) across the street. read more

Don't go here. Worker had a lot of difficulty understanding our clear well articulated order. When we got to the window, she tried to give me a chocolate milk instead of the black coffee I ordered. When politely informed of the mistake she gave me the coffee without a single word. No oops, sorry, or even "here you go". Literally no word at all. After we got onto the highway we discovered that my wife had not been given a straw for her coke and that our egg and cheese biscuits were so hard that they were inedible. Terrible experience this morning. I usually go to a competitor, but the drive through was lined up out into the street. No big deal, I like Burger Kings breakfast. Ordered a combo. Guy asked what I wanted to drink. I said iced tea. What size. Small. That's $6.50. What!?! The sign says $4.50. That's because you ordered a small beverage and it's $0.99 more. I told him to give me whatever size comes with the combo. Ok, that's $4.50. I pull up to the window and they insisted I ordered a coffee. I told them no, it's an iced tea. To cut to the chase, the woman working just kept telling me that small beverages are 99 cents more and wouldn't answer my questions as to why I can't get iced tea because I don't care what size it is. This conversation kept circling around like a three stooges routine. Moral of the story is that unless you pay 99 cents more you will have to take coffee for your beverage. No matter what. My husband and I decided to stop at this Burger as we wanted to try the new hot dogs. When we walked in we noticed several people waiting around for their order. One person had just place their order then the employee left the register. We looked around at the faces of those waiting and it was obvious that they were very irritated. We waited 10 minutes and nobody ever came back to the register. We decided that we had enough so we turned to walk out the door. When we were about to walk out a guy walked in and said how long have you been waiting? We told him and he told us that he had been waiting at the drive thru for over 5 minutes trying to place an order, but nobody every came so he decided to come in. He then turned and left as well. So this place lost some business this day. I would strongly suggest that you go to the McDonald's down the road as they are always prompt and friendly. read more
