Fresh meat, flat top grill that has been well seasoned over decades (I'm assuming it's not new) of use. I think one of the reasons I've been so thrilled with the recent smash burger uprising is because they remind me so much of these style of pub burgers. Coming back 30 years later, I can't say that much has changed. The burger was still delicious, the service was still solid and if you love dive bars and old classic pubs as much as I do, the decor was solid and pleasing. You get what you see here, there is nothing fancy, but everything is great. If you love burgers (or wings which are also yummy but drumstick style) this is an absolutely underrated spot to get a basic bacon cheeseburger and fries. As far as the flame broiled burgers they are known for, I couldn't even finish half of the one I got last time. It was very bland, slimy and unappetizing. Toppings were also very low quality. As far as ambiance goes, this place isn't fancy by any means and doesn't need to be, but could use some decorating to say the least. The walls are mostly white and blank, just gives an unfinished look to it. Could also be cleaned a little more consistently in the dining areas. As far as service goes, most if not all the ordering is done through a mobile kiosk so there is very little interaction with the staff. I will give this to them, they are quick and efficient! The speed of the service as well as the price of the menu items make it somewhat worth it to come here, maybe I just came at bad times or something so I'll give them some benefit of the doubt.
