Culver's while the food is great. The inside dining is not as stellar as it use to be. The last two visits the tables and chairs have been dirty, the floor is a mess. I asked both times to have a clean table and it was as though it was out of their scope of the their job. Many times the young kids behind the counter are just standing there. We tried Culver's for the first time heading from GR to DTW. As a new Michigander I am a newbie to this place. I will say the burgers and shakes live up to their reputation. Burgers were amazing. I only gave 4 stars because it took 20+ minutes to get our food. I was under the assumption it was fast food and good for a quick stop. The service is so slow at this Culver's! It appears that the people who go to the drive-through get served first and the people in the dining area have to wait! The french fries were not fresh and the hamburger bun seems to contain some kind of allergen in which my husband had a reaction. The sink in the men's room was plugged, and there was two buckets next to the condiments in the dining area for cleaning. That's just nasty! read more

Went through the drive thru this time. They hand out numbers like they do inside, but they were so fast and efficient that it was barely necessary--the runner was already asking about my order before I'd pulled away from the window. Got the North Atlantic cod again...it's so sinfully delicious, it shouldn't be permissible for Lent. ;) read more

This Culver's is nasty. If you don't have to stop here don't. All the tables were sticky at dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. It's a Sunday at noontime and they have one cashier. The kids waited in the one cashier line for 15 mins to get their ice cream. read more

My husband and I frequently stop at this Culver's when we are in the Grand Ledge and Lansing area. My husband has quite a few food allergies and Culver's is very accommodating to those needs. They even have great gluten free buns. If you have a severe allergy, they bring out the gluten free bun (that is in packaging) on a separate tray as to not cross contaminate. Every time we stop in the line moves fast or there is a cashier waiting for us. The tables are kept clean. The service is the best around. We often see a worker named Rob in the dining room. He truly goes above and beyond with customer service. He always has a smile and is quick to offer to get you something while you wait. The other employees are great too! The chili was pretty good (Wendy's is a tad better). My only negative is that if you have a new employee, they should have a general knowledge of the menu. I asked what the difference was between the chili and chili supreme. She said that she didn't know. Then said "I don't know, maybe the size". I had a good idea but wanted her to find out so I asked if shed ask someone. She did and came back "I guess it more stuff....." I heard the gal she asked tell her, cheese, oil s and sour cream. The place is packed, the staff appear overworked yet remain pleasant. One has a severe case of laryngitis but is still working. My table has not been cleaned off, it has spilled salt and crumbs and something sticky on it. I'm still waiting for my food, it's been a while. Not impressed. read more

I'm a long time customer of Culvers, so when I'm on the road traveling I always stop and grab a burger and cheese curds. When I stopped in Lansing over the weekend, I was disappointed with the experience. The customer service was a great attempt, as the girl was attentive and anticipated our needs when ordering, but what we received was not executed as well. I ordered a burger, which was completely missing when we pulled out of the drive-thru and I also asked for ketchup, which was not in the bag. When I finally got my burger, it was sad and not as tasty as the Butterburgers I've had. The bun was soggy and flat, and the burger was bland. I give this location an A for effort but it's not like the Culvers I know and love. read more

The service at this Culvers is lacking. Order a burger, fries and a shake and there is just me and one other customer but somehow the people in the back forget to make my burger until 8 minutes later when I ask the counter person where is my food and the person who made my shake puts it in a fridge and doesn't give it to me until I finally say where is my shake. Then they give me my shake even though I've been standing their with my burger and fries for 5 minutes. They person making the shakes did the same thing to the previous customer. The manager should be fired and the employees need to pull their heads out of their ass. This is not a one time incident read more

I go to a local Culver's all the time, and it never disappoints. I thought that all of the locations would be as good as my local location, but I was mistaken. At this Culver's, I ordered a frozen custard ice cream. What I received was NOT frozen custard. It was just crappy soft serve ice cream. Very disappointing. read more

First time here. Went to drive up. Ordered the fish sandwich. Drove 2 miles to an appointment and was going to eat it before my appointment. Opened up the box and there was no top bun on it. After appointment I drove back and showed them and they made me a top bun for it. I told them the sandwich had been sitting in my car for 2 hours. This place is NOT all it's cracked up to be. It's always packed, but the food really isn't any better than the many other fast food joints on that part of Saginaw. As a lifelong west side resident, I was excited to see them come in, but the reality hasn't lived up to the hype, lol.
