Worst ever. It was after 1pm, one car in front of us in the drive through, simple order, 2 whoppers, 2 medium shakes. By the rime we got to the window, our shakes had been sitting so long, they were no longer milkshakes, they were flavored milk, apparently they make the drinks before the food, as it was at least another 5-7 minutes for our burgers, which we didn't find out until we were back on the road and not wanting to hold up the drive through any longer as because of the first car taking almost 15 minutes just to order, and another 15 minutes waiting at the window fir their food. They must have already had drinks with them, because we never saw drinks come out the window for them. Not to worry, we don't get to Unpleasnt view often, but next time, we'll be going to Hardee's! read more

Signs say opens at 6am...All doors are locked, people inside just staring at me... This is the 3rd time I've came here to go eat.. and I guess they just don't want to make money with just drive thru open. Having customers turn away cost Burger King money. Wrong order. Instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered at the drive-through, when I got it home I found that they gave me a double bacon cheeseburger on toast. The receipt stapled to the bag was correct. Seriously, I was the only customer in the drive-thru, and you can't get one order right? Maybe that's why you never see much activity around the place, even at peak mealtimes. Glad I didn't sink a good chunk of money into a BK franchise or I would probably be banging the panic button with my head right now. I don't see how they even stay open. The food is terrible because there are a bunch a goofy disrespectful people, it's not only teens but even the elderly white lady was so disrespectful. Domo and Tiffany were terrible, customer service is not their strong suit at all. We waiting in the drive thru an entire hour just for them to make our food wrong and not issue a full refund after giving me undone food, cold fries, watered down drinks, and the stankiest attitudes ever. They need to improve everything, honestly I hope they tear this place down and the entire staff receives all the karma needed. There was no manager present of course. This is likely any other fast food joint in a small town: Limited staff with little drive, little pay, ect. I have been going here since they started and rarely had anything other than positive interactions.m until recently. I have never had anything but fresh food to be honest. I have never had to wait too long. Helpful tip to employees: You should not just hand food out the window to customers without saying a word, closing the window to continue your personal conversation with a coworker. Remember that customers come there for more than the mediocre food and will not return if not acknowledged. If it wasn't for the one interaction I probably would give you 5 stars. read more

Went at noon. Not sure why an employee was on break helping herself to her own food, while there was a line of 10 people waiting to order. Stood at the front of the line for 10 minutes after already waiting 10 minutes to get to the front, without them taking my order. They were very disorganized in the kitchen and we finally just left. We stopped at this particular BK on the way home from vacation, Aug 1st 2021. The young lady behind the counter was filling orders for drive through, didn't once turn around and acknowledge we were standing there. The manager walked by after 10 min and stated " someone will be right with you" as she stepped past us and went to the restroom. When the manager came out of the restroom, she dodged us and went to the back. We still were not waited on. The young lady filling drive through orders finally turned around and asked us what we wanted. Not one smile, not one thank you for waiting but more of a we were bothering her. Once we got our food and proceeded to the dining area there was NOT ONE clean table to eat on. It was disgusting. I find this disturbing as there was a designated entrance and exit for COVID reasons but the lobby was disgustingly dirty. It is apparent that this particular BK site did not care nor take pride in their store. For future travelers going through Pleasant View TN avoid BK 6417. For Pleasant View TN residents, I hope you use other fast food options available to you. read more

Went to try the new Ch King and been seeing the commercials buy 1 and get a whopper free. I asked about it and the young boy did not know what I was talking about and asked his manager and then he came back said no they did not have that special. When I got home I looked it up and they do but through the app. He could have at least told me that then I would have pulled over and ordered it through the app. The store in Pleasant View use to run great and the service was super 3 yrs ago but not anymore. My fries were room temp because I checked them when he gave me the bag and mentioned it to him nicely and he said I can make you some more but yeah while my sandwiches get cold. I told him he should have known how long they had been sitting there. BTW I ordered a Deluxe Ch King not a Spicy and I get home and it was a Spicy PLUS it had no pickles at all on it. Most Burger Kings are great and are run properly but this one has not for some years now and it has nothing to do with Covid either because it started going down hill a year before Covid. My daughter use to work there and when she did it ran great. They use to time each drive thru order and it is obvious they do not anymore. This all boils down to poor management. I have recently sat in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me for over 20 minutes. BK in Pleasant View use to be really good but not anymore. Being paid low wage is no excuse. Fast food has always been a low wage job and you use to get good service. Fast Food was one of my first jobs to just add to our income. It should never be your only income to pay bills so that is no excuse in getting good service. read more

This place is a MESS. We waited quite a while for our food, order came out wrong. When I told the lady it was wrong she attempted to argue with me about what a #9 is... she was wrong. The manager finally comes out of the office and instead of helping just keeps screaming that they need to hurry up and waving burgers in her employees faces. Extremely tacky. They then proceeded to yell back and forth about who called out and who left in he middle of their shift. Some guy decides to say "he wasn't sick, he was hungover" when asked about an employee calling out. This is extremely inappropriate to say in front of your customers. read more

First, I drove up to the drive through and sat there for over 5 minutes with no contact. I could see the other drive through's order on my screen. I pulled off and went into the store and ordered a grilled chicken salad. I observed the person working the orders and she just kept filling the drive through orders. The in store orders were piling up. 15 minutes had passed. The lady working up front was sweating profusely and I observed beads of sweat drip into other people's food. That sickened my stomach and asked for a refund. The experience to get no food was nearly 30 minutes. They need a manager who will organize their team to provide efficient customer service and good food. read more

If you are going to operate two drive thru lanes, make sure not to forget the customer waiting, waiting, waiting, while you handle the other lane. Just went there, and was asked to wait while they took the order of the person in the other lane. Then they took the order of the person after that, and after that. With a car sitting behind me waiting, I couldn't back up/pull up the activate the sensor or whatever lets them know there's a customer waiting. There's no call button you can push. So I pulled out and left. Luckily for the person behind me, it looked like their order was taken. I went to a competitor. read more
