So I decided to get in my car and drive to the location and order from the counter, I made sure they were almost done with my order and had everything at the counter before I asked one of the young ladies in the back if she was the maanger, she said no and pointed to the lady who was. Mind you...I told you they told me over the phone that the manager was not there. It turns out, that the lady I spoke to over the phone WAS THE MANAGER!!!. I had to call the real DoorDash phone number to report the dasher and the merchant. I spoke to the "Manager" aobu tit in a very tactful way in a store full of customers.
