Lilly was our server and she was really sweet and checked in on us regularly. Refilled the tea glasses often and helped answer questions. They were smaller than they appeared in the pictures I saw but there were quite a few in the order. They were a table favorite! Buffalo boneless chicken wings were also very good, as was the ranch that came with them. The onion rings were HUGE! They were decent, I like skinny ones so they were just not my type. I ordered the house salad with no cheese, it came out correct and had mixed greens, onion, tomato, cucumbers, and croutons. I ordered the small and it was still a good size. My pizza choice was Margarita, it is becoming a habit! This one was good, puffy, chewy crust and a good amount of toppings to compliment, I dipped the crust in ranch - only if the ranch is good! It's not really a truck stop, but it is part of a convenience store at a Phillips 66 gas station. The only options for burgers in Waterloo near where we are, are either fast food or Denny's, Applebees, etc. It's a bit of a drive down Rte 3 to Red Bud, but if you want a very good burger at a reasonable price it's worth making the trip.

He went in the back and came out with what appeared to be a dish towel. He proceeded to wipe down the prep area with it. Any good that was left on the prep area was knocked into the food waiting to be served. He even wiped some meat off with the towel. Then he turned and started wiping the oven the same towel.
