Not as rude as the person taking the order but gave the same answer as she doesn't know why it automatically charges an upcharge and tried to show me her computer. As a supervisor shouldn't they know why there's an upcharge? I asked her to change it to a small coffee and the upcharge was removed. So I guess we both learned something new today. She should also teach the employees to advise that it's not any small fountain drink or café, but small coffee is what is included. Anything other drink will cost more. Seems that the managers and employees need a bit more training on how to speak with a customer.
