So I went to McDonald's and ordered 3 cheese burgers and a mick chicken and a large tea and they didn't give me my tea that we ordered

What a horrible experience. Went to drive thru to get a breakfast meal. I asked why the up charge for the drink. The girl automatically added a large drink. i didn't ask for a large drink so she changed it to a small. There was still a .10 cent upcharge . She said the meal comes with any small soda or cafe. I asked why it was still charging the extra amount? She said it's the computer and that's just the way it is. She can't change it. She then said, do you want me to take it off? I said, yes. She says "ok fine! See that wasn't so hard!" I know that these are minimum wage jobs but there was no reason for the disrespect. I went in to speak to the manager Sheryl but she wasn't much better. Not as rude as the person taking the order but gave the same answer as she doesn't know why it automatically charges an upcharge and tried to show me her computer. As a supervisor shouldn't they know why there's an upcharge? I asked her to change it to a small coffee and the upcharge was removed. So I guess we both learned something new today. She should also teach the employees to advise that it's not any small fountain drink or café, but small coffee is what is included. Anything other drink will cost more. Seems that the managers and employees need a bit more training on how to speak with a customer. read more

this is the worse McDonald's in Missouri! I want to start a petition to have them shut down, every time you order drive through and it costs an aver of $16-18 and the food is so bad that you have to throw it out even after requesting that it be cooked fresh. then when you you try to call to make a complaint, they don't answer or have an answering machine and the kid that finally answered had so much noise on the call that you can't get a word in edge wise and then he hangs up on you and doesn't answer when you call back, on top of all, you'll notice that they didn't give you a receipt. I will do everything in my power to have this disgusting place closedown the food is dangerous from there if you don't sit and make sure they cook it fresh.. read more

On 11/01/25 I ordered a large soda via my McDonalds app. I do this multiple times a week, as I live a short distance away and stop for a soda on my way somewhere. I also use my own cup, avoiding the counter. While filling my cup that day, the manager approached me and accused me of "stealing" the soda. I promptly told her my order number and she just walked away without uttering an apology or explanation. Needless to say, they lost a customer that day, not that it matters. Higher prices coupled with poor service appears to be the norm these days. read more

Put in my order on the McDonald's mobile app, was charged for the order. When I pull up to the restaurant to get my order there's a sign saying they're closed too due to a power outage yet they have power. Now I'm going to have to fight to get refunded for food that I never received. I have had it with McDonald's and this particular instance has just cured me from ever wanting to go to any McDonald's ever again. read more

ok so I'm back so we went there again they were rude after they hat got the burger wrong, EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD THEM TO MAKE THE CHEESE BURGER PLAIN! And they said "OH were so sorry ma'am" in a rude sarcastic tone and they have gave us cold fries and one time me and my son were going through the drive thru getting a two small fries one 6 piece chicken nugget and two plain cheese burgers with only cheese and so, he I'm his name but he was basically throwing the stuff at me and then ran off and we checked the food the fried were literally cold no heat at all! So me and my son went through again and when we did we saw all of them outside SMOKING! I'm if it was marihuana or a cigarette but we saw it and I was almost yelling but they gave us new fries and so on but they are just the worst please don't go here they need new everything read more

Went through the drive through on 8/29/2024 at 11 am. Ordered a basket of fries and a pumpkin latte after waiting in line rather long, then told to pull forward as they had to change to milk dispenser as it was empty. After several minutes they came to the window and told me they were out of milk , on a Saturday morning at 11 am, really? Got my money back after another wait from the very rude manager. Next thing they'll tell you they're out of hamburger. Avoid this place like the plague!!! read more

Their costumer service was terrible. They were having a Christmas party and it was not clearly stated as such. The doors were unlocked and they were extremely rude. They kicked us out while we were in the middle of waiting for our food. They were very rude when we got our food and even got our order wrong. read more

Highly recommend everyone drive the extra miles to festus McDonald's because desoto cant get it together. It's always something when I come here, they forget sauces, forget food, the food is cold or nasty. Now they're charging 25 cents a sauce? What ever happened to the mac sauce packets? Just avoid this place all together, it's not worth wasting your money on crappy food and service. read more

I'm diabetic. I asked for a diet soda. They didn't give me a diet soda. I almost went into a coma.

Actually, they don't even deserve a one star!! We stopped there a couple of nights ago. The only ones in the drivethru when we pulled up. We waited and waited. TWO cars pulled up at the other menu and BOTH were waited on right away. When i said "Hello...." the girl said "I am busy right now. Be with you in a minute." When the second car drove right thru to receive their order, I said "Hello" again. Again told she would be with me when she was finished. I informed her that 2 other cars came up after me but are already receiving their orders. She told me"I have responsibilities that I have to take care of before I can take care of you." I told her to give the headset to someone else then if she can't do the job. She told me that she isn't allowed to do that. And, once again, I would need to wait until she is finished. Well, we didn't wait. We left. Obviously that McD's is NOT in the customer business. Won't go there again in the evening. read more

I don't know what is going on with this location. It used to be fast, accurate and good. Third time in a row something was forgotten. The fries are cold and soggy looking and my Quarter pounder this time had a regular thin patty instead of the usual one. Very disappointing!! read more

Worst service ever for a McDonalds! Took 20 minutes to get my one, again ONE sandwich, with no special requests. When i complained I got an apple pie that i didn't want or request, that had probably been sitting around for who knows how long. They need to learn customer service does not include giving someone something they did not ask for, but maybe a free sandwich next time. Learn proper customer service or move on. read more

I was at the Desoto MO McDonald's this morning I ordered a biscuit and gravy meal and sausage egg McGriddle with no cheese. They said they didn't have any biscuits and gravy and this was at 8am, I mean come on. So I told them to just give me another McGriddle egg & sausage no cheese. Also the drive thru was not busy at all. They said pull over to the right and they would bring it out to me. 18 minutes later the food came. I know I should have checked the order but I didn't. Got home and found that both sandwiches were wrong. Both had cheese and one had no egg. 3rd time in a row they got my order wrong. Serious Fly problem. Even in dead winter,there's flies in there. I know the flies have to keep warm to survive,but I think they are hatching in there. They need to use Bleach on everything. Bleach kills larvae. I thought when they remodeled this place that would be the end of the fly problem,but I thought wrong. read more
