The service here is horrible just as their food. Everytime i go here i have a bad experience. One of ur employees thought i was trying to steal a lemonade when i was waiting on him to tell me the total of it. I was paying with cash so i wanted to pay the exact price bc that's how i am. He then says "Im not giving you the lemonade until you pay for it" LIKE NO SHIT I HUST WANTED TO KNOW THE TOTAL SINCE HE FAILED TO TELL ME AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. Then he proceeded to give an attitude and said hold on and i was not having so i left. So this place honestly can shut down already. I'm surprised people still go here. Nothing has changed, of you like Hardee's food and menu choice go to a different one. This one in DeSoto disappoints Every Time. What I am referring to is the food quality and taste. Went there tonight an hour before closing time and wanted chicken strips. They already shut it down she tells me, okay we decide what else. we get our food it's wrong the first time went back around it was right but everything was cold the frisco melts we got were BOTH raw. Clean, friendly staff, hot food. Our order was not right, but they did not hesitate to make it right. Overall happy with our experience.

We ordered online and to be fair it probably wasn't the stores fault but they had no idea we had ordered although we were charged. When I tried to resolve the charge on an empty stomach and with a bad attitude they said to call back in two or three days. Pretty sure I'll never eat it Hardee's as long as I live read more

I hate this place I quit my job 1/21 bc of how inconsiderate the gm (James dinger) was and how he thought it was okay to give my hours away and say that I can't do my job good enough and that it's okay to put some one down mentally and say that they don't have the skills to work by themselves.I've worked there for only 5 months, I never got trained and every time I would turn around James would be doing something to the store to make everyone have to get used to working a different way.. i really hated this job and the fact that it was my first nod shitty experience and I hope that the people u hire can see that too. read more

Employees are rude and its always at least a 15 minute wait with no one else in line. They are rude and rush you through your order. If you order over two items they have a meltdown. Hardees is always dead and now I know why. We will never participate at this location again. read more

A couple months ago I would have given a rating of 4-5 stars. I never had an issue with this Hardee's before. It seems like they got new employees or something. They are so rude late night and food is always messed up. My husband and I tried to give the morning crew a chance and waited 35 mins in the dining room for our food. Everyone in there was sooo mad and we were too. No organization at all. It is very expensive for fast food, I could go to a sit down place for the same price. I wouldn't waste anymore time or money there. It's on my boycott list now. read more
