a counter with bags of food on it

The service was horrendous. Their was a spill on the floor that no one cleaned up. I had to ask a girl to take my order but she pretended I wasn't there and went to go make herself a drink. It took at least 15 minutes for my food to come out even though no was there. A former worker came in walked straight to the back and started making herself food with no gloves and did not pay either. While my food was being made two workers were fighting each other instead of working. The tables are also filthy. They do not clean them after someone eats. 0/10 I DONT recommend to anyone.

When you order a basic spicy chicken and the "cook" explodes all over your burger like it's his first time Did you really think this was ok Let me guess, this has never happened to you before.

This BK has a very different vibe from most Burger Kings I've been to ... l'm not saying it's good or bad, just ... different.... My coworker and I were the only people dining in around 12:50 on Friday afternoon; he remarked that the dining room was quiet without music or a television. But, it wasn't actually quiet, because there was a steady soundtrack of banter between managers, employees and certain regular customers who came inside. "She's crazy!" I heard someone behind the counter say. A short while later, a man walked in and loudly said, "My people are here!" and the banter and friendly ribbing went into high gear. I felt like I was on the set of a sitcom, instead of at a fast-food restaurant. This is a smaller store, and, because it is yright off Interstate 95 ("Easy off / easy on," their tall, highly visible sign proclaims), it probably caters more to drive-through customers, which might explain the empty dining room during Friday lunch hour. The narrow dining area is mirrored along one wall, an illusion to make it appear bigger than it really is. While the dining room was visually appealing and clean, the men's bathroom ... not so much ... I don't even want to guess what substance the dribbles of a white, dried liquid running down the bathroom mirror are, but whatever it is, they need to clean it, pronto. Service was fast and friendly, and the whole crew seemed to work well together, and even appeared to enjoy their work, while getting the orders out quickly - a rarity in the fast-food world. I wish the food was as good as the service. It wasn't the best BK I've had, but it wasn't the worst, either. Fries were good and hot, if a bit over-salted. My Whopper wasn't as hot as I'd have preferred, and the bun was a bit stale. They forgot to give us napkins. Another oddity about this location is that there are no soda, ketchup or napkin dispensers in the dining room - they have to give you everything from behind the counter - so that means no soda refills : -(

The regular steak fries were delicious love their homemade seasoning. The CNY potatoes just weren't it for us, there was a group of 4 and no one really cared for them, but if pepperoncini flavor is your thing go for it. The chicken sandwich was okay didn't have much flavor too it sadly. Atmosphere of track 15 is great and the girl at the counter was kind and friendly to us as well.

Providence's own version of CHEERS…read more I've been here several times now and consider the Ivy Tavern to be the best bar in Providence. The customers are all super nice, unique, and interesting humans. Moreover, the staff of AAJJMO --- Alex, Allen, Josh, Julia, Mike, and Olivia --- are incredibly friendly, witty, and funny. The cocktails and food are also outstanding - I especially recommend the bimbap bowl, fish and chips, korean wings, and burger. You will also find the service to be top notch. The bartenders/servers gird up their loins and exhibit extreme hustle during peak hours, while still being able to charm you with a wink or a joke as they move from table to table. If you have not been to the Ivy in the past few years, I highly recommend it. Since Allen was hired as manager a few years ago, the place has become one of Providence's hidden gems.

Rating: 3.5 stars…read more The food was good, but not worth the price. The burger didn't taste like anything special and the bun just tasted like it was pulled right from the store-bought bag. Similarly, the fries were definitely from a freezer bag of french fries and barely had salt or pepper. Basically it tasted like what you'd have at like a backyard cookout? TLDR: fine, but it shouldn't cost $18 + tip. For this price I expect a nice toasted bun & homemade fries & a bit more flavor. They also messed up my order which is not a big deal but the waiter came back to the table to confirm my order and when he repeated it back, he had the temperature and the cheese wrong. It was then brought to me with tomato but no lettuce-- I had asked for lettuce with no tomato. The waiter was nice though!

RI food fights brought me in and you don't get access to the whole sandwich menu here, unfortunately you have to pick between their "Mushroom Bahn MI" and their "Screaming BLT". I went with the BLT since I wasn't feeling the vegan option. The description was "chili-hoisin glazed bacon | sliced tomato baby greens tomato jam | dill pickle pickled red onion chipotle aioli toasty thick-sliced white bread". Honestly, it was underwhelming. It had some tasty components but it was pretty average. The bacon was terribly weak. It was probably frozen precooked bacon that is heated and brushed with a hoisen glaze. I was hoping for some thick cut glazed almost candied bacon. Their avg. sandwich was around $16-17. If paying for that, I'd be left pretty disappointed. On top of that, it probably took around 35-40 minutes to get the sandwich. Again, pretty okay sandwich, the pickled onion, tomato jam and Chipotle aioli elevated things, but it's in vain with the bacon they use. Their other sandwiches sound good, so it's possible I'll visit to try them out at some point but can't see myself running back here after my impression with this BLT.

Parking is tough but you should be able to find street parking without a long walk. I knew the restaurant was small and was worried we'd have trouble finding a seat because of that. However, we were the only customers in there for a solid 10 minutes when we first arrived. The restaurant itself was adorable! Small but nicely decorated and furnished. I appreciated the stars on the ceiling. The staff were friendly and gave us as much time as we needed with the menu before we ordered at the counter. I had the chicken empanadas and the shrimp poboy. The food came out quickly and was piping hot and fresh. The empanadas were excellent. Great flavor and tasted high quality. I found them to be a little oily but that wasn't anything a napkin couldn't fix. The shrimp was cooked well and I liked the sauce it came with. Their bread was also super soft and tasted freshly baked. Definitely something I'd consider ordering again! The weekdays are easier to get a table or bar seat. I love all the burgers, wings, hot dogs and shakes (Boozy or regular). Cons: I basically love everything on the menu EXCEPT the crinkle fries and the taco salad. (The crinkle fires I never liked but I am starting to see them more in some bars. They seem to not as crunchy as the regular fries and hold more grease including being more mushy then crunchy as mentioned before. The taco is like a Salsa salad which greens and Salsa. The taste is not bad but it becomes a wet salad). Pros: Everything else on the menu fantastic! My favorites: Turkey burger , mushroom burger, providence burger bar special, chili cheese hot dog, fried Mac and cheese, Strawberry Shake with a frozen fruit INCLUDING the Garlic Parmesan Buffalo wings. The only place I know can do hot dogs this great besides wieners from Olneyville and Babbas! Service: Incredible and friendly service. First of all, the restaurant itself is small but very cute, cozy, and full of lovely New England-y Sea-Themed decor. We were promptly seated and had our order taken for our drinks & food - I had heard good things about this place, so I got a decent amount of food items, including: Lobster Roll - Arguably the best lobster roll I've ever had so far in my life. The brioche bun for it was soooo fluffy, soft, and a perfect complement to the big, juicy chunks of lobster that were seasoned and buttered JUST right. Also came with hefty and well-seasoned fries. New England Clam Chowder - Came with salted pork and potatoes in addition to the quahog clams. It was deliciously creamy and soothing to slurp on and the chunks within were all so tender and a great contrast. Clam Cakes - Added them to the Clam Chowder order for an extra $8. Big, hefty, doughy balls that were perfectly fried outside and ooey gooey within. Fish & Chips - Big, hefty fish that was juicy & delicious with a great crunch on the outside! Similarly came with the 'chips', or the hefty, well-seasoned fries that the lobster roll also came with. Oh yeah, pardon me, forgetting to mention the drinks! We ordered the Briny Martini and the Harbor House Punch! The Martini was great for a stronger drink and the Punch was a nice cocktail for anyone preferring something sweeter and fruitier. When it came to the food, service, and dining experience...it couldn't have been better! Everything was incredibly delicious and definitely worth ordering. This memorable experience then reached exceptional circumstances, however, as while we were in the middle of dining here and enjoying our delicious food, there was a shooting occurring just up the street at Brown University. I wish to commend the staff at Dune Brothers, who looked out for mine and their other patrons' safety and sheltering us in their restaurant as we all nervously waited for more information on what exactly was going on that evening.
