I wish I could have given a 4 because I live around the corner and have gone here for decades. The fries are always hot but for the longest time now the burgers are always cold. It didn't used to be that way. So something has changed. But the service is quick and employees friendly. No complaints there. Just expect hot fries probably and a cold burger. read more

With two open lanes for the drive-thru, LOTS of parking and easy in and out access, I was pleasantly surprised at how little time it took for my order to be filled! The two women at the windows were pleasant and cheerful as well. My order was completely correct (also unexpected) and they even put napkins and onion ring zesty sauce in my bag without having to even ask! The whopper was NOT falling apart or had too much of one thing or another on it (as usually is the case)...it was spot on. The onion rings were freshly cooked and nicely crunchy on the outside (Which is so often NOT the case) and the BK Big Fish was absolutely delicious as well! Not overcooked or undercooked, not oozing out too much condiments or lettuce, everything was completely PERFECT. We've come here at night or on a weekend evening and it was absolute misery from start to end...they must have upgraded their crew? Last visit was horrible and this one exceptional. Hit or miss? I went through the drive thru tonight and the car in front of us apparently said they made something wrong and handed back the food to the drive thru person. Everyone else's bag was ready; so they should've asked them to move to the side til it would be corrected,so other customers could get their food while it was hot, but because they didn't all 3 meals we got were cold including the fries, when we got to the pickup window,the girl said the ice cream machine was down, so they gave me a sweet tea, but never refunded me the price they have to charge for the milkshake. This is a very in organized burger king, the person taking orders in the drive thru never told us that the ice cream machine was down and couldn't make the milkshake, this is bad communication skills in this burger king location, plus you never give the customer their difference when you don't have the shake,you just kept my money, food should be hot when people receive it. If it has been in a holding container you need to throw it out after it's timer is gone. I know this because I worked for 6 years in 3 Mc. Donald's in New York City, they trained us well, so customers return. read more

I waited in line with no other customers in line, the worker finally came on the speaker, apologized for the wait, and took my order of two double bacon croissants. I pulled up to the first window, as instructed and waited, and waited, and waited, until she popped her head out of the second window to wave me forward. She handed me my order and took my card. After getting my card back I went to my job. Upon unwrapping my croissants, I realized they were not double. I called to complain, and the girl told me that I had to return the sandwiches to get a replacement order or a refund. I had already eaten them, and I was at work, but she still would not give me credit for what I paid for and did not receive, AND it was cold food, not warm at all. This used to be the most efficient fast food place in town. The window people were clean, fast and on point. For the past 6 months or so, it has fallen off completely. Went through the drive thru, the staff assured me that all my order was in the bag when I started to check. Go home and was shorted a sandwich. Also the beef patties on the whoppers was cold. This BK is truly hit or miss on the quality of both the service and food. read more

This location is now open with a ew store. I was excited to see it open. I am disappointed to see that employees are afraid of someone with down syndrome as well as not taking our order. When we did finally have our order taken it was not correct! The cashiers don't have a clue as to what they are doing! When I did tell the cashier she screwed up my order she told me to calm down! Honestly one of the worst Burger King's I have ever been to! The manager Ashely is rude and unprofessional. She disrespects her staff openly where customers can hear. I have been to this Burger King multiple times and will not be going back after my last experience there. I decided to take my family and children to Burger King before we went to the park. I ordered the Kings meal deal my family( I usually order this every time I come, at least once a week) apparently they had changed the meal deal and failed to let people know. I was charged a dollar extra per sandwich. Which may not seem like a lot but it was 5 sandwiches. When I noticed I was charged extra I went up to the counter and asked why. They became very rude with me and my family. They told me I can either return the food or drop it. My kids were already eating so of course I didn't want to take it away. I decided to go out to the play area and just eat the cost. At this time another Manager named tekilla and Ashelly both walk back and asked us to leave. I said ok but wanted to know why. Ashely became loud and said she didn't have to give us a reason we just had to get out or she called the police. I Asked for a refund because I wasn't allowed to eat and she refused to give me one. They kicked us out of the restaurant without reason as we were leaving my disabled mother got her foot stuck in the door( forcefully pushing her out the door)when she tried to help her get her foot out tekilla became extremely angry and threatening us. I was Assaulted while holding my two-year-old. My father was assaulted holding my one year-old. Police were called and we will be pressing charges. I am very disappointed in Burger King's behavior and the emotional distress they have caused on my children. Not only did this ordeal happened but they allowed the said Manager that assaulted my family to continue her day and come back to work the next day.
