Still a good one! They seem to take care in building out their burgers. They have made me some beauties over the years. And they fixed their soda pop machine. Their potato fries are still pretty lame, but lately, I've been subbing mozzarella fries, churro fries, and even onion rings (not the best either, but better than fries). The app always seems to have a good deal and they seem to be generous with points and rewards too. It's been better than McDonalds with food that's more fresh and prepared with some level of caring. I can't tell you from living across the street in the community , they never have food or condiments , the store is always running out of sodas and such as well. 1:37 on a Sunday afternoon, Aug 1st 2021 to be exact. No answer on drive through speaker. Front doors locked. Employee sitting at table. Several customers trying to pick up orders or just buy something to eat......why is is place open? Why doesn't BK sell the place so somebody can put something here that will be open to sell food? This restaurant has been open for more than 15 years and has always, always, always been piss poorly managed and under staffed. I don't know why I keep even trying. I don't usually write reviews but I had the worst experience at this Burger King. I had a T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon and was told I had to read the code at the drive through mic before ordering. I asked if I needed to click redeem, was told yes and when I did, the app froze and I was told I need to move from the drive through, when there was no one else in line but me. I said, I just want to order and go and was then told, fine but I cannot accept your coupon after you order, I said fine. I then ordered two burgers with no bun and I was treated as if I was from another planet. No one spoke English and I had to explain four times that I wanted no bun and no tomato, still they didn't understand. I called out to the cook and said in Spanish, everything normal, no tomato and no bun! The person making the burgers came to the window to see who I was and they laughed. I asked if he was coming to the window to see who was making the "complicated order", and the horribly dyed redhead sarcastic guy said God bless you and closed the window in my face. When I got to the traffic light, I checked my food and you can see in the pictures how it was prepared. I went back and when he saw me at the window, he called to the manager "she's back", the manager responded, "seriously?", And he said yes, seriously. This was all right in my face. I demanded my money back and was refused my money back but since he touched the burger, he had to have them make me new ones after I called him out on touching them, and with an attitude. He then proceeded to tell me that he gave me this bag right side up and I obviously turn it sideways. You can clearly see in the boxes in the pics that the burgers did not touch any other part of the boxes. They continued to chuckle until they gave me the new order and I drove off. read more

This the closest Burger King in the area. It is also the worst place to eat in the area. This is a Burger King that NEVER seems to be open. When it is open you will sit at the drive through and wait as long as 10 minutes to have your order taken when there are no customers in sight! They literally will be in the place hanging out but no one comes to the drive thru. When you finally get tired of waiting for someone to take your order, you go to the door and find that its locked. This is the fourth time it has happened to me! The place looks really run down for there never being anyone there. I think they are going out of business. Because the staff simply does not seem to care and whomever owns the place obviously has not been there lately or simply does not care. The place looks and functions as if it should be in a lessor part of town. I LOVE Burger King but NOT this one. Advice.....burn it down and start over. Whomever owns this place, are you aware that your employees are never there? The doors are locked during the day, most times in the morning and people are sitting in their cars, not sure of its the staff or customers. My guess is staff, because they are the only cars in the lot when I pull up and when I leave. Either fix the issues or close and allow another organization to come in that will be of better service to this community. Ok. Where do I start. This location is a hit or miss. The breakfast crew seems to be a little better than the lunch/dinner crew. I am literally writing this review as a sit in the drive-thru line which tells you that I've been waiting for a while. I would pull out of line but I can't since there is no where to run...lol Placed my order probably 10 minutes ago and there are 2 cars in front of me and several behind me. Let me correct that. There were several cars behind me. Apparently they pulled out of line. I could literally run out of gas sitting here. They obviously have an issue with getting orders prepared in a timely fashion. Just got to the window and there are 4 people working the drive thru window one of which appears to be a manager. I'm thinking maybe a couple of them need to get back on the grill and help out. Just sayin' Just got my order and my fries are pretty hot which is a good thing. Burger seems to be ok as well. What is it about the fast food restaurants in this little strip of Avalon Park Blvd that the service tends to be so flaky? I don't even bother going through the drive-through anymore as they almost always find a way to mess up my order. Instead, I go inside even if I'm getting take out. The inside is never busy - even at lunch time. In fact, it's usually pretty dead. You'd think that the employees would be happy to have a customer and rush to help you. Instead, you'll stand around for a minute or so before someone notices you and decides to serve you. Hope that your order is right, or that they have whatever condiments/seasonings stocked properly in the self-serve area. Today, the ketchup dispenser was broken/empty and there were no salt packets. I went back up to the counter and waited for someone to help me. The cashier who had taken my order was standing in the back fiddling with his phone. A cook was busy making fries - but turned and looked at me repeatedly - never saying anything to anyone - much less helping me. The drive-through cashier was helping someone on her headset and rushing past me - but looking at me and ignoring me. Eventually, she finished with her own order and helped me. Despite spotty service, the food tends to be fresh as they seem to usually have to make it on the spot. Most recently 10/16/15 where they were completely shut down by 10pm (supposed to be open until midnight) 2 Orders are constantly wrong. It's a simple concept. Menu by number. If I order a #8 I expect a #8. 3 they're always out of something. I've been there 2 times where they tell me that they're out of fries. Yes, the side that comes with every meal 4 Employees with attitude issues. Every time I order mozzarella sticks, they don't give me marinara sauce that accompanies it. When I ask for it, I get the eye roll or the angry sigh. All in all this is the worst BK I have ever been to. Service is terrible, and the food is undercook, and probably not vey safe considering the condition of the meat.
