FANTASTIC!!! I had heard they had a new GM so I wanted to give them a try because I love their breakfast croissants and their burgers. What fast friendly service and the croissant sandwich was delicious!! The parking lot was clean and the landscaping perfect (that means a lot to me). This store has done a 180! Kudos! My stepson loves the southwest bacon whopper. And I love the original chicken sandwich. The service has gotten better than it was in the beginning here in Oakland, tn. Excellent service. Fast and little wait time. Food order always correct and good quality.

We wanted to try the Impossible Whopper and compare with the traditional Whopper. We ordered them the standard way, fully loaded with cheese. We split them down the middle. (See photos). When in tact with the buns and toppings, the taste and texture differences were virtually undetectable. However, when we tore off a piece of just the patties, we could taste a difference and the texture difference was also noticeable. The Impossible Whopper had a yeast extract taste and a more crumbly texture that reminded me of the soy burgers from elementary school. Not surprisingly, the regular Whopper was just more meaty tasting and had a meaty texture. Dare you to try something new!!! Overall, the restaurant was clean but the service was less than enthusiastic considering we were the only dine in customers. read more

The two cars in front of me had problems with their orders so I should have expected a problem with my order. I ordered two Whoppers with cheese and a large fry. The lady in front of me ordered a Whopper with nothing on it except mustard. When I got home, I had one Whopper with nothing but mustard and one Whopper with everything. Neither had the cheese that I paid extra for. I did get the fries I ordered but that was the only thing they got right. I work in the cancer treatment industry and if I performed my job like they do, people could die. I'm not saying fast food service is the easiest job but at least TRY and get it right. When I go to Chick-Fil-A, I never have a problem. They get me through the drive-thru line quickly and efficiently and my order is always correct. read more

Such terrible service. Usually it isn't bad but today the girl (name started with a J) was so rude. She took our order and told us to come to the window. Did NOT say which window. First window, no one was at. So we go to the second window and this girl looked so mad and pointed to the back window and pointed hard for us to reverse. So we did. She came and took our card and then went to the SECOND window. After running our card she opens her window and tells us to pull forward. Like WHY did you insist we reverse?? Then she proceeds to be rude. We asked for bbq sauce and she rolled her eyes and said no, we charge for that. I have to pay for bbq sauce now for my chicken nuggets? So we ask how much and she says, um 10 cents. Like she made it up. We give her a quarter and ask for two and then we had to ask for our 5 cents back. We had 4 meals and they gave us 2 ketchup and 2 straws. It was so terrible. The food was okay but this girl needs to go. read more

Are you kidding me?! The other 4star reviews must be by the owner. My experience... Sat at the drive thru for several minutes waiting to take my order (crickets). Finally a faint voice in rapid succession mumbling said the drive through was down and to order inside (my best guess after asking what was said 3 times). So, I go inside. No one at the counter, except for some unhappy customers refusing to pay for their order until it was done correctly. I started to leave then, but this sweet old lady in a BK uniform asked me to stay, that the girls were new. I'm like... ok. I told her they should put up a sign on the drive through, because other people were starting to line up behind me. She explained that it was down because sometimes the girls get overwhelmed... I'm like Huh?? But the restaurant's almost empty...? Oh well, I wait at the counter for several minutes, one of the two checkers helping the complaining customer walked up to her register to make change or get the complaining customers money or something (I'm still invisible by the way) and the older lady, still standing beside me, said to the girl.. "You can take this gentleman's order now". The girl looked up at both of us, then at me. Her cold stare perked me right up. I placed my order and said thank you, hoping to cheer her up, and she handed me my receipt and walked away, but not before giving me the wrong size cup. I'm like just settle... it's just a drink. As I'm watching, I notice them not preparing my sandwiches correctly and I said something to the nearest worker. She walked over to the food preparer, who instantly appeared frustrated. Apparently the "Have it my Way" policy was not her policy. Finally she finished my order (still missing the cheese.. I'm like.. settle... it's only cheese). Then one of the "Other New Girls?" handed me my food. Once again, I said thank you and once again, the girl (not the same one that checked me) just walked away. I said.. "You're Welcome", which got her attention (ooooh the eye daggers!). OMG!!!! My experience? I show up in a good mood and leave in a bad one, which is why I'm writing this review. Burger King... and to the new Girls at the Oakland TN BK on Sunday, 12/1/2019. Please, Please, Please.. If you don't want to be there, guess what? I don't want you there either. PLEASE GO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE MISERY AND ATTITUDE IS ON THE MENU! For now, Burger King is no longer on mine.
