Well, as promised I tried them again and wow! This time around the experience was completely different. My dad and I stopped in to wait for a prescription to be filled across the street. We ordered coffee and a couple of breakfast sandwiches via the mobile app. Of course the app is the bomb but it has to be backed up with personal service. I watched the order status screen as I submitted our order and it popped up immediately. Less than five minutes later the employee was calling out our number! What made this outstanding was, as soon as he saw me stand to retrieve the tray he said, "Oh no, I'll bring it to you." and he rushed over to our table. As for the cleanliness problem, at least for today the problem was completely solved. The place was very clean and not cluttered at all. More importantly, I watched as another employee swept and cleaned tables and his attention to detail to make sure nothing was left behind! He also saw our empty tray, cane over, and offered to take care of it for us. Just an outstanding experience. Thank you. read more

This McDonald's does a ton of business! (2) Busy Drive-Thru Lanes & (3) Windows. Interesting that an Employee must carry orders through the Dining Room to the Front Corner Window, but I guess that's the Long-Wait Window so it's not used all the time. Floor needed sweeping where straw cover pieces were littered. Don't know why people can't drop those into the trash hole in the countertop instead? This McDonalds is under new ownership, so an updated review is necessary. I went through the drive thru and my experience was as follows Rude Worker 1: "Order when your ready." Me: "double cheese burger and large sweet tea." Rude worker 1: "$2.20 first window." I pull around and hand the worker a $10 with no words being said. She was able to give me correct change and my receipt. I said, "thank you," to which she replied "pull up to the next window." (Like I don't know how drive thrus work.) Rude worker 2: "you have the double cheese burger?" Me: "yes ma'am" Hands me my food and shuts the window. I sit there waiting and they opened the window. "You need something?" Y'all...."yes my sweet tea" She closes the window and asks the person next to her if I ordered one. She then makes it and hands it to me. I drive off and go home before checking my order, and it was wrong. I got 2 burgers and a large fry. I lot more than I ordered, so I'm not going to complain. Hate to give anyone a bad review but this place needs a make over. Will need to shape up in our little town as Wendys and Burger King both have opened new places. Service is the key and when you go in you may get a really nice person and then you may just get one that is doing you a favor for you to spend your money and help keep them in a job. McDonald's has changed their menu options to the point that old favorites are no longer tasty or wanted. Specifically, The Big Mac is terrible. Don't order if you want a juicy delicious burger. The only reason this gets one star is there's not an option to leave zero stars. The staff, including the management, are incredibly rude, could care less about the customers, and could definitely care less about the quality of food. The only reason this place is in business is because it's the only one out here. I ate there today, and I have to say the place was filthy, crawling with flies. Trash was overflowing, all tables dirty, coke machine messy, ketchup all over counter with flies crawling through, salt packets had obviously gotten wet, food was old not hot, price outrageous, service slow. read more
