Not only are the prices very reasonable, but the store is also clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The customer service is always top-notch--friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whether I'm coming in for my go-to bottles or browsing for something new, the staff always makes the experience pleasant. It's rare to find a store that checks all the boxes: great selection, solid pricing, and excellent service. I'll continue making the drive for this gem of a spot!

Although there's always a good amount of customers in the store on the weekend, it never feels packed or tight. There is plenty of parking and it's convenient to the Cordova/Lakeland area. The employees at this location is what makes this place stand out from other stores. There's always a number of people at the register, therefore there's never a long wait. There's also employees walking the floor on a regular basis and they won't hesitate to come up to you and ask if there is anything that they can assist you with. I love the fact that this store has nice gift selections as well! One of the employees helped me locate some really neat "Dirty Santa/White Elephant" gifts this year and they were a hit. When my wife, who does not drink and has only a limited knowledge of alcoholic beverages, asked me what I wanted for Christmas I told her I wanted a bottle of Chartreuse. I had tried to add Chartreuse to my last Buster's delivery, but they were out. Now my wife lives for Christmas and works very hard to be sure everyone has the perfect gift. It was very frustrating for her not to be able secure that elusive green stuff. Trusting Buster's, she asked them if there was a reasonable substitute for Chartreuse and they recommended Dolin Genepy le Chamois. The staff member helping my wife asked her to wait one moment while he checked the stock. He returned with a bottle of Chartreuse from the manager on duty, Lauren, (I suspect from her own stock). As thrilled as I am to get the bottle for my bar, I am so happy to see my wife have her Christmas made more memorable. Buster's staff is the reason I keep coming back. If you are shopping somewhere else, you are missing one of Memphis' best shopping experiences.
